Really enjoyed our stay here, room was great, clean/tidy/modern. Loved the shuttle bus and access to hotel pool too.
Location was good and the views from the apartment were amazing.
However we checked out on the 16th October which was 8 working days ago now and still haven’t received our €200 deposit refund which is disappointing.

Just got back from a 9 day holiday with partner and family,can't really add anymore from other reviews only to reiterate the broken furniture no washing machine in the room,no fresh bedding or towels throughout the stay,family members had to be moved once because the apartment was flooded because of the air-con and also family in other rooms did have washing machine which had holes in waste pipe and when complained at reception about this nobody from hotel came to inspect it, luckily we gave cash as deposit and had it returned on morning of checkout,wouldn't stay at this place again,pool was great in the main hotel next door,management need a good sit down and review how they move forward so other people don't experience the same as many other family etc,lifts had a mind of there own most days, faulty towers wasn't in it.

If you don’t want to waste your money, avoid booking this apartment. The bed was dirty and full of insects, the bedding was unclean, and there were even dirty dishes left in the cupboard. The view does not match the photos shown in the listing.
When I contacted the host to request a refund, I received no response at all, and to this day we still haven’t received any reply. Not all beds were prepared as promised—only the children’s beds were made. We were also missing proper blankets and were given only a sheet to cover ourselves.
On top of everything, they require a €200 deposit for an apartment in such poor and dirty condition, which is completely unreasonable.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. Besides, they lie, I went to the reception twice and no one said anything to me and no one called me. Don't fall for this and don't go to this apartment unless you want to sleep in dirt.

I stayed in the Pierre horizon apartments and I'm very happy with my stay, the room was great, the staff were very helpful, the hotel is four stars were as the apartments are 3 stars, personally I think the apartment themselves are 4 star very spacious the only thing is that the reception is located in the hotel but your able to use the pool and facilities of the 4 star so it's a win win, for the price it's was great, it's about a 10-15 min walk from the strip and nightlife, there's a hill but it's not a big problem and because it's a 30 odd storey building the lifts might not be as fast as a standard lift but not too long either, €200 deposit when you check in I paid in cash and received it within 10 mins of checking out, they left me plenty of towels and toilet roll and as long as you leave the place tidy when you check out there shouldn't be a problem, I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews. I'll be sure to stay next time I'm in Benidorm

Stayed here for 4 nights was pretty good. The swimming pools were drained (probably because of the time of year) but you can use the indoor swimming pool in the Hotel Benidorm East just down the road, also there is a free minibus that takes you down to Levante Beach at the hotel down the road. Would stay here again. Great view from balcony we were on 6th floor so probably much better view from higher floors.
