We stayed 2 nights in August at Port Fiesta Park and it was a good budget-friendly choice. The room was clean, cool, and they kindly added an extra bed for our child at no cost. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy. Downsides were the noise from the kitchen fans in the D block, long queues at check-in and breakfast, and limited parking at the hotel (though we found paid parking just opposite at a similar price) Overall, fairly priced, did the job, and perfect if you’re budget-conscious.

Great location, relaxing atmosphere
The hotel is in an excellent location—walking distance to everything, which made getting around really easy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much pool time due to the weather, but it was still lovely to sit by and relax.
We stayed on a half-board basis and liked the flexibility of choosing either lunch or dinner along with breakfast. In our experience, the lunch options were definitely stronger than the dinners. Drinks were very reasonably priced—less than €2 for a glass of wine!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s worth noting that the hotel seems to cater more to Spanish guests, which we actually appreciated—it felt authentic, and after all, we are in Spain!
One of the standout aspects was the peaceful atmosphere. There’s a strict noise cut-off in the evenings, so no loud parties or rowdy groups—mostly retired Spanish guests, couples, and young families, which suited us perfectly.
My only thing for giving the room 4 stars is it would have been lovely to have a small fridge, I did pre message the hotel regarding this however had no reply. However the bar staff did provide ice and plastic cups free of charge on request. For the price paid this hotel is perfect.

Just come back after spending 7 nights at the hotel all inclusive,
I enjoyed my stay here, I like how you go from the outside area to the reception, staff was extremely polite and friendly.
Rooms was nice and clean, beds where comfortable, air con was left on All day and the room was nice and cool. We had a room overlooking the street which had amazing views, we even asked for a kettle which was provided.
Food: Food was nice but very repetitive which we got bored and started to eat out however there is something for everyone, two areas in the restaurant to eat which I find great as it can get busy around the times to eat. Only thing I would suggest is more option for children,
Area: lovely area nice and clean, not far from shops, beach and bars. Taxis always available if you decided to head out further a field.
They have 2 pools which one is a roof top pool and a pool by the outside bar.
Overall this is a nice hotel and worth a visit, would I go back yes I would,

food and drinks were really nice. had a really nice vibe and really good rooms. the catering staff were lovely. however to note this is far from the strip and this hotel caters for spanish guests more (which isn’t a bad thing because we’re in spain). The showers as well were lovely. would stay again.

recently stayed at Hotel Port Fiesta in Benidorm and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet plenty of variety, fresh options, and well-stocked every morning. It was a great way to start the day.
However, I found the dinner options a bit disappointing, especially if you’re looking for halal food there weren’t many choices available, so I had to stick to vegetarian options most nights. It would be great if the hotel could offer more inclusive meal options.
Another downside was the behavior of some of the guests. I often felt uncomfortable due to excessive staring, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unwelcoming at times. It’s a shame because the staff were generally polite and helpful.
The outdoor pool was also a letdown it’s completely shaded due to the surrounding hotel buildings blocking the sunlight, so even in 25+ degree heat, the water is absolutely freezing. Not exactly the relaxing swim you’d hope for on a sunny day. The indoor pool wasn’t much better either, with the water always looking cloudy, which didn’t feel very hygienic. The bed sheets don’t get changed every day like they have on my other holidays, but otherwise the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The TV doesn’t have any English channels, which was a bit disappointing when trying to relax in the room.
A helpful tip for anyone staying here: the local markets are about a 25-minute walk from the hotel and are open on Wednesdays and Sundays definitely worth a visit.
Overall, not a bad place if you’re just looking for a base with good breakfast, but several aspects could use improvement.
