We've just come back from a week at Port Fiesta Park Hotel. We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much, we had to go back. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Alfonso who books you into the dining room, makes your day with his humous jokes, everyday he greets you with a smile. Jose the maitre d is very friendly and helpful. When you go into the dining room, he will show you where you can sit. Jesus the bar man in the dining room was brilliant. Although we went on an all inclusive holiday, we didn't really take advantage of the alcohol as we're not big drinkers. After the first day Jesus knew our drinks order, and as soon as he saw us entering the dining room he got them ready and took them over to the table we were sitting at. Robert one of the bar staff was also friendly. We don't drink very much, but I decided to try a few cocktails. Robert was very helpful and told me which ones would suit my taste, and he got them all right. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday, with fabulous views, fabulous food, fantastic staff and an amazing atmosphere.

Definitely 3 star or lower. Very basic hotel, dated rooms. Not very suitable for the needs of all travelers as is a mainly Spanish spoken resort. No entertainment for English children or adults again all in Spanish. Spanish guests seem to enjoy their stay.

Stayed here as a solo traveller for one night, the hotel is decent enough. Nothing spectacular but functional, the hotel is a has a strange shape and takes some getting used to. It's a little way out from the "old town", located down in the poniente area of Benidorm. A little far out from Levante, I was ok with walking there but people with mobility issues may want to consider a hotel closer to these places if that's what you want.
The room was small, but modern and air conditioned with a small balcony, windows covered in thick black out curtains which is ideal for keeping the room cool. The bathroom was well decorated and comes with a good sized walk in shower with glass screens.
The food was good, served in a decent sized restaurant/canteen. The staff were helpful and allowed me to dump my bags in the luggage room as my room wasn't ready, so I could go and explore the vicinity luggage free.
One thing I would say is there was quite a lot of litter strewn at the front of the hotel entrance, overflowing bins. They need to be emptied more often and maybe clean up the front more often. I noticed this the first time I arrived at the hotel.
Would I stay here again? Yes possibly, if I wanted a more relaxing calm holiday then it has all the amenities you could need. I had never stayed in this area of Benidorm beforehand, so was interesting to explore. I booked the hotel last minute and was good value for money.

If you are looking for a place where you can truly relax, feel good, and simply arrive — I sincerely recommend it.

We are very satisfied with the hotel's service. The rooms and public areas are very clean. The rooms are good with all necessary equipment. They are regularly cleaned and maintained.
The food is very varied and delicious.
