Spent a week here at the end of may on a B&B basis. Hotel is excellent & has every single amenity anyone could possibly need or want. The numerous pools are well laid out & the beach is accessible through a very short tunnel from the hotel. One warning about the beach is that it is very stoney which extends a couple of feet into the water. Really impossible without footwear. The rooms in the hotel are excellent & so roomy. We were in a split level which had 2 bathrooms - a shower room downstairs with the bigger bathroom upstairs. As we are all pensioners I think something on the one level would suit better. The cleaning staff were in every day & were very lovely. I have to mention the "balcony". This was huge & contained a large table & chairs, 2 sun loungers & a lot of space beyond also. The breakfasts were excellent. There was absolutely everything anyone could want & it was open until 10.30am. All in all a brilliant hotel all round. No complaints at all.

Our stay at this hotel in Rhodes was absolutely amazing — honestly beyond all expectations and definitely worth the price. The hotel feels luxurious and beautifully maintained, with two large pools on the ground floor facing the sea, plus another stunning pool on the top floor (11th floor) with an incredible view.
The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh fruits, desserts, cheeses, pastries, and so much more. Everything was delicious, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and smiling.
The room itself was very spacious, with extremely comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. Every room has a balcony facing the sea, and the view is simply breathtaking. The hotel is literally steps away from the beach — you can hear the waves in the morning and at night, which made the whole experience even more special.
The location is also perfect: about 15 minutes from the Old Town, only 20 minutes from the airport, with a bus station right next to the hotel and parking available for cars.
The only small downside was that the pool towels had to be collected from the spa area, which is a bit far from the pools. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely love to come back!

Location: directly opposite a beach, albeit a rocky one. Some nearby shops which are helpful and a coastal bus service which stops right outside the hotel grounds which runs from the airport to the city.
Amenities: the spa is nice, £30pp for a days access, but the treatments require booking up to 5 days in advance. 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool & jacuzzi for when the weather is poor.
Restaurants: 2 on site restaurants which are very nice but also require booking a day in advance. The normal restaurant doesnt require booking and although we didnt use it apart from breakfast, looked to be a buffet with a good variety. The bar is nice and can get busy.
The shop on the ground floor is useful but inflated prices. The main thing which we found helpful about it is to get bus tickets. €1.80 per adult ticket which you can use whenever you fancy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even went to the extra effort to make a partners birthday special when we mentioned it.
Overall, a very good hotel which is away from the party sites. If you prefer the nightlife and sandy beaches however, the east side of the island may be a better choice.

We had an amazing stay. We miss it already. It was made extra special by the extremely welcoming staff who made every effort each time they saw us to ensure that all our needs were met. A special thanks to Vasilia and Daria at reception, Makis our waiter and the extraordinary K. Vaso in the kitchen, who made amazing meals each time. The hotel was well equipment, clean and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Ixia. Only a short cab trip from both old and new towns. Go for it!

We spent an amazing week at Amus Hotel in Rhodes this August, and everything was truly perfect. We are usually quite detail-oriented and selective when it comes to hotels, but this experience exceeded all our expectations.
The food was excellent with nothing to fault, and both the rooms and the entire hotel were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully arranged.
What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to how wonderful everyone was with our 8-month-old son — he had such a great time, and we truly appreciated the warmth and care shown to him.
It was a unique and memorable experience for our whole family. A big thank you to Georgia and her entire team — you made our stay unforgettable 🙏
