We stayed here last week and it was okay. We was worried about food poisoning after reading reviews , all six of us was on all inclusive and none of us got food poisoning though. Rooms and hotel was clean to be honest and the service was good. The only thing is they did not have enough facilities for the amount of rooms it holds. Not enough lifts and not enough sun lounging areas. Hour queues in the morning just to get a sunbed. Also found it a struggle to find a table at the all inclusive because again doesn’t seem like they’ve got enough room for the amount of people it holds.

Stayed for long weekend, end of February. Hotel was spotless. Lifts can be very busy. Plenty of options in the buffet for lunch and dinner. Staff were very nice, Adrian on reception was very helpful!! Great location and would stay again.

Was very reluctant from the reviews. Played it safe with food.
My daughter got sick tho, severe stomach cramps and vomiting. My partner 2 days later.
Overall was a good stay. Majority staff were nice.
Excellent location.
We were in room 102. Was so loud but realised if you closed the emergency doors it blocked out alot of the noise.

We arrived at 11:30 pm no waters in room had to argue with bar staff for 2 cups of water! There was also not a cot in the room when requested before hand and the reception said it was on the system but the cleaner hasn’t put one in and they had gone home so we couldn’t get one till the next day! The Hotel is not 4 star standard, the location is good the entertainment crew is good with kids also the food was horrible, was also constantly waiting for lifts what I may add felt unsafe and bounced when getting in and out of the lift and sometimes the lift was 4/5 inch off the floor hight also one of them spend a full day and half stuck… we also got there and the soft play had been removed which was still on jet 2 pictures what was a let down as we went with a 2 year old but apart from that had a good holiday but the hotel is basically a standard 3 star, would not be returning.

Positives : Close to beach, all inclusive options which I thought the food was really nice and the outside snack bar offers a small variety of hot food, great if its not raining as you're asked to eat outside. Entertainment available for both children and adults during the day, evening entertainment was really fun for the kids at mini disco and later for the adults. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, speaking kind gestures and hellos in Spanish is warmly welcomed which i think is a kind gesture as a tourist going to a location that doesn't primarily speak English.
Negatives : When booking there no mention of the kids pool being closed, this was the main and only reason why I picked this destination and hotel. The lifts are roughly a 5-10 minute wait at breakfast, lunch and dinner but so long as you don't have a pushchair or on floor 8+ and healthy you could walk it 🤪.
Overall, I would stay again but I would only stay when the pool is open if travelling with children and not in peak seasonal times as I could imagine for the hotel to be even busier as benidorm is a very lively and busy place already.
