Highly recommend this hotel! We had such a lovely stay here. At first, we were quite stressed due to some issues with Booking.com and concerns about the recent data breach before making payment. However, after being transferred to this hotel, everything turned out much better than expected.
Although only some staff members spoke English, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The all-inclusive food and drinks were definitely a huge bonus — we absolutely loved the delicious food and there was always something tasty to enjoy!
The facilities may not be the newest, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach is only around a short 8–10 minute walk away, plus the hotel also has a rooftop pool and jacuzzi which was amazing for relaxing.
There were also plenty of social activities every day, so there was always something fun going on. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit unstable at times and would occasionally come and go. However, it didn’t affect our overall experience too much.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

Great location between new and old towns. Quieter at night than other hotels. Great staff and clean hotel. A bit old fashioned. Our room was massive with a sitting room, bed room and on suite.
Great top terrest and pool. Lots of Spanish staying there and not a lot of English. We booked a double room but got two single beds which weren't too comfy. Bath and shower which was good. Just a few minutes walk from the seafront new town and old town. Breakfast served at 8am which is a bit late. Breakfast was just warm and the coffee was undrinkable. Overall we had a great time there and would definitely recommend and will be going again. The air-conditioned was great but red hot in the corridor and lift.

We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it!
The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned.
The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer. For my children’s first time abroad we had a great time! Thank you so much

Great value for money. We've been many times before and know what to expect. Popular with mature Spanish Clients with a mix of other ages and nationalities mostly appreciating the value. Basic, dated, busy. Rooms are dated, lacking plugs. Over bath shower not bad, air con good, not all rooms have balcony, clean with responsive maintenance. Food more than adequate. Bars friendly and busy with lots of branded offerings. Huge rooftop sun terrace, glass atrium covered pool, not the warmest but the heating occasionally goes on. Two entertainment lounges, think come dancing and local disco cira 1990 and have fun.

Firstly, the rooms. In my opinion, the rooms were adequate for the price. There were 3 of us in one room with two double beds. We had a fridge, kettle, wardrobe, and 1 bathroom. The bathroom was average although it had no window. To sum up the rooms, they were okay and I’d say worth the price
Next, the service. As a Brit I found it hard sometimes to communicate and that’s understandable as it’s a Spanish hotel. However, the fact they would degrade you because you weren’t Spanish wasn’t the nicest welcome. Shout out to Sofiam for being so nice all week, lovely worker and very friendly. Huge disrespect towards Alvin as he didn’t even attempt to be friendly and when we asked to change the music in the magic cafe, he told us to get out, and he was either sleeping or watching TikTok behind the bar, very unprofessional. To sum up the service, some of the bartenders are helpful and some don’t even try, it’s a 50/50 chance.
The food. Food from here is extremely bad. There are no other options but Spanish food, apart from the odd chicken nugget that was grey?? and the chips that were undercooked. They served the same food every day which got very repetitive, and unfortunately lead me to spending lots of money of dining out. Aswell, the food constantly put us all on the toilet and was not very good for our stomachs.
Finally, the location. I personally believe it’s in a great spot as it’s only a 10 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the strip which definitely made it easier to get home from late nights. However, it’s not close to any big supermarkets which lead us constantly buying crisps and picky bits.
To sum up my thoughts on this review, I think that although yes you can get free drinks and food all week, it’s not worth it as the foods horrible and half of the workers are very uninviting.
