We recently spent one week at Rixos Premium Belek, and our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it.
From the day we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the reception and guest relations teams. Mr. Onur, a shift leader at reception, helped us settle into our room and quickly solved a few small issues. Kateryna from guest relations was also very helpful with our daily questions and with booking the à la carte restaurants.
There is an excellent AI assistant system in the hotel, which is very handy for questions. Guest relations team also has an access to chat so it is possible to ask questions to advisors.
Mr. Cengiz from Anjana Spa was a wonderful person. He was very positive, professional, and kind. If you are interested in spa treatments, I highly recommend speaking with him.
The food selection was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was a wide variety of choices, including freshly baked pastries, fresh salads, soups, snacks, grilled kebabs, and delicious desserts. We were very satisfied with the quality and variety of the food.
The à la carte restaurants were also excellent, especially Piazzetta, Akşam, and Mykorini. The food and service were outstanding. The 24/7 à la carte restaurant People’s was very convenient because no reservation was needed, and you could enjoy food at any time of the day.
The beach has a sandy seabed, which makes it comfortable to walk in the sea. The pool and beach areas had plenty of sunbeds. Even though the hotel was busy throughout the day, we were always able to find available sunbeds. The cocktails and mocktails were very good, and the QR code ordering system made it easy to order drinks directly to the tables next to the sunbeds.
Ramazan, who organized sports activities on the beach, was very friendly and helpful. Activities such as Kangoo Jumping, Flying Yoga, paddleboarding etc. were available and very enjoyable.
The evening entertainment for adults could be improved a little, but it was still enjoyable.
As Rixos guests, we had free access to Land of Legends. We visited it several times and used the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel every day.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rixos Premium Belek — Where Service Makes All the Difference
Having traveled to over 50 countries and stayed at some of the world’s finest resorts — and being full-time residents of Bali with a well-trained eye for hospitality — we came to Rixos Premium Belek with high expectations and an honest perspective.
Let us be straightforward: the hotel is not new, and like any established property, it carries a few signs of age here and there. Some rooms could benefit from renovation updates. But here’s the thing — for us, the true measure of a luxury hotel is never just the physical product. It’s how the team responds when something isn’t perfect. And on that front, Rixos Premium Belek absolutely delivered.
Our personal assistant Valeriia Binidzhi, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we landed, she was by our side — arranging restaurant reservations, organizing laundry, helping with room upgrades and extensions, tracking down lost items, and somehow always being available no matter the hour. She handled every small imperfection before we even had time to think about it. People like Valeriia Binidzhi, are rare in hospitality, and she is clearly born for this role. She alone elevated our entire stay.
We also want to give a very special mention to Sevval at the Starbucks inside the hotel. Making coffee may sound simple, but she approaches it like a true art form — every cup prepared with skill, warmth, and genuine love for what she does. Our child became completely enchanted by her, and our daily Starbucks visits became one of the highlights of the trip.
Another absolute must-mention: the drummers performing at Beach Beach at the day time. Honestly, forget any animation or entertainment we’ve seen elsewhere — this was electrifying. Even the most reserved guests couldn’t help but start moving. Truly world-class energy.
Beyond the people, the property has some genuinely impressive strengths:
Stunning, immaculately maintained grounds — lush greenery, flowers everywhere, beautifully kept
Excellent pools and a gorgeous beach
Exceptional children’s entertainment — a huge plus for families like ours
Great dining variety — from the buffet to à la carte options ( Steak house, Asian restaurant, Greek restaurant) with special praise for Peoples Restaurant where the staff go above and beyond
Abundant activities that keep both kids and adults genuinely engaged
Our advice: book a Deluxe room or above from the start — it’s worth it.
In summary — yes, the hotel has the natural quirks of a mature property, and a few spaces would shine with some freshening up. But the soul of this place is its people, and that soul is warm, hardworking, and genuinely caring. Our holiday was a success, and we would return.

The taste of the food was absolutely perfect, and the presentation was just as impressive. I truly loved the hotel’s atmosphere and the beautiful landscape, it created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The tennis courts were perfect as well, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again.

We stayed at Rixos Premium Belek, and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium five-star standard we paid for.
The stay started poorly — no proper welcome, rushed check-in, no explanation of the Lumin app, and our dietary requirements were not handled correctly. We were also initially given the wrong room (garden view instead of sea view), and my daughter’s bed was not prepared.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not work properly. The room remained hot even at 18°C, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the balcony, which led to mosquito bites. We were told the system is centrally controlled, which is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. We were even offered a villa, but it had a bad smell and was very isolated, so we declined moving again.
Food was another major concern. In the main restaurant, many dishes had no labels at all, and desserts had no ingredient information. As strict vegetarians (no eggs), this made dining very stressful. Staff often could not confirm ingredients. While Chef Deepak was excellent and helpful, overall service was inconsistent and seemed better for guests who were tipping.
Facilities were mixed — Pizzeretta was good, but booking was difficult. Godiva café was unclear if products were genuine. The spa was good, but the outdoor pool was cold. Kids club was average. Land of Legends was disappointing with many rides closed and limited expensive vegetarian options.
Beach service was very slow, and we also noticed a sewage-like smell near the pool area at times.
While the manager did try to help, this does not change the overall experience.
At this price, you expect a consistent 5-star experience from the start — not issues being fixed along the way.
Although I may consider returning in the future, I would first check if these issues have been addressed.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort.

I am visiting from the United States, and I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent—very clean, well-organized, and sophisticated. The level of service exceeded my expectations.
I would especially like to thank Deniz E, Guest Relations Agent, for his outstanding support. He went above and beyond to help arrange our transportation to the airport and kindly provided us with a complimentary late check-out. This meant a lot to us, especially since my mother is 85 years old and needed a comfortable place to rest before our evening flight.
Deniz’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more special.
I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service.
