Nice and modern hotel. The food is often very good in all the restaurants, main, pool, beach etc. A nice selection of drinks.
The noice levels in the main restaurant is very loud. Not much dampening and high ceilings.
Rooms are spacious and nice, feels modern. Beds are on the harder side.
It's easy to take the local bus in to Side, just grab the bus outside of the hotel.
shows at night every day. Some shows were better than other.

I spent one week in a hotel and really enjoyed my time. Was hotel 100% perfect? probably not, probably they are things that could be better but at the same time it was reasonable for price. Rooms were clean, food was good, staff:maybe not everyone speaks english but it’s not a big deal, they were trying to help as much as possible and most of them still made us feel welcomed.
I am reading all negative reviews and I cant get over people complaining about size of pool, how far beach was or that see was too wavy? Like I am sorry: photos of pool are there, information where the beach is- is there, if you don't like it, book somewhere else, don’t complain about something you were informed about before booking. Waves in the see? And what is hotel suppose to do about it, stop them? 🤯
Anyways I wont come back only because I just prefer to explore new places but I definitely don't regret my choice and would recommend to friends or family.

As someone who has had the privilege of visiting and evaluating many hotels throughout my professional career as an international delegate, I can say with complete confidence that this hotel stands among the very best.
My deepest appreciation goes to Mr. Eren and his outstanding team for their exceptional professionalism, genuine hospitality, and unwavering dedication to every guest. They welcomed my family with such warmth and kindness that we felt completely at home throughout our stay. The care and attention shown to my children made this experience truly unforgettable.
Outstanding hotels are built by outstanding people, and under Mr. Eren’s leadership, excellence is not simply a standard—it is a culture.
Thank you for creating memories that my family and I will cherish for many years to come.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Overall, the food was decent. There wasn’t a wide variety of dishes, but what was available was good. The staff were friendly and willing to help.
The biggest disappointment was the SPA area. It clearly needs urgent renovation. The dry sauna was only lukewarm and never reached the proper temperature, while the steam room was not working at all. In addition, the indoor pool was closed. We were told that it only operates during the winter season, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this at a hotel of this standard. At every other hotel we’ve stayed at, the indoor pool and SPA facilities were available regardless of the season. We enjoy relaxing in the SPA after spending a few hours in the sun, so this was a major downside for us.
The cocktails varied greatly depending on who prepared them. The ones served at the Lobby Bar were very good, but those from the pool bar and the beach bar were of much lower quality and, unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy them at all. It would be great if there were a consistent standard so that the drinks had the same quality at every bar in the hotel.
On the other hand, the beach snack bar was excellent. We really enjoyed the food there, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We would especially like to thank the waiter, Şahin Yüce, for his kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Thanks to him, every meal on the terrace was comfortable and enjoyable. Employees like him truly make a difference and deserve recognition.
We also had an issue with insects in our first room, and I was bitten multiple times. However, I appreciate that the staff responded very quickly and immediately moved us to another room, where we did not experience this problem again.

The build quality is ridiculous. There is no soundproofing. Stayed with kids and this is at 23 in the evening in my room - check the video I’m at the freaking disco although i’m not interested in taking part in one. The staff is helpful and nice, but sorry - this is ridiculous. Take the freaking disco to the beach. No point in keeping me up with blasting the beats like this . Kids need to get their night sleep :(
Food was good, beach was nice, but the abscence of good nights sleep kills it for me :(
/ so i’ll add some more points as i’m back home:
The food was great. Always something to choose from and actually tasty. The thing with turkish AI is usually that the food looks good, but the taste is off due to seasoning or some other unknown causes - especially with sweets and cakes, but that was not the case.
The build quality is awful. Fat silicone bands everywhere, should be quite new hotel, but it feels like its been used for a decade already. Many things broken and run down.
The service was good. Everybody helpful, smiling, fast, BUT it felt there was too little barmaids. Constant queues in the bars, people ordering some fancy drinks which took way too long to make. Add more bar staff. I resorted to beer mostly, as i saw no point making the line even longer.
Beach was nice, but had huge waves so not suitable for small children. The a la carte restaurant was also a nice touch.
So all in all i’d say 4 stars. Room for improvement. I was also there at the start of the season and it wasn’t all sold out and it felt kind of cramped already. I’m afraid it gets a lot worse when the season kicks in.
