We have just spent a week staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience, all the staff were friendly and quick to help with anything that was needed.
There are plenty of sunbeds around both pools, we never had trouble finding beds to use and the pool is in view from all the sunbeds which is great when you jave children.
The food was also great, with plenty of choice for all meal times, with different options each day. The food was always replenished when needed, and all surfaces were kept clean and tidy, due to staff attentiveness.
My daughter attended the kids club and had lots of fun with different themed activities, especially over Halloween! Jessica was absolutely fantastic with my daughter, making her feel welcome and included when she was a little nervous to join in. Jessica also hosted the mini disco each night and again went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had fun!

We spent 10 days at this hotel. the rooms were clean and practical. the hotel is not located near beach, so it’s not the typical beach holiday and you have to walk quite long to see a beautiful beach. the worst about this hotel is probably the staff. the people on the reception seem all very unmotivated and quite unfriendly. but the most horrible staff situations can be watched at dinner. we had no drinks included, which is okay, because in the previous nights we took our drink and found a bill on our table after that, we pay that’s it. but in some cases the staff came up to us to tell us it’s not included in a very unfriendly way, like they expect us to put the glasses back. once when we were asked, we told the waitress that what we had, so she can bring us the bill. but instead she brought us our exact order again instead of the bill. she also spoke little to no english and was all furious and angry about the situation caused by her own incompetence, a absolute no go. so if you expect some horrible staff for your vacation dinner this hotel is the right pick!

Just returned from a 4 night break at this hotel. We were 4 adults in 2 delux rooms.
Hotel facilities are fine, rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and mirror. Bathroom looked a bit tired but worked fine. Cleaning staff were very good our room was made up to a good standard each day.
Pools were good. The family pool and baby pool has bar and plenty of lounges. Quiet pool a short distance away also plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Part of the pool has been taped off as they are repairing the tiles this didn’t affect us using the pool.
Restaurants were very good. We were all inclusive and could always find something to eat. Once again the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was clean and were always helpful. We found the all inclusive to be fine for drinks, beer and wine is on tap and there were spirits and cocktails available.
The hotel is in a fab location, situated just off the main strip it is a 10/15 minute walk into the old town and music square.
We enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

All in all not a bad hotel, location is superb only a few yards away from the main street. The staff make this hotel, extremely friendly and they can't do enough for you. We stated for Seven nights in K- block, it took us an age to find the block had to go back to reception and ask someone to actually show us where it was. Rooms are large, clean and well presented, but ineed of updating. There are two pools a main pool with music and a bar and the other is a quieter adult pool, I did notice the lining of the pools are damaged and you can't use all of the swimming pools. Breakfast is okay, plenty of choice, however.... the main restaurant for dinner was not for us, yes, it may suit other guests, but its very repetitive and cold and not replenished often. Would we stay again ? not sure !!

The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the overall environment is pleasant. However, I have to lower my rating because, although it’s advertised as family-friendly, it really wasn’t suitable for families with small children. There were no proper food options for babies, and the few available items weren’t cooked adequately. It would be great if the hotel could offer a small kids’ or baby-friendly food section.
The children’s pool was also quite slippery — my husband actually fell while holding our baby, which was very concerning. This area definitely needs better safety measures.
Another issue was with the gym. It was advertised as open almost all day except between 1–4 PM, during which time it should still be accessible (just without a personal trainer). However, when I arrived shortly after 1, the personal trainer asked me to leave, which was odd. He also told me to bring a towel to place over the spinning bike seat, which I found strange and potentially unsafe, especially since I didn’t see anyone else doing it.
Overall, while the hotel is clean and pleasant in appearance, several things didn’t match the way it was advertised, and it could definitely improve on family friendliness
