It is our 2d time in this Hotel and we loved our stay in Majestic Colonial so much that we will definitely come again. The rooms are perfectly ok, the beds are comfortable and you have enough space in the wardrobe to keep your stuff clean and organized. The Food is AMAZING! Even if one wasn‘t hungry anymore one just couldn‘t resist „overeating“ because everything was so tasty! Fish and meat BBQ every day, different salads, cheese plates, fresh juices.. I want to be honest - we will really miss this! Yummy, high quality and addictive each day, whole day! People and Service are motivated, friendly and enjoy what they are doing! Ramires and Kilsi at the Beach Bar of Colonial were so cool! Ramires made us Perfect Cocktails, smiling, dancing, bringing joy and good mood! Making our vacation even more unforgettable! Of course also beautiful Long carribean Beach with Blue-green water. Whats a wonderful time!

Food - If you are Coeliac, GF / gluten free (covering all the bases here for other people searching intolerances) then be aware that there are no allergens listed but a huge amount of choice, including lots of packages of GF bread and a huge amount of meat/ seafood cooked to order.
Pools - best I have seen yet, multiple areas and the temperature is perfect. Bring your goggles if you swim because you can clear 100-125M from end to end near the beach.
Rooms - always well cleaned and maintained. Minibar - hooray!!!
Bar/s- just incredible as they stock/ make anything you desire.
Beach - again perfect just avoid the reef by locating yourself away from the beach bar when you enter the water. So much free stuff to have from the water sport area, kayaks, body boards etc etc. Warning dont run along the beach barefoot take your shoes as the sand will ruin your feet after about mile 4. Lesson learnt!
Service - the staff are amazing and attentive. We had a bad experince in the carribean restaurant but they made up for it in the Goumet restaurant. japanese is a must also (and cater for GF!)

Second time visiting Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana and definitely not the last. Love the staff, beautiful grounds and fantastic beach. Special shoutout to the entertainment team. Especially love the circus show! Thank you El Sabroso for all your hard work!
Exciting to be seeing our fantastic butler, Luis again. Can’t wait to be back again and again. Everyone here always goes above and beyond and you can definitely feel it in the atmosphere in the hotel.

WONDERFUL! I got back a few days ago. What a beautiful place with such welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff!
Everything was perfect! The landscaping is perfectly trimmed and beautiful. The lighting is beautiful.
The food was delicious 95% of the time but I noticed the same item was better at a different time. I will be missing that food for a while. 😋
I wish the resorts would find a better way to distribute drinking water, and I think they're all the same.
I would like to see resorts have water filling stations throughout and we refill our own bottles.
I would also like to see we get a cup or two when we check in and reuse!

Our trip to Majestic Colonial was absolutely unforgettable thanks to the amazing staff who made our stay 10x better!
From the moment we walked in, Marisol greeted me with so much love and warmth — she even placed a beautiful mapola flower on my ear, making me feel the tropical vibe right away. She treated me with the kind of care that felt like a mother’s love, and that truly touched my heart.
Our servers Cristian, Richardo, and others were just incredible — always so kind, funny, and attentive. They made sure our drinks were always perfect (never too strong, just right!) and even decorated our table before we arrived. Every meal came with smiles, laughter, and great vibes.
I 100% recommend Majestic Colonial — not just for the beautiful resort, but for the people who make it so special. The service, the energy, and the love they put into what they do made our trip one we’ll never forget. ❤️🌺🍹
Our butler Samuel Enrique went above and beyond our expectations! From the very start, he made sure everything was perfectly planned and taken care of — we never had to ask for a single thing. All of our reservations and room services were arranged in advance, and he constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay absolutely unforgettable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
