My family and I stayed here on a weekday during a business trip to Hua Hin. We booked through Agoda, specifically looking for a hotel with activities for the kids. To be honest, I didn't expect much because of some mixed reviews, but our actual experience completely blew us exceeding our expectations. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is exceptionally clean and still holds its luxurious charm. What really won us over were the thoughtful touches: the room's electricity stays on without needing a key card, every single room has a guaranteed ocean view with a balcony, and the breakfast offers a great variety of international cuisines. The rooms are also equipped with Smart TVs (Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ included), and there’s a convenient store right in front of the hotel. The absolute highlight for us was the Kids Club staff. They had incredible energy, played games, and kept the kids entertained the whole time—my children didn’t want to leave! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back if we have the chance. 🫰🏻

Overall, the accommodation had a really great atmosphere the sea view from every room was genuinely as advertised. I personally booked a standard room, but Foi, the front desk staff, kindly helped upgrade my room. I also mentioned that it was my partner's birthday surprise, and she said she'd note it down and help arrange a complimentary cake. This is actually my 2nd time staying here, and I'm really impressed with the staff's service, as well as the pool bar — the drinks were delicious and the staff took great care of guests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax.

I recently stayed at Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin and unfortunately the experience was deeply disappointing and far below what should reasonably be expected from an international 4-star hotel brand.
While the ocean view was pleasant, nearly every other aspect of the stay reflected serious shortcomings in service standards, cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality management.
The room itself felt poorly maintained, with noticeable dust, unpleasant odors, and an overall outdated condition. The elevator waiting time was unacceptable, at times exceeding 15 minutes. The key card system was unreliable, and the bedding was rough, uncomfortable, and caused irritation to the skin to the point that housekeeping had to replace it.
What concerned me even more was the restaurant experience. Cleanliness standards appeared inadequate, and finding an insect inside a beverage should have been treated as a serious issue. However, the staff response showed little urgency, concern, or professionalism. No sincere apology was offered, and the reaction suggested disbelief rather than accountability.
As for the food, while taste is subjective, the overall quality of ingredients and execution did not justify the pricing whatsoever. Several dishes were either poorly balanced or carelessly seasoned, lacking the refinement expected from a hotel operating under a major international chain.
Most disappointing of all was the service culture itself. From the front desk to the restaurant team, the hospitality level consistently felt closer to that of a budget hotel rather than a property marketed as a 4-star destination. This reflects not only staff performance, but also deeper issues in training, supervision, and management standards.
Overall, this stay did not reflect the reputation, professionalism, or quality typically associated with a large international hotel brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity for meaningful improvement.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The directions to get into the hotel were a bit confusing as there were no clear hotel signs from the main road.
On arrival, the reception team was very friendly and welcoming, and the lobby itself looked quite nice. However, you can feel that the hotel is becoming a little run down and would benefit from some renovation and maintenance.
We booked 3 rooms, with 2 of them being connecting rooms, which was very practical and convenient for our stay. The rooms were reasonably spacious with balconies, and the beds were very comfortable. The sea view from the rooms was definitely impressive and one of the highlights of the stay.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed that one of the rooms had water leaking from the ceiling near the fire hose system, as well as a leaking bathroom tap. Although the shower room was very large, the shower head was not functioning properly either.
Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its beautiful sea views, spacious rooms, and welcoming staff, but it really needs some refurbishment and better maintenance to improve the overall guest experience.
