We spent an amazing Christmas week at this hotel with our children and truly enjoyed every moment. The Christmas Gala in the restaurant was beautifully organized — a big thank you to the staff for the great atmosphere and excellent food.
A very special mention goes to Jessica from the kids club 🌟 She was incredible with the kids, both during daily activities and the mini disco. Our children absolutely loved her — she is a real gem and brings so much warmth to the hotel.
The rooms were large, spotless, and very well maintained. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place to families.

Just returned from a 4 night break at this hotel. We were 4 adults in 2 delux rooms.
Hotel facilities are fine, rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and mirror. Bathroom looked a bit tired but worked fine. Cleaning staff were very good our room was made up to a good standard each day.
Pools were good. The family pool and baby pool has bar and plenty of lounges. Quiet pool a short distance away also plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Part of the pool has been taped off as they are repairing the tiles this didn’t affect us using the pool.
Restaurants were very good. We were all inclusive and could always find something to eat. Once again the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was clean and were always helpful. We found the all inclusive to be fine for drinks, beer and wine is on tap and there were spirits and cocktails available.
The hotel is in a fab location, situated just off the main strip it is a 10/15 minute walk into the old town and music square.
We enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Beautiful looking hotel with nice big rooms,in a central location, however I think thats where it ends.
The cleaners need retraining on standards. The bathroom was never cleaned correctly, the shower screen and tiles often had shampoo residue around it. It also flooded everytime you used it, this is due to the shower plug not being taken out to be cleaned (standard cleaning process). There was no toilet roll left 3 mornings running even though I specifically asked, i ended up getting it myself of the trolly. The mirror in front room had water marks up them so obviously weren't cleaned. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get it to actually flush.
The patio door didn't have a proper lock on it even though we were low level.
The food well!!! Not much choice for children, my daughter lived on chips and sweetcorn for 2 weeks!!! Not much choice for vegetarians and everything was cold, even when brought straight out.
The bar although local spirits as per had limited drinks available. Only a few cocktails on the all inclusive menu, 1 lager and no cider, we had to go out every night even though we paid for all inclusive.
The staff though were so friendly and accomadating.
I loved the location and the staff but there is a lot to improve on.

We have just spent a week staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience, all the staff were friendly and quick to help with anything that was needed.
There are plenty of sunbeds around both pools, we never had trouble finding beds to use and the pool is in view from all the sunbeds which is great when you jave children.
The food was also great, with plenty of choice for all meal times, with different options each day. The food was always replenished when needed, and all surfaces were kept clean and tidy, due to staff attentiveness.
My daughter attended the kids club and had lots of fun with different themed activities, especially over Halloween! Jessica was absolutely fantastic with my daughter, making her feel welcome and included when she was a little nervous to join in. Jessica also hosted the mini disco each night and again went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had fun!
Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms at Blue Sea Bahía de Lobos are very spacious, clean, and comfortable — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff are generally nice and friendly, and some did try to help when I requested sandwiches, which I appreciated.
However, if you’re Muslim and looking for halal food, this probably isn’t the best place to book all-inclusive, as most of the food options cater to non-halal diets. I barely ate at the hotel and ended up finding halal food at local restaurants instead. While some individual staff members were kind, the overall hotel service felt quite minimal — simple touches like helping with luggage on arrival were missing, which made the experience feel less welcoming than expected.
There also isn’t a great deal to do at the hotel itself, so it can feel a bit limited activity-wise. Local excursions were available but seemed very pricey compared to many other places I’ve travelled to. Overall, comfortable rooms and some friendly staff, but food options, activities, and overall service standards could be improved.
