**1/5 - Worst holiday experience in years**
We really regret choosing this hotel. The entertainment was not entertaining at all — the performances and stage were very average, with barely any interaction between the kids and the guests. It was so dull we couldn't even sit through one full song. Our room was right next to the stairwell and elevator, which was incredibly noisy. The singing went on until almost midnight, blasting so loudly that even with our windows shut we could still hear every note. We often couldn't fall asleep until 1am.
Staff service was poor, especially the bar staff. I understand they may have been overwhelmed with too many guests, but they seemed unwilling to help at all.
The room itself was tiny — four of us stayed in one room and could barely walk around, since two large beds took up almost the entire floor space.
There is a pool, but with so many guests it was dirty, slimy, and honestly gross. We used it once and never went back — it was too crowded to actually swim anyway.
The elevators were another nightmare — waits of 6 to 10+ minutes every single time, so we ended up climbing the stairs to our high floor almost daily.
This was one of the most stressful "holidays" we've ever had. If you want a relaxing, quiet stay, do NOT come here.

Rooms was basic and beds was super uncomfortable. The food in the hotel was shocking and lacked variety. The evening entertainment was good and kids pool made my daughters holiday!! The lifts took ages and was so hot. Location wise brilliant and was very central to the strip without being too noisey

If you find a complaint with this place, your the problem.
Upon check in, we was greeted by friendly staff, allowed to drop our bags securely early, and also ended up checking in early when a room
Was ready for us. All inclusive was amazing, food amazing. Entertainment amazing. Waterpark amazing. Cleanliness 10/10.
The only fault is the lifts are awful, there is like 4 of them and still ended up walking the stairs a bit. Maybe impatient. But it’s the only moan I heard between the people.
This hotel will do everything they can to make your stay a happy one… would I return? 10 out of 10 times over! Amazing hotel! Thank you, and thank you again!!!

Hotel rooms is very dirty. Hasnt been cleaned properly. Floors didnt get moped 1 time and we have been here 8 days out of 10 so far. I have too say i would not go back. While bad smell roud the main pool bar. You can tell the beer matts and stuff have not been cleaned properly at all. It smells like dirty feet. Real bad. And theyre is far too many people in the hotel for the size of the facilitys. And a woman working in the second pool bar is so cheeky caude she could not understand me saying a mixed slushie. I mean real cheek. Gym is outdated and barley anything working in it. Would not go back, sorry but just would not. Good location tho. Just beside the strip.

Recently returned from benidorm.. 1st time stay at the Rosamar hotel lovely hotel in the perfect location. The staff on the other hand I found very rude and unhelpful. The room we stayed in very nice and clean including the bathroom so no complaints there... which brings me to the food...
We stayed half board and had evening meal the first night and thought ok this isn't to bad when we looked at what was on offer... after sitting down to eat everything we had chosen bar the pork steak we watched being cooked,it was luke warm at best...following morning down for breakfast fancying a full English and there was again a reasonable choice when we looked... but upon closer inspection it was all a bit crap... apart from black pudding (very tasty) a couple of choices of sausage hot dog type or little thumb sized Spanish sausage and as for bacon 2 choices again and I couldn't work out what they were trying to replicate but none tasted like bacon.. not even the Spanish style bacon(ham) you get in other hotels.. as you have took the time to read this I must say that I am no way a fussy eater and certainly no food snob... just giving my honest opinion about the hotel
