⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rixos Premium Belek — Where Service Makes All the Difference
Having traveled to over 50 countries and stayed at some of the world’s finest resorts — and being full-time residents of Bali with a well-trained eye for hospitality — we came to Rixos Premium Belek with high expectations and an honest perspective.
Let us be straightforward: the hotel is not new, and like any established property, it carries a few signs of age here and there. Some rooms could benefit from renovation updates. But here’s the thing — for us, the true measure of a luxury hotel is never just the physical product. It’s how the team responds when something isn’t perfect. And on that front, Rixos Premium Belek absolutely delivered.
Our personal assistant Valeriia Binidzhi, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we landed, she was by our side — arranging restaurant reservations, organizing laundry, helping with room upgrades and extensions, tracking down lost items, and somehow always being available no matter the hour. She handled every small imperfection before we even had time to think about it. People like Valeriia Binidzhi, are rare in hospitality, and she is clearly born for this role. She alone elevated our entire stay.
We also want to give a very special mention to Sevval at the Starbucks inside the hotel. Making coffee may sound simple, but she approaches it like a true art form — every cup prepared with skill, warmth, and genuine love for what she does. Our child became completely enchanted by her, and our daily Starbucks visits became one of the highlights of the trip.
Another absolute must-mention: the drummers performing at Beach Beach at the day time. Honestly, forget any animation or entertainment we’ve seen elsewhere — this was electrifying. Even the most reserved guests couldn’t help but start moving. Truly world-class energy.
Beyond the people, the property has some genuinely impressive strengths:
Stunning, immaculately maintained grounds — lush greenery, flowers everywhere, beautifully kept
Excellent pools and a gorgeous beach
Exceptional children’s entertainment — a huge plus for families like ours
Great dining variety — from the buffet to à la carte options ( Steak house, Asian restaurant, Greek restaurant) with special praise for Peoples Restaurant where the staff go above and beyond
Abundant activities that keep both kids and adults genuinely engaged
Our advice: book a Deluxe room or above from the start — it’s worth it.
In summary — yes, the hotel has the natural quirks of a mature property, and a few spaces would shine with some freshening up. But the soul of this place is its people, and that soul is warm, hardworking, and genuinely caring. Our holiday was a success, and we would return.

We had a wonderful vacation at Rixos Premium Belek. We’ve stayed at several Rixos properties over the years, including Tekirova, Sungate, Bodrum, and Sharm El Sheikh, and in our opinion, Rixos Premium Belek offers the best food of them all. The variety, quality, and taste were outstanding throughout our stay.
The à la carte restaurants were excellent, especially the Turkish Restaurant and the Greek Restaurant. One tip: make sure you book your reservation right at 10:00 AM. We found that it’s much easier to disconnect from the hotel’s Wi-Fi and use your mobile data instead. Start refreshing the reservation page around 9:59 AM because the popular restaurants fill up within minutes.
If your priority is the food, we thought the Turkish Restaurant offered the best dining experience. If you’re looking for a lively evening with music, dancing, and entertainment, then the Greek Restaurant is the perfect choice.
The pools are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. As for the sea, it’s the typical Belek coastline. The water is clean, but because the seabed is sandy, it can appear a little cloudy. If you’re expecting the crystal-clear waters of Bodrum or Didim, this is different—but the sea itself is clean and enjoyable.
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive another room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the team for making us feel valued once again.
The only downside was that the resort can feel quite crowded during peak season. However, that’s understandable given the size and popularity of the property.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. Rixos Premium Belek continues to be one of our favorite all-inclusive resorts.

The taste of the food was absolutely perfect, and the presentation was just as impressive. I truly loved the hotel’s atmosphere and the beautiful landscape, it created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The tennis courts were perfect as well, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was genuinely impressed by the significant improvements in both the services and overall guest experience. Everything was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable.
One of the best enhancements I noticed was the introduction of the hotel mobile application, especially its AI-powered features, which made communication, requests, and accessing services much more convenient and efficient.
Another outstanding improvement was the Personal Assistant service. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nabila, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She was professional, attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Her dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience.

Our stay at Rixos has been exceptional from start to finish, and the experience has exceeded all of our expectations.
A special mention has to go to the Rixy Kids Club, which has been nothing short of outstanding. Our four-year-old daughter has absolutely loved every moment she has spent there. The team are incredibly kind, caring, attentive and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the moment we arrived, they made her feel welcome, safe and excited to join in with the wide range of activities on offer.
The level of care and attention given to each child is truly remarkable. The staff create such a warm, fun and nurturing environment that allows children to build confidence, make friends and create wonderful holiday memories. It is clear that they go above and beyond to ensure every child has an unforgettable experience, and that made a huge difference to our holiday as a family.
The Rixy Kids Club is genuinely second to none and is one of the very best children's clubs we have ever experienced. It is a real credit to the hotel and its fantastic team.
