Stayed at Olympic Palace Hotel and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent—close to the beach and with easy access to Rhodes town, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained.
The staff were one of the highlights—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Service at both reception and in the restaurants was consistently good. The food selection was varied, with plenty of options at breakfast and dinner, and the quality was better than expected for a hotel of this size.
Rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, with good amenities and a nice view depending on your side of the hotel. The pool area was relaxing, with enough space and sunbeds available most of the time.

Absolutely amazing stay at Olympic Palace Resort!
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The entire resort was spotless, modern and beautifully designed, with a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Everything was very clean and well maintained throughout the whole hotel.
The spa area was one of the highlights of our holiday. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and all of the beautifully designed relaxation areas. The decor was stunning, with calming lighting, natural stone details and a gorgeous salt wall relaxation space that made the whole experience feel incredibly peaceful and luxurious.
Another lovely surprise was the yoga instructor and wellness activities around the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for me.
We also loved the beautiful view from our room, which made the stay feel even more special and relaxing.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was very good, and the location was perfect — peaceful, but still convenient for exploring Rhodes.
This hotel gave us the perfect relaxing holiday experience and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and luxurious stay in Rhodes!

This is a very nice comfortable hotel, with great facilities, a number of different restaurants in which to dine and very friendly helpful staff.
My only slight criticism is the wallpaper in our room was starting to peel off (very minor detail, but a simple thing to remedy) and also, I loved the Chefs Salad in the Elea Restaurant, but only saw it on one evening. This isn’t a bad thing really as they varied the menu every evening with a certain themes of cuisine, so you weren’t faced with the same repetitive food every night.
Little things aside, this is a fantastic hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.

Just popped in for the mini golf. What a fantastic looking hotel. So much so we book a vacation for next October before we even played the golf. Spacious, clean, fantastic pools. Reviews of food sound amazing. Roof top bar. Lots of private spaces to rest in grass with trees. Pri ate beach too. I look forward to saying more bext year.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The facilities are truly impressive and feel close to five-star quality. From the moment you walk in, there’s a strong sense of comfort and spaciousness. The outdoor areas are beautiful, and my room featured a large balcony with stunning sea and mountain views, which made the stay especially relaxing.
However, while the hardware is excellent, the management—particularly in the spa—needs significant improvement. If these issues were addressed, the hotel could easily meet true five-star standards.
First, the spa facilities are appealing in theory but poorly managed in practice. I was told the spa closes at 7:00 PM, so I arrived at 6:00 PM and paid €20 for one hour. Before entering, I asked about the pool temperature and was told it was 27°C. Since I came specifically to swim, I relied on this information. Unfortunately, the water felt extremely cold—likely closer to the mid-teens—so I had to give up.
The hot tubs initially appeared clean, but the water was actually dirty, with excessive foam and an unpleasant smell, and it was not hot. The one near the window was especially unclean, while the other was only slightly better. This suggests a lack of proper monitoring. Pool and hot tub temperatures, as well as water quality, should be checked regularly—not discovered by guests shortly before closing. I felt misled, having paid €20 for facilities I couldn’t properly use. Hot tubs, in particular, should be tested every few hours for cleanliness and temperature; this is a basic management responsibility.
Second, I visited the steam room and sauna on the lower level. While the facilities themselves are very nice, there was standing water on the floor outside the steam room, which poses a safety risk. Additionally, there are no clocks anywhere in the spa, making it difficult for guests to keep track of time. I would suggest adding a wall clock—perhaps a simple white one on the beautiful blue wall near the sinks—which would both suit the aesthetic and improve practicality. Staff should also regularly check and clean any water on the floor for safety.
Third, the spa’s operating hours and communication need improvement. Although the closing time was stated as 7:00 PM, staff began asking guests to leave at 6:38 PM. This felt unfair, as I had paid for one hour but was only able to use about 35 minutes. After raising the issue, I was allowed an additional 10 minutes, but in total I only used around 45 minutes, which did not feel worth the price. Extending spa hours to 9:00 PM and ensuring consistent communication would significantly improve the experience.
Finally, in the room, there was a black door stopper on the bathroom floor that startled me when I went to retrieve a bathrobe. Since fixtures may be difficult to change, I would recommend placing bathrobes in the closet instead.
Overall, the hotel’s physical facilities are excellent, and the front desk staff were professional and friendly. However, the service and management—especially in the spa—require improvement. With better attention to these details, this hotel could truly achieve five-star standards.
