The hotel we weren’t originally meant to stay in, but over the (honey)moon, we’re so glad we did.
Just a short taxi ride from our previous hotel, our honeymoon truly began the moment we stepped out of the car and saw the luxurious entrance — we instantly knew we had arrived somewhere special.
From the very first welcome, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff, from reception to housekeeping, bar staff, waiters, and all those working behind the scenes, were warm, polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.
We were fortunate to stay in a swim-up room with stunning sea views, which was absolutely perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room spotless each day, and maintained to a very high standard.
The food was outstanding, with something for everyone. The daily buffet offered an impressive variety, alongside beautiful à la carte restaurants to book, plus food stalls open later into the evening. And if you’re wondering — yes, the drinks selection included premium brands too.
The entertainment was brilliant and added so much fun to the stay — there’s even a nightclub on site.
A lovely extra touch for us were the hotel cats, who were calm, friendly, and a joy to see around the grounds.
What really sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful little details that make such a difference: fresh towels daily, immaculate housekeeping, quality toiletries, and a mini fridge restocked complimentary each day. We were also gifted the most beautiful leaving present — Greek snacks, thyme honey, and a gorgeous handmade scented candle — such a thoughtful gesture.
Honestly, I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel has been. It has given us the most memorable honeymoon experience, and if we ever return to Lindos, we would 100% stay here again.

Second time staying at this fabulous hotel. Could not fault a thing, best hotel myself and my mum have stayed in. Rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. Fabulous selection of restaurants, poolside food, street food and coffee shop. Everyone is lovely and cant do enough to make your stay wonderful. Particularly love the crepes served by the lovely Masha. Main pool waiter is a lovely gentleman. Waitresses are fab and very attentive to your needs, especially Daria and the lovely young ladies who seat you. Will be back again next year. It is my happy place.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed,it was amazing .
The staff were all very polite and helpful especially Erjeta ,she went out of her way to find me a boat tour ,I wanted a private one as it was for my husband’s birthday (albeit it’s June) ,anything we wanted it was dealt with promptly.
It was nice and quiet in arrival ,and you didn’t have to be up at dawn to get a sunbed !
How nice not to see towels on the beds at stupid o clock ,food was very good ,the à la cartes were a bit cold at night so we cancelled one as it had been raining which was a shame .
Spa was nice ,Stella and her staff were lovely ,I’m sorry I didn’t get the other ladies name on reception, she was lovely and very helpful,we went a few times to the pool etc.
Overall this is a beautiful hotel and spotless,we will return definitely, thank you for a lovely 9 nights

We visited for our honeymoon in July and had the most amazing time. Special shoutout to Tsambikos, Bledi and Dimitrios who were all so welcoming and friendly. Tsambikos went above and beyond as I lost my phone and sunglasses in a taxi one night and he retrieved them for me. Bledi is the kindest also and I’d happily visit again just to see the team!
The resort is spotless and just feels like paradise. The main restaurant could be better. I’d recommend booking in the restaurants every night as they were great. I really loved the snack bar near the pool and cakes from the bakery. The white party was great fun too! I’d say the only thing I’d love for them to add is music by all poolside areas but apart from that, we had an amazing honeymoon! Thank you to all at Mayia! 🥰

An absolutely incredible adults only hotel which is most deserving of it's luxury 5-star status. Even before the holiday, the staff were super helpful in assisting with queries via email. From arrival to departure, every member of staff I interacted with was polite, friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has great restaurants for lunch and dinner (the latter you book via their app). The Italian restaurant was my favourite but the majority had good veggie/vegan options (Wasabi needs more veggie/vegan main course options though). The entertainment programme has something for everyone, both during the day and in the evening. Spa treatments are very expensive but you can access the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for free.
The pools were chilly in October so the beach was a warmer option. Great pool bars and service at both.
Location is remote so perfect for a relaxing indulgent escape but plenty of excursions can be booked easily via the concierge.
Overall an amazing holiday, so much so that I'm considering booking again for next year!
