With it being our first time in benidorm we didn’t know what to expect. However was pleasantly surprised by the amazing standard of this hotel. Cannot fault this place at all. Very clean and the food was amazing! The staff were incredible and very friendly. Made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely return to the Riviera

Just back from a week stay full board at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, great shower in the bathroom and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The safe is available for the week at 20 euros which is reasonable. Room was cleaned everyday and towels replaced even though we didn't leave them on the floor to be replaced. The air conditioning was excellent and kept us chilled in the very warm weather. The buffet style meals were good, I would say they go for quality over quantity but there was enough variety over the week and the waiting staff were very attentive. Drinks are charged to the room and are cheap and can be settled after each meal. The most important highlight for me being a coeliac was that everything in the buffet had allergy labelling which made it so easy to see which dishes contained gluten and gluten free bread was toasted for me on a separate toaster. Entertainment is on the terrace at the front of the hotel which is popular with non residents as is the lounge downstairs which hosts many of Benidorms tribute acts. Finally, this hotel is in the heart of Benidorm so it is not quiet before midnight but ambience in the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

Really good hotel, situated just off the strip. Sun terrace is fantastic, great daals on during the day and staff are fantastic. If you want to be near the action (the strip) then you wouldn't go far wrong with this hotel, especially if your on the wrong side of 40.

having spent 5 days at the riviera in benidorm.we where a bit dubious chosing a new hotel to try but from the moment we arrived the receptionist was so friendly and helpful telling us everything about the hotel and our room was ready and it was only 2-15 pm
After unpacking we went and chilled in the front of the hotel and what a sun trap drinks where very reasonable.
We went down for evening meal and could not fault it but the deserts & puddings where to die for the restaurant
Staff we very polite and helpful nothing was to much bother for them the best thing about the restaurant was it was just the right size and jot over crowded.
Here are the positives about the hotel
1/ kepted very clean everywhere
2/ excellent staff with great Customer service
3/ food was excellent a great range at Breakfast- lunch- evening meal.

We have returned from another fantastic holiday in Beni staying at this hotel for a second time on a half board basis, staff on the terrace and restaurant very friendly and efficient, food excellent in the restaurant always hot with lots of choice, hotel very clean in all area's, good location, will be returning to this hotel again.
