Disappointing stay due to lack of accessibility and unresolved issues
We had an okay experience getting around the main areas of the hotel, as the general footprint is wheelchair friendly. However, several key problems seriously impacted our stay.
The lights in our room were not working properly from the first night. We reported this multiple times throughout our ten-day stay, but the issue was never fixed.
Before booking, we specifically checked that the hotel was wheelchair accessible, and while the grounds technically are, there was no access to either pool. This was meant to be a summer holiday, and not being able to use the pool was extremely disappointing.
We tried using the steps to access one pool on one occasion, but the steps were so large that we are still dealing with pain from trying to get back out. There was a chair lift, but told it was unusable. We had to chase daily for answer.
Chair in shower wasn't safe and needed maintenance.
Overall, this completely spoiled the holiday for our disabled relative and much of the enjoyment for the rest of the family too.

After reading a few bad reviews about this hotel was a bit dubious about our stay.
Can honestly say I would class this as five star hotel. There is a fantastic selection of food for all tastes and plenty of choices for fussy kids. Down side was our late flight and only tripe soup as a choice so would advise to pack sandwiches for late arrivals.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Entertainment is a bit sparse but it is the end of the season (October)
I would recommend this hotel for families with children or people who like the quieter holiday. There’s plenty of different areas to eat and drink and the beach is clean and well maintained. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here so far.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are in very poor condition: old renovation, crumbling plaster, mold in the pool, dirty sunbeds, and even sand in the water, rooms are not soundproof and some neighbors like to sing a bit after few drinks. The food was equally disappointing – the selection was repetitive every single day, and during dinner guests were expected to collect their own cutlery. Tables were frequently left uncleared, with dirty dishes piling up, despite the number of guests looking for seating. During our entire stay, not once did a waiter come to our table to offer drinks – we always had to go to the bar ourselves.
The entertainment team showed little effort or enthusiasm. One animator did not even know the dance moves, activities were poorly communicated, and announcements were almost non-existent. The sound system was unpleasant, with speakers screeching daily and songs being cut off mid-play. Due to the hotel’s location (wedged between two others), there was constant noise from multiple directions, making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere.
Service and housekeeping were also very unprofessional. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign activated, staff entered our room without permission. After five nights, an extra bed we never requested was brought in, and our personal belongings (including luggage) were moved around. When we asked at reception (where the lady working also doesn't really look happy or ready to answer questions from the guests) why staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” indicator, we were simply asked (by another person, the only one that actually looked concerned about the situation) if the room had been cleaned, answer given was a no, and the staff seemed surprised about that more than about the fact that someone entered the room ignoring the "do not disturb" light. Eventually, housekeepers were sent back to remove the unnecessary bed, but none of the furniture or belongings were returned to their original place.
Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations in every aspect – cleanliness, food, service, and entertainment. This was by far not our first stay in Turkey and we have experienced way better service in other (actually) 5* hotels. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful and kind staff with us and our children, the hygiene in the hotel was really high, our apartment was cleaned every day and there were always decorations made from towels for us and our children. The food was solidly good, there was a large and nice selection for everyone's taste. I recommend you visit it and have a nice vacation like we did.

My partner has already written a detailed in depth review of this barely 1 star hotel. I would like to add on that the rooms have a room cleaning or sleeping light for you to turn on and off as required. We had ours set as sleeping as we didn’t require room cleaning as we were sleeping in before our flight yet the cleaners still continued multiple times to enter our room to clean it. This was at 07:45. I appreciate there are lots of rooms that require cleaning but if we have stated we do not require this service why continue to enter our room. This left us very disappointed and frustrated. We also thought about trying a late breakfast as everyday we have been up at the crack of dawn for breakfast and to get a sun lounger as they’re all gone by 7:30-8:00am. We came to breakfast at 9 am , no where to sit for 2 people, lots of tables full of half eaten plates stacked up, rubbish everywhere. When we eventually sat down I thought I’d try one of the omelettes they cook for you fresh… it wasn’t what I expected it was swimming in oil i could have squeezed it out there was that much! The waiters/waitresses scrape plates of food onto other plates infront of people eating at their table, there are no table manners that exist in this hotel. The food is the same every night with the odd thing different , there is no taste to the food it is all bland and greasy. The hygiene of the staff members as well is not good I again appreciate the weather is awfully hot this time of year but that is not what you want to smell at 9am for breakfast. I will not be returning to this hotel.
