I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and I had a really great experience. The staff were very kind, always helpful, and welcoming with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was varied and delicious. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Throughout my stay, I felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant vacation in Turkey.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointing stay due to lack of accessibility and unresolved issues.
Don't trust your fake "holiday rep". Full reassurance that tours suitable for wheelchairs and definitely not.
The tour to town was driven to a shop and we wasn't allowed to leave the one shop at all, made to feel very uncomfortable and mislead.
And
Do not book the zoo visits even as part of other packages, the animals were very poorly looked after, like prison cages with nothing to do or play. Even flooring for the was just concrete. We walked out after ten mins and sat in bus.
Not suitable for wheelchairs.
We had an okay experience getting around the main areas of the hotel, as the general footprint is wheelchair friendly. However, several key problems seriously impacted our stay.
The lights in our room were not working properly from the first night. We reported this multiple times throughout our ten-day stay, but the issue was never fixed.
Before booking, we specifically checked that the hotel was wheelchair accessible, and while the grounds technically are, there was no access to either pool. This was meant to be a summer holiday, and not being able to use the pool was extremely disappointing.
We tried using the steps to access one pool on one occasion, but the steps were so large that we are still dealing with pain from trying to get back out. There was a chair lift the inside pool but told it was unusable. We had to chase daily for answer and never got to use all the ten days.
Chair in shower wasn't safe and needed maintenance.
Overall, this completely spoiled the holiday for our disabled relative and much of the enjoyment for the rest of the family too.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are in very poor condition: old renovation, crumbling plaster, mold in the pool, dirty sunbeds, and even sand in the water, rooms are not soundproof and some neighbors like to sing a bit after few drinks. The food was equally disappointing – the selection was repetitive every single day, and during dinner guests were expected to collect their own cutlery. Tables were frequently left uncleared, with dirty dishes piling up, despite the number of guests looking for seating. During our entire stay, not once did a waiter come to our table to offer drinks – we always had to go to the bar ourselves.
The entertainment team showed little effort or enthusiasm. One animator did not even know the dance moves, activities were poorly communicated, and announcements were almost non-existent. The sound system was unpleasant, with speakers screeching daily and songs being cut off mid-play. Due to the hotel’s location (wedged between two others), there was constant noise from multiple directions, making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere.
Service and housekeeping were also very unprofessional. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign activated, staff entered our room without permission. After five nights, an extra bed we never requested was brought in, and our personal belongings (including luggage) were moved around. When we asked at reception (where the lady working also doesn't really look happy or ready to answer questions from the guests) why staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” indicator, we were simply asked (by another person, the only one that actually looked concerned about the situation) if the room had been cleaned, answer given was a no, and the staff seemed surprised about that more than about the fact that someone entered the room ignoring the "do not disturb" light. Eventually, housekeepers were sent back to remove the unnecessary bed, but none of the furniture or belongings were returned to their original place.
Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations in every aspect – cleanliness, food, service, and entertainment. This was by far not our first stay in Turkey and we have experienced way better service in other (actually) 5* hotels. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Me and 3 friends arrived here on the 21st September for 11 nights, checked in very little english spoken and do not tell you anything just ask for reference and put you a wrist band on you also have to pay for a safe if you want one we ended up paying €20.
Me and my friends had 2 rooms both double standard with pool view me and my partner had a double bed but barley a pool view and our other friends had 2 single beds went to complain and there was nothing they could do until the next day that was the start of it, food it absolutely awful not much variety at all, all i ate was chips just not nice not good at all for kids, entertainment on an evening is shocking and you have to walk 20 mins to it as it’s on the beach, best entertainment nights are a saturday on any of the nights are no english music at all so no variety at all, you can’t get cocktails on an evening just vodka coke etc which you can’t even drink as they make it so strong, same for pool bar barley any cocktails on no strawberry daiquiris and again bar staff do not understand english. The girls on the entertainment team are really rude when you don’t want to join in with the activities they go really funny with you and don’t speak to you for the next few days it’s the same with buying bingo & raffle tickets for the evening they force you to buy to the point they were peering over in my partners wallet. Beach snack bar is good have some nice food and nice drinks on some days, Rooms are clean and nice but the walls are very thin and can hear everything but overall is a nice clean hotel but we did have pieces of chewing gum stuck to the rails in the shower we didn’t bother complaining about anything as they just don’t understand you. i definitely would say it’s more a 2/3* then a 5*.
They had advertised on a wednesay that they do foam parties when we asked about it they said it had to be cancelled due to the weather being too cold even though it was 30-32 degrees. Location is awful nothing in walking distance wanted to go markers staff told us a bus to the completely wrong thing so was a waste of time and money, Getting a table on a night was a race usually no cutelry on the tables and have to chase the staff around for them, There was a really nice member of staff on an evening didn’t catch his name but he was so so nice and went above and beyond so that was a positive. Another thing was outside the hotel we seen the people who do the camel riding abusing them trying to throw them into the back of vans and smacking them which made us really upset. We paid over 2k for this holiday so we are really disheartened i would just avoid this hotel and mainly hotels in Side area as there is absolutely nothing about, i have stayed in better 3* hotels put it that way

Currently 4 days into a 7 day stay and I have to say the hotel is fantastic. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and reception checked us in very speedily. We were shown to our room which was gorgeous, it was very spacious and the balcony area was huge. The bathroom areas and the room and balcony were spotlessly clean. There was a fully stocked fridge with water various soft drinks and juices (which were restocked daily). There was also a kettle with various teas and coffee. The beds are quite comfortable (they are firm, which i like). Housekeeping come daily and are really attentive they change the towels re stock the fridge change the beds and hoover around the room. They are happy to come back later if you are not ready to have your room cleaned. There is a slide area which is open for a few hours twice a day . There are two pool areas , the main pool and a pool up on a balcony area (this pool is small but is quiet). There are various food and beverage areas around the pools along with a vitamin bar (at extra cost)where you can also find shisha (at extra cost)
