Great hotel !
Food:
The all inclusive food was amazing, different variety of food everyday except breakfast where it was the same foods but you can still have different foods each morning, there’s a cold meat and cheese section, hot section including sausages and eggs, cereal and yogurt section, fruit section and pastries section. At lunch there’s a wide variety of food even for picky eaters. At dinner there’s the main meat for the day and special dishes. It was really nice food and I enjoyed it.
Drinks:
The all inclusive drinks are weak but still good, there’s a pool bar from 10:30am until about 6 , you have to pay for a cup but get your money back. The drinks then move to another bar where there are normal glasses and outside entertainment. A good variety of drinks with a cocktail of the day.
Cleaning:
The hotel is very clean, the rooms seemed to be mopped everyday and tables are cleaned after each person leaves from meals. The outside toilets are also very clean, and the pool is cleaned every morning too.
Staff:
Staff are very friendly and helpful, they go beyond and always clean plates after finishing with them.
Entertainment:
If you want to stay in the hotel there is plenty to do, with activities throughout the day and entertainment at night, you won’t get bored
Pool:
This is our only let down , there isn’t enough umbrellas , there’s plenty of loungers but it turned into a reserving loungers with umbrellas. The hotel have said they are looking to update so hopefully more umbrellas will be available as this is the only reason why I haven’t put a 5 star review. People were sat under umbrellas not having them up and when asked to use them, was told they were going to use them but only did so for a short while. It got to the point of us getting up early to be able to get some shade as we are very pale and burn easily.
In all, it is a great hotel, close by to a lot of attractions and is a great value for money, food is tasty, the atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly and the pool itself is very large with a separate second pool for adults only.

The hotel was very clean. During our stay I witnessed the staff go beyond to help people. The staff carried meals and drinks to the table for two elderly people. They were extremely friendly. The cleaners were polite and quick with their cleaning. Central to all the shops. I give a four star not five because of the amount of chipped plates at meal time. Great holiday. Recommend sun lounger on balcony.

Fantastic hotel and great value!
2 big pools plenty of sunbeds and no sunbed fights or need to get up early. The staff are so friendly always smiling always happy, they work so hard and make the place special! Rooms were clean and spacious. Food is lovely, always something to eat, fresh pizza and pasta made daily and lots of fish and meat options and a great salad selection. The drinks are good too, not strong but tasty and good choices. Location is good just off the main strip of shops and bars and about 10 mins to the beach!
My suggestions would be a bar and toilet need to be at the 2nd pool as all facilities are by the first pool. Entertainment was different every night but only for one hour, would be good if this was longer and more varied, also more aqua gym in the pool as this only happens once a week, the entertainment could be livelier and more choice but I Would come again!

Very happy with our stay! Rooms are clean, staff are super friendly! They had a good selection of food, I’m vegetarian and found they had a lot of choices. There is a lovely bar man as well didn’t manage to get his name, but he always made the cocktails look premium and always made us laugh! Only issue was the shower leaks quite a lot onto the floor. And at lunch it gets super busy in the restaurant but that can’t be helped!

Spotlessly clean. Friendly, very efficient staff throughout. For a buffet catering for so many, the food is of a high standard with a good variety over all. Good value for money on all inclusive
