We enjoyed a week's All Inclusive here. It is a 3* hotel and is more than ideal and adequate for that. The drinks are great and you can take your own cups or mugs of any size and they fill them. The slides were great. The animation and entertainment could have been a bit better but was adequate. The food was decent and standard buffet style. Maids cleaned rooms daily if you wanted them to. Lifts actually were better than I've seen on other reviews but could be a little slow at the busy times as with anywhere. Would recommend and not put anyone off going.

Really lovely hotel. Staff very attentive. The facilities.. wow! Slides, massive pool, pool bar, ball park, animation team, entertainment all day for both adults and kids, entertainment in the evening, literally non stop fun! We found it difficult to get the kids out of the hotel! Will definitely be back.
Also to add this is our 5th time with jet2 and heather was a great rep. We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed within the hour thanks to heather sorting it with the reception. Lovely lady

Disappointing Hotel, but Amazing Lifeguards and Entertainment Team
We recently stayed at Magic Tropical Splash, and unfortunately, the hotel itself was a real disappointment.
The biggest issue was our room. It had a strong sewage smell, and if the air conditioning hadn’t been running constantly, I honestly don’t think we could have slept there. Although the room appeared clean, it was outdated and badly in need of refurbishment.
Another frustrating aspect was the elevators. They were incredibly slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get to our floor.
The hotel staff didn’t make a great impression either. Most of them seemed unhappy and uninterested, and a simple smile or friendly greeting was noticeably missing.
The food was probably the biggest letdown. The selection was repetitive, the quality was poor, and after a couple of days it felt like we were eating the same meals over and over again. We ended up avoiding the main restaurant whenever possible.
That said, there were some real highlights.
The pool area is excellent and perfect for families with children as well as adults. A huge thank you to the lifeguards, who were always attentive, professional, and clearly took their job seriously. They deserve a lot of credit for keeping everyone safe.
The absolute stars of this hotel, however, were the entertainment team—especially Claudia and her friend (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember his name). They were enthusiastic, friendly, and full of energy every single day. The games and activities they organised were genuinely fun, and their positive attitude made a huge difference to our holiday. They brought the atmosphere that the rest of the hotel was missing. They both deserve huge recognition.
My advice to the hotel management would be to invest in renovating the rooms and significantly improve the quality and variety of the food. These were the most common complaints we heard from other guests during our stay.
I also think that guests who have paid for an All Inclusive holiday should still be allowed to use the main restaurant after checking out, until they leave the hotel. Restricting them to the snack bar feels unnecessarily disappointing.
Overall, we don’t regret our holiday because the fantastic lifeguards and entertainment team made our stay much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms, the food, the elevators, and the overall level of service fall well below what we expected.
A heartfelt thank you once again to the lifeguards and especially to Claudia and her colleague—you were the best part of our holiday.

Kids had the best time ever here! We paid for all inclusive with Jet2 and didn't really have any issues at all apart from the lifts being so slow and busy or broke most of our stay there we spent roughly 10 minutes waiting just for lift to arrive, unfortunately stairs wasn't an option staying on floor 20 with kids and a 1 year old,
The snack bar was great for everyone, choice of drinks where better than most places we have been, the tea time buffet was great plenty of variety and breakfast buffet was spot on!
The pool was huge and had a swim up bar in the middle, small paddle area for babys and next to that was a toddle 4+ area with slides and a water play area for younger kids, round the back of the hotel was big water slides for adults and kids.
Front of hotel there was hoppy scooters and bikes you could hire if traveling out far to old town or ride down to the beach.
Would recommend this place to any family looking for a good place to stay, the offer plenty of activities and events for everyone, so much more than I already have mentioned, like a games room, ball pit, play areas kids clubs if parents want some time themselves.

Had a fantastic time away at the magic tropical splash. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The attractions are great, never any queues and always loads on for the kids. The entertainment program is one of the biggest I've seen!
Heather at the jet2 desk was amazing too, always so friendly and helpful with a smile and always there with a reccomendation for the local area. She made our holiday!
