With it being our first time in benidorm we didn’t know what to expect. However was pleasantly surprised by the amazing standard of this hotel. Cannot fault this place at all. Very clean and the food was amazing! The staff were incredible and very friendly. Made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely return to the Riviera

Just back from a week stay full board at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, great shower in the bathroom and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The safe is available for the week at 20 euros which is reasonable. Room was cleaned everyday and towels replaced even though we didn't leave them on the floor to be replaced. The air conditioning was excellent and kept us chilled in the very warm weather. The buffet style meals were good, I would say they go for quality over quantity but there was enough variety over the week and the waiting staff were very attentive. Drinks are charged to the room and are cheap and can be settled after each meal. The most important highlight for me being a coeliac was that everything in the buffet had allergy labelling which made it so easy to see which dishes contained gluten and gluten free bread was toasted for me on a separate toaster. Entertainment is on the terrace at the front of the hotel which is popular with non residents as is the lounge downstairs which hosts many of Benidorms tribute acts. Finally, this hotel is in the heart of Benidorm so it is not quiet before midnight but ambience in the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

Really good hotel, situated just off the strip. Sun terrace is fantastic, great daals on during the day and staff are fantastic. If you want to be near the action (the strip) then you wouldn't go far wrong with this hotel, especially if your on the wrong side of 40.

Wow this hotel ! So glad we found it. The location is central . It is right opposite uncle peds and Morgans Tavern (neptunes) is over the road.
The rooms are spacious and the balcony had a good view. We was in room 701 . Rooms are very clean . Shampoo / bath wash is provided in sachets .Tea and coffee are also provided in the room.
There is an option to hire a safe and it is €4 per day . Also beach towels can be hired for €3 for the whole stay plus a €10 cash deposit which is returned when you take the towel back.
We arrived to the hotel before check-in time of 3pm and was told to go for lunch so we did but we had to wait until 3pm to check in but others were arriving and checking straight in !
Food times are breakfast 8-10 , Lunch is 1.00-2.30 and Evening meal is 7-9 pm.
There is enough food choices and there is a menu displayed outside the restaurant ea h day telling you what is on the menu for that day .
Drinks are extremely cheap you give the waiters your room number and drink order and they bring you a receipt which you take to the counter to pay at the end I think a water was €1.20 and a coke was €1.20 . They also allow you to get a bottle of wine and they put your name on and save it this is also very cheap. The waiters are so friendly and always have a smile on their face .
The pool area is small but sunbeds were not a problem . The sun is around there from 1pm .
The bar on the front of the hotel is waiter service or you can go to the bar yourself. They do lovely cocktails and its such a chilled atmosphere, we enjoyed sitting outside here end of the night before we went back to our room.
We will 100% be returning to this hotel this has been the best we have stopped in so far .

Hotel lovely staff lovely. Dodgy bingo caller for the chippy chippy money he takes for selling the bingo tickets a packed hall the prize money is crap most I’ve heard is 40 Euros when he’s obviously taken Brewsters at least 3-4 hundred euros. That’s not bloody fair !
