We have spent one week in this hotel and I could not imagine better Christmas vacation. The hotel is beautifully located close to various beaches, the garden is extremely well managed and there is a huge variety of plants to admire. The whole Staff (reception, kitchen, bar, cleaning, garden, animation) is exceptionally kind, respectful and professional, I felt welcome at any time I had interaction with any Staff member. The gym is spacious and well equipped (new machines). We also used twice the tennis court that has views to the ocean.
The room was very clean and quiet, we loved the fact it was neither close to the swimming pool nor the restaurant. It was close to the beach, though. It's been great.
The food was delicious, with huge variety - fruit, vegetables, salads, meat, fish, desserts, all kind of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic and different kinds of bread. A lot of to choose from. The Christmas dinner was an absolutely beautiful experience, delicious food, elegant ambient and coziness. I would really like to thank the Kitchen Staff for having prepared everything and worked so hard so that the hotel guests could have such an amazing Christmas experience. Thank You.

Very pleased with our stay. Room/bathroom /shower was spacious. Never slept so well on holiday! Was really quiet at night ( at least in our wing, 2nd floor , room 2223). They count their floors from the top, so top floor is first. Enjoyed the entertainment, really liked the variety, you could either watch the entertainment or go to the next floor to a disco with a bar. The only downside was the food, it wasn't bad, but could be better. It was ok, average. Altogether can definitely recommend. We had a great time. The best cappuccino is at the pool bar. Loved to greenery, palms, grass, trees, well looked after.

An amazing stay overall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent staff were kind, efficient, and always ready to help. The views were stunning and truly unforgettable. A great choice for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

Just back from a trip here - we had a great time and the hotel provided us with everything we needed for this! The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked! The staff were unfailingly friendly and working so hard. The location is fabulous with half a dozen wonderful beaches within ten minutes walk. The evening entertainment was actually great - we saw two live bands, a dance show, and a magic show. The food was typical for an All Inclusive at this price point - always something you can enjoy, but a little repetitive. The best night was 'Mexicano' night where there was more flavours. The garden was wonderfully kept and lovely to stroll in. The grounds generally were well maintained.
There were a couple of issues that some people might find to be more difficult than we did so I report them for information.
There are few lifts and a lot of steps! This is simply down to the terrain the hotel is built on but worth knowing if you are slightly less mobile.
The wifi in the hotel is spotty at best. Plus there are also data blackspots. This was not a concern for us especially but I know that some people might want to remain reliably connected.
Whilst the beer, sparkling wine, and general bar drinks were fine - the wine was not great, and the cocktails pre mixed and a bit watery. We opted for liqueurs, mixed long drinks and so on and it was fine.
The more picturesque of the nearby beaches are popular with naturists and there is a lot of nudity. Easy to avert the eyes if you don't like that kind of thing, but the main town beach might be the best thing for you if you really don't want to risk it!

Horrible experience. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. First of all the kitchen staff is very rude and impolite. They yell at you and they are very unhappy. There are cockroaches running from the coffee machine. On our 3rd day I had FOOD POISONING from the food at the restaurant. I couldn't even leave the room puking all day. The new sheets they put on the bed is full of blood stain. There is also no WiFi connection reachable anywhere. When I went to the reception to complain all about this, they simply don't care. A manager who can't event speak English greeted me. I told them all about the problems and they just don't care. I asked a complaint form to file, they didn't give any and they just shrugged. I told them that I will complain to authorities and they just said you can do whatever you want. It is Christmas eve tomorrow and there is no authority you can reach at this time of the year. But I won't let this go and complain about this horrible hotel to every authority possible. It should be shut down.
