A vacation that turned into a nightmare!
The rooms are old, look very different from the photos, and were poorly cleaned. On the very first day, we found a very dirty toilet seat and a filthy shower.
But that’s not even the worst part — the vacation was ruined by a severe intestinal infection, and I only ate at the hotel! Right after lunch (vegetables, vegetable stew, bread, juice, fruit) I started feeling really sick, and by the evening I was already hospitalized! I spent the rest of the vacation in the hospital. The diagnosis was acute intestinal infection. IV drips, long treatment, severe pain. I often saw ambulances at the hotel, so I don’t think I was the only one this happened to. When I returned to the room, the cleaning was awful! Unfortunately, I had been vomiting, and since I was taken to the hospital, we didn’t manage to tidy up ourselves. But the staff only did a superficial cleanup — we still found plenty of dirt and spots that were left untouched. If this is how they “clean” before new guests arrive, I can only imagine how quickly others might also catch an infection… The hotel doctor wrote me a message the next day asking me to come to the office, not even knowing that I had already been hospitalized. He just sent a short text — “This is the doctor, come to the office.” We couldn’t even figure out who had written to us or where we were supposed to go 🤦🏻♀️
After that, no one from the hotel cared about me or followed up about my condition until the very day we left. When I got home, I still had to continue treatment for quite a while…
So for anyone planning to spend their holiday here — be extremely careful. By the way, I didn’t eat fast food, but my friends were served spoiled, very sour pizza more than once…
In short, the food and cleanliness are the weakest points of this hotel, and they can easily ruin your vacation. Be very cautious and alert.
In response to the hotel’s reply: I didn’t eat or even drink anything outside the hotel… I even drank only the water provided by the hotel…

The hotel is decent, but in my opinion, it doesn’t quite reach 5-star level.**
The territory is medium-sized—you won’t spend too long exploring them, and there aren’t many entertainment options.
The food is good but lacks variety, especially noticeable during breakfast.
The animation/entertainment team is solid.
Overall, it’s a fine family-friendly hotel, but nothing extraordinary.

Fantastic Stay – Excellent Hotel & Animation Team
We had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food and drinks were consistently very good with plenty of choice.
A special mention has to go to the animation team – they were absolutely excellent. Dogukan and Hilal in particular stood out; they were nonstop, always smiling, full of energy, and constantly encouraging guests to join in the activities. They really made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!
