Great hotel very friendly staff and good with kids even my very awkward autistic child!
Enough to keep them fed, watered and entertained. The only thing I'd like is a little bit of music around the pool and more varied music in the evening. Lots of repeated songs but fun overall. The cabaret evening was very good fun. Thoroughly enjoyed xx

A truly family friendly hotel! We visited with our two young boys, aged 6 and 7, and it was their first time abroad. This hotel was absolutely perfect for them.
The rooms were well equipped, cleaned daily, and towels were replaced regularly. The balcony was a good size, and the beds were very comfortable.
The food exceeded expectations for an all inclusive. The pool bar was a particular highlight. The gentleman running it single handedly did an outstanding job, serving smash burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and kebabs. Breakfast offered a wide variety, from cereals and yoghurts to sausages, bacon, and hash browns — pretty much whatever you fancy. We only ate out once during the entire trip, which goes to show how good the food was.
Evening entertainment was enjoyable every night, and with so much going on in Benidorm, the hotel still held its own. All the usual fizzy drinks were available, and the house spirits tasted great. If you fancy something top shelf, it’s only €2, an absolute bargain.
Overall, I would definitely return. The staff were brilliant with the children and made them feel really welcome. If you are looking for a clean, safe, family oriented hotel with good food, this place ticks all the boxes.

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect.
What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive.
The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind.
We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

I have just returned from the hotel today 14th June full and honest review. On arrival the hotel is impressive and spotless clean white leather sofas all over ground floor, reception staff efficient but not necessarily friendly the young trainee girl was very helpful and nice 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits . The rooms (junior suite with pool view) are spacious for 2 people with a large balcony.
The restaurant is down stairs accessible by lift if needed.
I used a wheelchair and every single staff member couldn't have been nicer and more helpful especially SIMON an absolute delightful young man nothing was to much trouble. The head chef was very visible at every meal. There was a very varied menu and salad bar. The biggest disappointment was the food served in the in-house Indian restaurant it was awful. An authentic Indian chef would be worth his weight in gold. The staff in the bar also work very hard and can make an excellent cocktail.
My suggestion to management would be
1) an information sheet with relevant information as not everyone has a scan on their phone
2) a selection of tea coffee in the room for people arriving rather than having to trail to the bar after a long journey.
On the whole the hotel is very good their greatest asset is the staff who work there

Overall a great stay and excellent value for money. 5-10 mins walk to the lively area. Nice modern decor inside the main areas of the hotel. The room/suite could do with a freshen up but for the price we paid it was spacious and had a nice big balcony area aswell as a complimentary minibar for the select upgrade. The food was your normal all inclusive style but it was hot and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool snack bar was tasty for a quick bite to eat. The Select upgrade was brilliant and a must if not staying with children i think it cost us £50 each for 4 nights. Select had a private bar and terrace with branded spirits which you can pour your own drinks aswell as bottles of wine, beer etc... and soft drinks, bottled water and some snacks. A nice private seating area outside with balinese beds, loungers and rattan furniture to chill on. The ability to avoid queues at the lobby bar at night or the pool bar at day also made this area worth it. The outside communal terrace could perhaps do with a refurb as the outside stage area and tiles were showing their age. I did get told off by the pool police for vaping near the pool which i hold my hands up to however i saw no signage around the pool stating this wasn't allowed or i would of known to only do it on the upper terrace. So maybe more signage in future would help. My only other comment is maybe an air freshener in the select lounge, it didn't smell dirty or anything but it had a unique smell in that room. Overall great value for money though and we had no regrets staying here.
