Good enough for a short stay.
Many possibilities to improve.
+ Located opposite pebble beach
+ Located short walking distance from harbour with enough different open restaurants
+ Secured parking place @7€/d
+ Dogs allowed @12€/d
- TV set with HDMI Smart TV box plugged in but no possibility to activate / no second remote control
- Induction cooker without instruction - was locked / frying pan with a warped bottom and 2 huge pans - too little kitchen equipment. This 6 people apptmnt lacks glasses etcetera
Shower and bath used to be sophisticated with bubbles, jets etcetera but doesnt work anymore. Stickers added to save water but shower is leaking liters per day
- Not clean enough / greasy tops of higher shelves and fridge - lobby offered additional cleaning but that should not be afterwards + some tiny cockroaches in the bathroom
- enormously noisy. Like elephants walking on top of our roof. October is the start of the renovation period and builders were removing kitchens from other appartments starting making noise from around 8 am
- very mall swimming pools full of leaves and in the shadow of the appartments are not being used. The option to use another pool from the next appartment was not being given.
Overall good place to stay for some days at the beach and surrounding restaurants.

My stay at the accommodation was acceptable — the place is decent, although it clearly needs renovation. I would have given it 3 stars if it weren’t for what happened after I left.
I accidentally left behind a gold necklace that belonged to my late grandmother, which held great sentimental value. I called the person in charge and asked her to check with the cleaning staff, but I was told it “didn’t turn up.” Unfortunately, the necklace was never returned.
What’s most upsetting is not just the loss of the item, but the lack of honesty and empathy shown. It’s truly disappointing, and I feel it’s important that other guests are aware of this experience.

A wonderful place to stay with stunning views and peaceful neighbourhood. If one is touring spain and anywhere on the east coast they need to visit Altea and stay at Pierre Vacances! Best property by the sea. Wonderful restaurants and a beach facing shack right outside.
We visited on the Spain Black Day and it was even more serene with little lights and only the sound of the waves to break the silence.
The apartment is very comfortable with both heating and cooling options. Great balcony and wonderful view. Very clean and spacious apt. Complete value for money.

Wasn't expecting somewhere so Isolated, no shops, couple of places to eat. Need hire car or money for Taxi's. Beautifully relaxing. No hesitation staying again. Miguel, thanks for being so polite and helpful

Please notice that 70 m2 apartments are nice looking in the photos BUT SMELL ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNHEALTHY (building 7 seven 1st apartment floor apt. 306). It 200 meters away from the main building which is the one presented in the photos. They are renovated to a very old building which smells absolutely horrible. Untolerable.
’Service’ is 0 stars at it is non-existing. First the receptionist said she ”cannot make an upgrade” when I offered money to her, us to stay in the main building. THEN she said ”You need to call to where you booked it from” even though I booked from Pierre & Vacances own website!! After calling for 15 minutes to UK she walks outside to say she has talked to a superior and could change our apartment. Where was this half an hour earlier? That ’superior’ apartment had a very strong perfume odour from cleaning products. Not good at all.
Still, the ’service’ was the worst. She was the lousiest receptionist I have ever met, with the experience from dozens of accommodations in around 30 countries. First she said TWICE I need to make the call myself. THEN she starts acting like ”she couldn’t say it as I had been upset” about she forcing me to call from Spain to UK with a Finnish mobile phone number (which probably cost me another 50-100 euros as I tried to call for the 3rd time to get my money back - didn’t succeed, only got directions how to make a complaint online).
However it was clear it was not worthwhile to ruin my special holiday by staying. Stay instead anywhere else than here.
