This hotel should not be classed as anything more than three stars, at best. Really disappointing. The staff are rude, the rooms are terrible and the food is even worse. The whole place smells like sewage. Nearby town is a ghostown. The only thing missing are tumbleweeds rolling in the wind like a bad western. Stay away!

It was our first time to go Greece I emailed in advance to see if they can provide some sort of romantic gesture in our room as it was our anniversary they replied and said they will do what they can , unfortunately when arriving the room was just standard with no romantic gesture, In fairness catering staff was great from beginning as we had a late check in and they provided at least some cold food for dinner, the breakfast was repetitive but lunch and dinner had some change which was lovely , we were all inclusive so when I ordered drinks I noticed the cocktails were watered down tasted more juice then alcohol and they would give plastic cups for them a shame not on a glass. I came back to uk with insect bites and emailed them and they were helpful enough to reply and say they would look into my query. Lovely pool a bit cold, and good staff entertainment at night .Overall lovely stay

Overall, a nice hotel. The breakfast was really nice with a good selection, especially the pistachio cream, which was a definite hit! Pizza and gyros were also very good, available most of the day. However, lunch and dinner weren't very spectacular. The hotel is clean, and rooms were checked daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, it's not a hotel with beautiful views; it's quite closed off and lacks views. During the high season, there are many families with children who make noise and play at the pool all day. I recommend this hotel especially for families with children. However, it won't be your perfect, quiet getaway if that's what you're looking for.
Location good, close to some shops and bars, bus stop around, 10-15mins walk to the beach.

Me and my wife had 11 nights here had a nice time the hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained however some things could do with updating . On arrival staff was helpful and couldn't do enough for you . The bags were taken to our room and a plate of food and drink was available as we arrived late . We were taken to a twin room with single beds which we didn't book as we asked for a double superior . But give them credit they put us in a bungalow with a double bed the only issues was the shower had ants in it which was rectified quickly but to be honest there is alot of insect activity in the area we even saw cockroaches crawling around outside at night im guessing this is an ongoing issue as we had more .but they didn't come in as we kept the door shut .Also the bed being a double is very firm and too low personaly the beds in the hotel could do with and update even in the first room we had the single we had was the same but however are clean .The entertainment staff were always friendly and made sure you were ok and always made you feel like you should be there . Alex, Evelina, Gustavo and luca did a good job making people were enjoying themselves .Some of the catering staff in the restaurant were helpful one in particular offered to get me a beer and brought it back to my table which I've never had before at any hotel she was friendly and served with a smile most did smile some didnt which to me makes your holiday . Our room cleaner her name was Tsampika she was an amazing person our room was clean all the time her customer care was fantastic she always said good morning with a smile she deserves recognition for the way she is . I wish more were like her in the hotel . Also the lady upstairs serving the kebab and gyros was another favourite always smiling and attentive to her customers. We didnt eat much it the restaurant we found it didnt give your taste buds the wow factor and it was the same food everyday which got boring hence why we decided to eat out in the evenings .The local restaurants which are amazing . another thing with the restaurant they dont have a proper toaster for your morning toast its like a breville sandwich maker takes about 5 mins to get your toast brown .the pool area including the pool bar is lovely but the sunbeds are very close to each other around the pool .People kept moving sunbeds into other areas .and at one place there was too many in one area which made it difficult to pass . The staff didnt say anything to them either. Speaking to other guests here they weren't totally happy with the drinks .The beer seemed weak the wine and the spirits were better We ended up buying drinks out. They have a gym that we were going to use but from what we saw it was very outdated the equipment needs updating and the building was basically a wooden building and the doors stuck too so we didnt use it. Overall we had a great holiday where our bungalow was it was quiet .and credit to staff who made our stay .thankyou

Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Very dated rooms, at first glance even seems grubby.
With all that said, the animation team were fabulous and the food was really good too (not great but it's all inclusive what do you expect) the pool was of a good size too.
Drink choices very poor, you have self serve for soft drinks and beer which always seemed to run out with no rush to replenish.
The pool bar wanted €8 for cocktails and even €2 for a coffee so the all inclusive is actually limited.
€20 for a safe key, €10 for the use of grubby towels.
All in all the place has the potential to be great if they just spent a little on the place.
Shame.
