Absolute holiday from hell, don't waste your money, got videos and photos too , where to start
So loud gangs of youths shouting over balcony , rang security at 7am coz they were starting up again!
Lifts were broken 1 out of 4 worked (a guy actually got stuck in one for about half an hour in 39 degrees heat ) you had to queue for about half an hour for lifts, a heavily pregnant woman walked up stairs carrying a pushchair 😱, we were on the 23 rd floor! We were walking up 46 flights 😡
The glass bannister to a drop 23 floors down was cracked with tape all over it .
The water went off for 2 days!
An internal door smashed,which cut my partner (who's a window and door specialist) , not even safety glass so broke in shards, god forbid it'd have been a Child (door was missing a stopper maintenance man told us) , took 4/5 hours to get a call to say move rooms, new room had urine stains all over mattress (I'm on chemotherapy) so we slept on sofa, both rooms dirty fake eyelashes, balls of hair.

Absolute holiday from hell !! Place is unsafe I payed £1.500 just for the room , spend your money elsewhere there's so many places to stay for your money , I spoke to head office and not even an apology!!! They kept £200 deposit too , you have to be fit as it's at the top of 3 big hills then 25+steps I go on at least 3 holidays a year and this is the second review I've ever had to leave . Appalling hotel . The only thing good about it was the stunning views (nowhere near the wobbly glass balcony) .

I guess you get what you pay for the rooms have every basic thing you need but I honestly wouldn't recommend the place. The cleanliness isn't of a reasonable standard, the room we are staying in is definitely not maintained well. The shower holder is broke the flush button for toilet doesn't exist the towel holder is hanging of the wall it's one face cloth away from hitting the floor, the air-conditioning is rubbish I am glad we brought our own fans and the granite work top around the sink in the kitchen is broke to the point we have to keep the top drawer pulled out to rest it on so it doesn't fall on someone's foot.
The trek up to it from the town is a challenge and then when you get to the lobby the wait for the lifts can take a long time. There is 3 lifts first night 1 lift stopped working 2nd night 2nd lift stopped working and yes 3rd night lift 3 stopped also. This is a 34 floor apartment block, thankfully we are on floor 7 I feel sorry for those that had to climb the stairs further.
The pool area is dirty looking even tho it does get cleaned and the seven sunbeds supplied are covered in cigarette burns the ladders to get into the pool are not the best but do the trick.
Basically poor maintenance and substandard cleaning let's this place down dramatically.

I stayed in the Pierre horizon apartments and I'm very happy with my stay, the room was great, the staff were very helpful, the hotel is four stars were as the apartments are 3 stars, personally I think the apartment themselves are 4 star very spacious the only thing is that the reception is located in the hotel but your able to use the pool and facilities of the 4 star so it's a win win, for the price it's was great, it's about a 10-15 min walk from the strip and nightlife, there's a hill but it's not a big problem and because it's a 30 odd storey building the lifts might not be as fast as a standard lift but not too long either, €200 deposit when you check in I paid in cash and received it within 10 mins of checking out, they left me plenty of towels and toilet roll and as long as you leave the place tidy when you check out there shouldn't be a problem, I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews. I'll be sure to stay next time I'm in Benidorm

Lovely room and view, but I wouldn't stay here again.
When we arrived we carried our luggage up to the entrance just to realise there's no reception desk in the building, we had to then carry our luggage up a massive hill to check in at another building to be told our room isn't ready. When we asked what time to come back they said they don't know, most of the staff were unfriendly. Our room wasn't ready until 6pm
Shower water would be hot for less than 10 minutes and then turn freezing cold 😖

We are a couple who just came from Germany to Benidorm for a week. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty, the bed linen was dirty with I have no idea what (hoping it wasn't feces), the sheets you wrap yourself in were dirty, under the bed was full of dust and not to mention the bathroom. I had to change my own linen because the cleaning lady didn't have time, but I didn't say anything thinking that they already had a lot to do and that's their job. They have a washing machine but of course you have to buy your own detergent to do the washing considering that they don't provide it. The last night of our stay, we had problems with some drunk British people and the receptionist did absolutely nothing except call the bodyguard who of course didn't solve anything. Benidorm is the city of the British, but we paid too and had the right to enjoy our holiday as they did. It's just a shame about the view from the apartment, which is beautiful but I really don't recommend staying here.
