It's a lovely place. Staff are great and the animation team sports are fun. Not sure what others have said about a small drink collection, seemed solid to me and similar to other places. Though don't do what I did and spend the day drinking San Franciscos thinking you're a champ who can handle his drinks. it's non alcoholic 🤦🏻♂️ it's a sluhsi. That's on me!
The food is awesome. So much choice. Perfect buffet. The room was stunning. The room service on point. Location is a little more out in the sticks but it's exactly what I wanted. An escape in luxury. Found that here. Many thanks.

Cons:
Food: We stayed for 7 days with all-inclusive.
First night (2/8) was terrible because we arrived late—the buffet was basically empty, cold, and bad. It got better the next days, but
Also A/C is not working properly, in whole hotel there is warm as hell. In the rooms there is weird feeling of dampness
BIG warning: we got raw chicken a few times! Also, a lot of the food was really bland and needed salt/seasoning.
Drinks: The all-inclusive drink selection was a letdown. In a 4-star hotel, you really shouldn't have to pay extra for normal drinks on top of what you already paid.
Beach & Area: The beach right by the hotel is pretty ugly, full of rocks and trash, and the hotel doesn't clean it. Definitely rent a car and go somewhere else. Also, the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy with a ruined, abandoned hotel right next door.
Rooms: We had room 140 and the maintenance was pretty bad. The shower was broken and leaked water into the bedroom, and the tub wasn't cleaned properly. They literally just painted over the mold instead of fixing it. Plus, the beds are on wheels (feels like a hospital bed lol) and you only get one small pillow unless you ask reception for more.
Mosquitoes: Tons of mosquitoes in the room. Local shops don't really sell good repellents, so definitely bring your own from home.
Car rental tip: Avis has a desk here, but it's way more expensive than Cicar. If you have to use Avis, book ASAP because they only have a few cars.
Pros:
Staff: Super friendly and always tried to help us out.
Pools: Really nice, clean, and good water temp.
Location: Supermarket (Spar) is super close. It's a small village vibes, mostly local people on vacation.
Overall:
It wasn't a complete nightmare, but this is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, with good swimming pools, attractive grounds and a great location close to the beach. However, for a 4-star adults-only all-inclusive resort, there were too many issues for us to give it more than 3 stars.
We paid extra for a sea-view room but were initially given a pool-view room. The correct room was only available the following day. We had also requested a proper double bed, but were given two single beds pushed together.
The resort is divided into different sections with different rules and bar access, which was quite confusing. The all-inclusive package also came with quite a few extra charges, including the safe, some drinks and even billiards. For an all-inclusive 4-star hotel, this was disappointing.
Another strange thing was the “adults-only” concept, as we did see guests under 18 using the hotel facilities.
On the positive side, the food was good, the pools were nice, the beach was great and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The room issue was eventually resolved.
Overall, we enjoyed the holiday, but the hotel did not fully live up to the 4-star adults-only all-inclusive standard we expected.
3/5 – nice hotel, but too many small issues and inconsistencies.

Arrived here yesterday evening.
First the positive points. Food and drink seem fine so far, nice salads and fruit. Room quite good, bed very firm but OK. Lovely seafront location and beach without the crowds.
I do have some negative points however. Firstly, on arrival checking in, I gave name and passport. However staff wanted printed copy of booking also, although I booked package. I said I do not have printer, showed email confirmation which was somewhat reluctantly accepted eventually. Pillows very hard like concrete but this was quickly resolved with new one. One last thing, even in a quiet resort there is still music thumping out late at night which can be heard in rooms, would appreciate a more peaceful atmosphere.

Loved the hotel, loved my room, I had a junior suite sea view , only downside to room was that the room above had their balcony overlooking mine , so couldn’t chill on mine without them having full view of me .

One pool has bar open from 10.30 am the other hasn’t got no bar
Location isn’t the best as nothing around to walk. Dead end on each side really.
I wanted chill location but also be able to go for walks , this wasn’t ideal for walking.
Restaurant area was good , had similar stuff for roughly 3 days then changed it up on my last 2 days. I always found something to eat tho
Spa I didn’t find wow, I was lucky enough to have a free entry as I wouldn’t like to pay for what was there .
