We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel in Turkey. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day, the service was excellent, and the entertainment program kept both adults and children engaged.
I also want to mention how helpful the reception staff were. When we explained that it was difficult to sleep due to the noise from the road and our loud neighbors, they immediately offered to move us to a quieter room. Their quick response made our stay much more comfortable.
A special thank-you goes to the amazing kids' animator, Rabia. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and great with children. Our kids absolutely loved her activities.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I was abit unsure about this resort because of the negative reviews I read online. However my family and I are glad to have gone to this resort because it's so beautiful, the gardens are lovely well kept, lots of kittens to keep the kids busy, the food was freshly made and lots of variety however it would be nice to have a Turkish night like some hotels where they cook authentic Turkish food. It was unfair that we was not allowed to book a free table at the Turkish and Italian restaurant because we only stayed 5 nights and not 7 and they was fully booked untill mid November. The spa was nice but pricey compared to outside companies. The slide was closed during certain hours which should be clearly written some where near the pool area. The beach is rocky and dangerous I hurt my foot. There should be some warnings put up about the dangerous. Air conditioning in our rooms were turned off, apparently some people felt cold so they had to turn the whole building off. this was abit frustrating as it was very warm and uncomfortable. Some Russians where very racist the way they look at you it's hypocritical because they are in a muslim country and they being racist and ignorant. stay in your own country if you dont like the mix! Overall it's an amazing hotel. Will book again

We loved our stay! We came with kids and they really enjoyed everything here. The animation club was great with the kids and had fun activities every day. The food was excellent. The hotel is right by the sea and has several pools and water slide. There's even a spa and shops that you can buy from. Highly recommend!!!
Elifnur was especially great at including everyone during the entertainment!

It's my 4th visit to Labranda Alantur, have been to Labranda Bodrum too. I can definitely say that Labranda Alantur has downgraded since my first and the following visits. They used to have an amazing entertainment. I wasn't interested in anything this time. They used to do amazing food decorations for dinner time, also had some things going on, eg. Turkish night, beach party, Halloween etc. My kids were expecting Halloween theme this time, there was nothing apart from Turkish paper flags everywhere. They don't even cover the tables with white clothes any more. Food - we are not high maintenance but def missed variety of local fruit. We have apples and grapes in the UK. There was melon every day. No watermelon, no pomegranate and it's a season now. Also smoking SHOULD NOT be permitted anywhere around food, full stop. Big minus for that. Make a designated area for smokers, that's a standard in Europe. Bar area went down too, has plastic chairs and felt unpleasant to sit there. Not everyone wants to smoke and get drunk.
I come for private beach and the gardens, hard to find a hotel which offers so much space and plants to enjoy. We were accommodated on the second floor this time, not too bad however I prefer ground floor. Being close to the noisy road was an issue. I didn't like that.
Rooms are OK but nothing for English on the TV, decent but not 5*. Overall good 4* but they need to work on how they are. Lots of other great hotels.

We stayed at this hotel which has a high rating and overall we believe it deserves this score.
There were some downsides: our room had a strong odor that could not be removed, even after staff used air freshener, since the smell had already absorbed into the curtains. The room itself felt old and really needs renovation. For the first three days the animations were quite boring and the music was not great but during the following four days the entertainment improved a lot and the atmosphere became much more enjoyable. One thing we found strange is that during the ezan the music was not paused, they simply kept playing..
On the positive side, the food and desserts were excellent, very tasty with plenty of choice at every meal. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Another lovely aspect is that there are cats everywhere around the hotel, which we really enjoyed and the staff are very kind to them. Pets are also allowed and many guests were happily walking their dogs around the resort.
The spa was also very pleasant and relaxing.
All in all, despite some flaws, the hotel offered a pleasant experience with great service, delicious food and a warm atmosphere. We can understand why it has such a high score.
