Came here for 4 night stay with the wife. Lovely clean hotel. Room was very comfortable and cool in the evening. Food options for all meals were plentiful and there was always a good meal to be had. Pool nice and poolside bar had excellent service with good freshly cooked snack options. Beach was a straightforward easy 8-10 min walk and you're close enough to all the action while being far away enough from it not to become overbearing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Just arrived home from a week's stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely. Bright, modern and clean with extremely friendly and attentive staff (Claire on reception and waiters/bar staff Alex and Matthew are worth mentioning as they were brill). The Select upgrade is well worth it with a private sun terrace and serve yourself bar with premium beer, spirits and soft drinks. The food was standard for an all inclusive in a hotel of this size. Not a lot of vegetarian options and if you like fish and seafood you'll be ok! One issue for us was the lifts! One out of 2 lifts that serviced our floor level was out od service all week, and whilst it may not seem like a big issue, at peak times such as meal times you could be waiting up to 10mins for the lift. Very loud at night. Could hear music pumping into the early hours even from the 20th floor. We had to sleep with patio doors open as it was warm and no air con until May ... Overall, a good hotel with great staff.

Sandos Benidorm Suites is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart isn't just the excellent all-inclusive food, the beautiful piazza terrace, or the location—it’s the incredible team. They constantly go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, safe, and valued. ​Anna the hotel manager, and the front-of-house team (including the wonderful Claire, Claire, and Eva) provide flawless customer service. Over at the bar, Jeni is exceptionally warm and attentive, making time for every single guest. Truly, all the bar staff, chefs, and servers are amazing. This hardworking international team genuinely cares about their guests, making it effortless to relax and enjoy a stress-free holiday.

I came back today, spent 5 nights there and it was a wonderful experience. Food was delicious and with so much varieties for different days, the bar men and the man in charge of burgers and chicken with chips outside the pool was wonderful. Though the bathroom was dusty when I came but the receptionist made sure it was properly cleaned the next day. My daughters had a great time and made news friends as well. My husband had enough to drink. I will remember families book the all inclusive. I will definitely come back and tell everyone about this place.

Suitable for older couples. Some kids entertainment but not loads. Pool is lovely for temperature and not being overcrowded. They put balls and pool noodles in for people. Location is central for old town or the strip. Not long to get to the beach approx 20 mins
