We stayed there for a week and had a good time. Food is probably the best we ever had in any Spanish All Inclusive hotel with lots of room in main restaurant and lots of food trucks available during the day. Pool area again the best we possibly ever had when stayed in Spain. The only downside to our holiday was the room and smell across the hotel.
Rooms are very outdated almost like you back to 90’ the curtains in toilet just feel gross… yellow marks in bath, windows hard to open as with very old mechanism. Whatever spray is being used to clean you must stop! The strong smell of citrus and acid is that strong all over the hotel that it stays on your clothes and body when you leaving the hotel (taxi driver even said oh you smell like lemon) when I unpacked at home all I could smell the acid and lemon. - this is the reason for my 3 star review

Fun hotel not quite as luxurious as most other 4* i have stayed in and window locks didnt work which was worrying on floor 9 with small kids? The kids club and entertainment team have no enthusiasm with kids compared to hotels were used to, almost like they couldnt be bothered. Food was excellent! Entertainment was a bit of a faf not quite sure whether your inside or outside but all in all i enjoyed my holiday

Hotel is great in a good location 5 mins walk from a small quiet beach, a few shops and restaurants close by, with a supermarket just down the road.
The staff are amazing, they work so hard to make your holiday special. Food in the restaurant was spot on, always something different each day with lots of choice, Snack bar in the day time also fab stocked with burgers, chips, nuggets, sandwiches, sweet treats, icecreams and soft drinks for the kids. Evening entertainment was good, especially for younger kids. There's also the disco tulum bar in tower block one on -1 floor which also had entertainment on from 10pm.
If you want a decent sunbed, be prepared to queue from 8.30am to get one, we went down around 10.30am one day and there were non left, we paid 30euro for a balinese bed for the day. The water park area is fab too, my son loved the slides. Yes the water is as cold as everyone says it is, but it didnt ruin our holiday.
The hotel is a short taxi ride to main benidorm, costing under 20euro each time, can get the bus from outside bar 56, number 2 bus 2euro each.
All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel, it's a great location, we all had an amazing time

We bought an all inclusive day pass to pass time before out flight home for €40
Great setting for families. Lovely big pool area with pool bar. Big stage and screen for entertainment and plenty of sunbeds. Snack bar and drinks really good with plenty of choice. Parking available underneath the hotel.
Great experience and would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Here is an honest review for those looking and wanting some factual information as opposed to biased opinions.
So, our check-in process was quick and easy (we arrived around 1am) granted it was a late check in so queues will be less but we were efficiently processed, provided all information and given a leaflet with all the details you will need for your stay, including times of meals, entertainment, pools etc. Staff were very pleasant.
Pool area is fantastic, the pool is massive (granted cold) but fantastic. Once you are in, you acclimatise very quickly and it's no big issue. The entertainment team put on aqua Zumba in a morning, kids pool games and they even do pool side cocktails around 1pm. There are plenty of slides for the kids in main pool and bigger slides round the back. There is a swim up bar in the pool (accessible from the sides too) there are plenty of bars open for drinks and queues are literally minutes. They have a variety of drinks including, beers. Slushes, cocktails. All staff were pleasant.
The main buffet restaurant, it is a buffet with hardworking staff that constantly keep it clean and tidy even during busy times. There is always space available. The food is mid par, the selection isn't switched enough. It is very repetitive, there is always the same food then there will be additional mixes of food for what they call theme night. The kids area for food is not great, it is literally pasta 4 different shapes then around 6 sauces to put on top. No nuggets, no fish fingers, no cheese pizza, I would say its not for the fussiest of eaters. My son didn't eat much at all, I had to go Aldi to get him noodles and stuff that I could make in the room which isn't a big problem but I do think they need a proper kids selection of food in the designated kids food area.
The snack bar is the same food everyday. Salad, paella, burgers, nuggets, hotdogs, fries, fish bites and doner. They could do with switching this up at bit as it does get very tedious after a few days.
Overall the food is OK, it is edible and suffice but could be better. I am allergic to fish, and all food is in the same area (meat trays next to fish trays) which isn't great nor ideal.
One thing I find extremely bizarre is that in the restaurant areas men & boys must put a t.shirt on (fair policy, no issue) my issue is with Women are allowed to wear their bikinis and costumes and not cover, even those who wear those "string" thong bikinis - it shouldn't be allowed in the eating areas!
Entertainment is great, they start at 8.30pm and then a short break of around 45 mins in between and starts again at 10pm. They have different acts on which is good.
VR games room and arcades for the kids. Local shops within 5 mins walking, the town of finestrat and beach is lovely and has lots of bars and restaurants.
Plenty of sunbeds we didn't go down until 10.30am and got sunbeds near the entertainment area. If you want them at the pool, go down early (pool opens at 9am). There will be a queue from around 8.30am for people who want them round the pool.
The rooms are basic, I wouldn't call them dated as such but more on a basic level which is fine, they are clean and tidy. Someone comes everyday to make beds, add towels, provide toilet roll. Then they change the bedding every couple of days.
Overall, this hotel ticks alot of boxes. I do feel some reviews are not quite what the hotel offers. It is a big place and they do well to keep it ticking over and clean. It is a 3* hotel and a budget holiday which I think for the money is really good value. Especially given the amount that is on offer. It is not a 5* and you don't pay 5* prices, but it's a good place and a good destination. They also put on a free shuttle bus to their other hotels for you to go too.
Maybe we got a good room on a good level, away from the entertainment and easy access from the steps (never needed to use a lift). You make your holiday your own.
