Our stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek exceeded all expectations. From the very first day, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and exceptional level of service throughout the resort.
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and relaxation. The stunning beach, peaceful atmosphere, and luxurious surroundings made every moment of our vacation truly enjoyable. We were also delighted by the culinary experience — an excellent variety of dishes, high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented meals. Every day brought something new and delicious to discover.
A special thank you goes to Sezim from the Guest Relations team. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a remarkable difference during our stay. She was always available to assist, responded promptly to every request, and ensured that we felt valued and well looked after. Her positive attitude and dedication truly enhanced our holiday experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations — a great variety and everything was so fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. This has to be our favourite hotel so far. The Kempinski Hotel in Belek, Antalya truly stands out for its exceptional quality and atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organised and welcoming.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the facilities you could need for a relaxing stay. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority here, which made a big difference to our overall experience.
What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to help, creating a warm and genuinely hospitable environment throughout our visit.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our golf experience, playing four rounds at the nearby Pasha and Sultan courses. Both courses were in excellent condition and offered a great variety of play, making each round enjoyable. The staff there were just as kind and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.
We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway.

The staff deserves the highest praise. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from the very first moment, and their warm smiles and willingness to help made our vacation truly special.
The kids’ club was outstanding! The playroom was beautiful, clean, and full of fun activities. The animators were amazing—creative, energetic, and caring. The costumes, performances, and entertainment programs were fantastic, and we always felt completely confident leaving our kid in their excellent care.
The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and incredibly varied, with something for every taste. The quality and presentation were exceptional.
The beach was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s stylish and elegant design created a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire property.
The spa was simply incredible—a true oasis of relaxation. A special thank you to the spa administrator for the outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Every visit to the spa was a wonderful experience.
