We've just come back from a week at Port Fiesta Park Hotel. We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much, we had to go back. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Alfonso who books you into the dining room, makes your day with his humous jokes, everyday he greets you with a smile. Jose the maitre d is very friendly and helpful. When you go into the dining room, he will show you where you can sit. Jesus the bar man in the dining room was brilliant. Although we went on an all inclusive holiday, we didn't really take advantage of the alcohol as we're not big drinkers. After the first day Jesus knew our drinks order, and as soon as he saw us entering the dining room he got them ready and took them over to the table we were sitting at. Robert one of the bar staff was also friendly. We don't drink very much, but I decided to try a few cocktails. Robert was very helpful and told me which ones would suit my taste, and he got them all right. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday, with fabulous views, fabulous food, fantastic staff and an amazing atmosphere.

The hotel and the stuff are amazing. Everything is very neatly organised. It has an amazing location, it's close to the beach and the old town promenade ( a 7- 10 mins by foot ).
The only downside of it it's a bit loud ( slamming doors and thin walls) and the rooms don't have a kettle or mini fridge. Apart from that, we had an amazing stay. The food is nice, has a good variety and something for everyone's taste.

Absolutely perfect experience. The friendly front desk were happy and very helpful with checking on and supplying information. The room was clean, modern and had a modern walk in shower and usual suite. Toiletries were there and hair dryer. Finally the restaurant and breakfast was very satisfying. Full cooked breakfast to fruit, pastries and cereals. Juices and hot drinks ready and available. The staff were clearing tables with speed and massive thank you to everyone for a perfect stay😀👍

The hotel was quite nice, with fairly spacious rooms, and some even have a small balcony. However, it seems to cater more to older couples, as all the beds in the rooms are separate, and there were many elderly guests. In the evening, there was a party downstairs with music playing fairly loudly, but it wasn’t too much of an issue since it only lasted until 11 PM.
The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the beach and almost in the center of Benidorm. Breakfast was decent, with a fairly good selection, though the dining area is in the basement, which feels a bit gloomy. There is also a pool where you can swim, which is a great bonus.

This is a decent 3 star hotel. It's not fancy or upmarket but its very clean, seems to be well maintained and service is very good. Also in a good location close to old town & beach both within a 10-15 min walk. Only 2 downsides were the breakfast was average & pool is beyond freezing, almost unusable even in 27c weather.
