Really enjoyed our stay here, room was great, clean/tidy/modern. Loved the shuttle bus and access to hotel pool too.
Location was good and the views from the apartment were amazing.
However we checked out on the 16th October which was 8 working days ago now and still haven’t received our €200 deposit refund which is disappointing.

On a big hill & lots of stairs and not working lifts. Nice little pool area, bit dirty, shaded for at least the whole morning + more, only 16 sun beds to 34 floors hosting 4 apartments on each floor. Hotel across the road has lots more sun beds but gets very cramped, everyone’s sitting on top of eachother and again a lot of sporadic shade.
4 lifts, only 2 working so you would spend a good 10-15 minutes (on busier periods) waiting for a lift and there was no apology/note or effort to fix these.
Apartments themselves were a great size, with a good size balcony, was just dirty inside and not cleaned thoroughly. We had no hot water, bathrooms are very outdated and a extremly small shower itself making it hard to actually wash in without drenching the whole shower room.
Easy to get a taxi to the beach, town or where you want to be at a very reasonable cost.
Checkout is 10am and we asked for late check out the day we arrived and they said no so be prepared to wait around all day. Shower/changing area for your checkout day is the swimming pool inside which again is not the best and they provide you with nothing.
5-10 minutes walk to a small super market.

Stayed here a few times, location-wise it's a bit of a walk back from town which should be obvious but still surprises people apparently. There is a free shuttle bus that runs from the hotel next door (Benidorm East) down to near the market/Burger King, which runs 10:00 - 14:00 and 17:20 - 20:20
The rooms are fine, nothing spectacular but they do the job. Blackout blinds work brilliantly and the shower has great pressure. Washing machine is a bonus especially when travelling light.
Breakfast at Benidorm East was good, fried food a little hit and miss but the fruit/salad/bread/cheese/meats etc. are very nice. Coffee and juice were decent.
Did take over a week to get my deposit money back, which isn't ideal but they do take cash or credit card as well if you'd rather keep the balance on a debit card.
Overall good, would stay again. Definitely worth taking a trip to the top floor for the view as well!

We honestly loved our holiday here. Rooms were perfect, amazing view, only issue with hotel itself is the location as it’s at the top of a massive hill. Apart from this, i have a massive issue with deposit. When we left we made sure our room was spotless, all rubbish bagged up, and no damages whilst we were there. We paid a 200€ deposit which i never received back, and after emailing them got no response . Room was perfect when we left and we caused no issues therefore should have received our deposit back (paid on card and told 5-7 days which we have waited). Will not be returning due to this condition

We stayed here in August 2025, as part of a package with Jet2 Holidays. We had booked a 2-bed apartment with panoramic views and this didn't disappoint. We were given an apartment on the 25th floor. The two pictures attached show the view from our apartment's balcony.
The double bedroom and lounge both lead onto the balcony, which is large enough to seat 6 around a table with room to spare either end. The second bedroom was configured as a twin, with views over the hill behind the tower block, towards Aqualandia. The apartment has air-conditioning (which works and cooled the rooms down to 17C after a couple of days of constant running).
The kitchen is small but well appointed, there is a microwave, kettle, oven and Nespresso (Philips) coffee machine. The markings on the oven had all rubbed off, and there was no manual in the apartment - which means you need to guess how it works.
There are two bathrooms both with toilets, one with a bath/shower and the other with a walk in shower.
There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, but as no instructions or cleaning products were provided we didn't use either.
There are blackout blinds on all the windows which we managed to get to work after instructions from the reception desk. Without these blinds the rooms are flooded with light all night long, as Benidorm doesn't appear to sleep.
We did have a problem with the electricity tripping when the oven was switched on, and although the receptionist sent a technician round in under 5 mins he didn't understand the problem and left quickly without addressing the issue. (The English/Spanish language barrier was too great to try and explain what was wrong. We communicated this problem through Jet2 for them to resolve with the hotel group).
The only downside to this apartment block are the 3 flights of stairs to the lobby and the unpredictable lifts (all 3 work but will randomly rise and fall, instead of just going all the way down). [There is a ramp to the side of the building for the lobby, but again it's on a steep hill to get to it.]
We also made use of the blocks' swimming pool and lounging area. Included in the stay is the ability to use the (next door) Benidorm East Hotel's swimming pool, restaurant and bars.
