We went in September 2025 and had a great time. Myself, my partner and his two children aged 13 and 9 stayed in a two bed, two bathroom lodge with a hot tub. It’s hilly but that didn’t really bother us much, there is a road train that goes about it need be. Pools are lovely, drinks are great, having the zoo and water park right there was fabulous! We also used the gaming room, the trip to pirate island, the free lunch down at the beach and the evening at the medieval night. The on site theme restaurants are fab too. All was amazing and great that it was included.
Rooms are a little dated and could do with some improvements but it did us for the week. The whole site is away from Benidorm centre which we liked but that is not to everyone needs, it’s only about 10-15 euro into town and they do run a free bus as well. We would happily return.

Stayed for a week with partner and 2 children aged 1 and 12, room was clean on arrival but dated, bedding wasn't changed all week they did change towels when we needed, we used the spoons and cups provided and left them out to be changed this never happened, booked through a traveld agent for this holiday, when we arrived there was no cot for our 1 year old and when we phoned reception we were informed that we would have to pay 8 euros a day for a cot or they could provide a metal bar for the bed so she wouldnt roll out. Bins emptied daily, staff were always busy , friendly. Shop on site doesn't stock much and you either have to go into benidorm to get stuff or its a 30 minute walk down to aldi. Food not the best, things quiet oily, lots of fish and hardly anything had a sign to say what it was, usualy just said assortment of meat and there would be 6 different dishes so you didn't know what you were getting. Only found out on the last day that there was snacks in main restaurant which we opted for instead of tea as it was better. Pools not the best for sunbeds, main pool has a small section in front then the rest of the beds you have to pay 40 euros for the dah of 20 euros for 4 hrs. One of the days main pool was closed the whole day.
Great that the zoo is included as kids loved that, water park is good but glad it was included as wouldnt pay the money for it, you get free beds included only in s mall sections of the water park, beds can do with being renewed as weren't clean. Never used the free bus as always busy, spent 3 days off site paid between 12 and 15 euros for taxi to benidorm .
Entertainment - shows were basically all the same, 3 people singing while others danced and done tricks on a net or down ropes, mining disco started at 8 finished by 20 to 9, show started at 9 finished 9.30 to 9.40 then it was for the adults. The Halloween show was properly the best show, they also had made a Halloween maze which my 12 year old liked. Been to many family all inclusive resorts and although we had a good week we probably wouldnt be back to this one.

Me and my family have just returned from our third time staying at the magic natura resort. As always it was amazing, we will be back.
Everything is at your doorstep, the facilities and staff are brilliant. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Also a special thank you to Gianina who works on the resorts main bar, she went over and above to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their stay, all the staff were great, welcoming and friendly, although I feel I have made a lovely friend with Gianina with how well she treated us.
We can not wait to return next year to make more memories with magic natura. Thank you.

We travelled with Jet2 on an all-inclusive plus package, and my review is based on that experience. The resort is high in the mountains, so expect clouds, wind, and cooler temperatures compared to Benidorm. A free bus runs to and from Benidorm several times daily (about 45–60 minutes each way), and taxis cost €10–€15 as of September 2025.
Overall: I would not recommend this resort. The rooms look lovely, the views are stunning, and some staff—especially Gianina from the Vulcan Bar—were fantastic, but overall the experience didn’t justify the stay. If I returned, I’d book a different hotel and buy a zoo pass separately, as the zoo was the main highlight.
Service: Gianina deserves special recognition. She was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely valued—she’s the reason I rated service five stars. Her attitude stood out compared to others and she is an asset to the team. She made our experience magical when she was on shift and I am truly grateful to have met this wonderful woman.
Rooms: The rooms were smaller than expected, though modern and clean with beautiful views. They were serviced daily with fresh towels. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, so noise from next door was noticeable. A warning—don’t leave cash out; money we left in the room disappeared after a new cleaner came, likely mistaken for a tip. The resort is also very steep, so it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
Food: The buffet was disappointing. Options were repetitive and often cold once served. The restaurant also had an unpleasant smell that made eating difficult, so we often went out for meals. Booking the themed restaurants was difficult—they were mostly full. We tried the Carnivore restaurant (okay but not great) and the Italian (very poor—food rushed and inedible). Snacks were limited and poorly advertised; we only discovered the buffet snack hours halfway through our stay. Food trucks were rarely open, and staff communication was inconsistent.
Pools: The pools were small, overcrowded, and freezing cold. Pool bars closed early (6 p.m.), and service was slow even with the “plus” wristband that should have given queue priority. Drinks were branded and generously poured, but the token-for-cup system was inconvenient. One pool had a sewage smell near the toilets.
Entertainment: Evening shows were repetitive, mostly the same performance in different costumes. Pablo Bloom was excellent one night, but otherwise it felt disorganized and overcrowded. It was difficult to find seating, and once shows began, other areas like the square went silent, leaving nowhere else to relax. The atmosphere often felt chaotic and uncomfortable.
Zoo and Waterpark: Our package included unlimited access to both. The zoo was excellent—clean, well laid out, and enjoyable enough that we visited twice. Food and drinks there weren’t included, but it was worth visiting. The waterpark was less enjoyable: icy water, limited free seating, and a crowded paid area. Guests from other hotels had to pay for entry and beds, which didn’t seem fair considering the cost. Drinks and snacks were available at the top bar for Magic chain guests, but overall, the visit wasn’t worth paying for.
Summary:
✔️ Beautiful mountain views
✔️ Fantastic service from Gianina
✔️ Great zoo experience
❌ Cold, repetitive food and limited dining options
❌ Freezing small pools, early bar closures
❌ Repetitive entertainment and overcrowding
❌ Poor communication from reception and Jet2 on arrival
❌ Difficult terrain for those with mobility issues
In conclusion, while parts of the resort looked lovely and a few staff stood out, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Between the cold food, long waits, lack of clear information, and generally poor atmosphere, I wouldn’t return. The zoo alone made the trip worthwhile, but the hotel itself sadly didn’t live up to its promise.

Great place for families. "Live music" entertainment of a night is hit and miss but the shows are good. Food is good, usual stuff for places like this and always something for everyone - could be hotter though. Bars are great, all named beers (Heineken and Guinness) and spirits (captain morgans, jim beam etc) and very generous with servings. Tip: take a large metal coffee/drinks tumbler with you for your drinks - saves you going up the bar more and keeps the drinks cool, they are happy to fill up whatever you give them! Pools are small but you have access to the big Waterpark which is amazing. You also get access to the zoo which is brilliant and the animals all look healthy. A way out from the town but theres a free bus if you want it. About €15 in a cab otherwise. The resort is hilly though, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. On site shop is reasonable as long as you aren't getting imported stuff like sweets etc. But just ask prices before you buy. Rooms are decent and all have amazing air con. There's a FB group for the place you can join to ask questions of other visitors and get more detailed reviews too. Don't expect a 5 star resort but it's super clean and perfect for families.
