We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very pleasant, especially during the hot weather.
The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from every day. The beer was also very good and always served fresh.
The staff were friendly, professional, and hardworking. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would be happy to come back again in the future!

Our stay at the hotel has been wonderful! The water slides and aqua park are fantastic for both children and adults. The food is plentiful, varied, and there is something for everyone. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the resort is very good. Special thanks to the waiter at the bistro Mertcan in the evenings – an exceptionally friendly, kind, and dedicated person. You can see that he truly enjoys his job, and almost every evening he makes us feel welcome and happy. His positive attitude and excellent service made our evenings even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, I would mention two things. For early risers like me, it would be great to have access to coffee before the restaurant opens. Also, it would be nice to have music around the other pools during the day, not only at the main pool. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly visit this hotel again!

We stayed at this amazing hotel for one week with our family, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they made our stay truly memorable.
A special thank you to the amazing entertainment team, who kept us entertained all day with fun activities, exciting games, and a fantastic atmosphere. We’d also like to thank Mehmet abi 🫡 at the Aqua Bar for preparing such unique and delicious drinks, and the cheerful Zumba instructor who brought so much energy and fun to every session. The buffet food was also very good, with plenty of tasty options every day.
Thank you all for your hard work and for making our vacation so special.
To anyone who is still unsure about booking this hotel, I can honestly say that you will absolutely get your money’s worth—if not even more. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

We were there one week ago. The hotel was nice, food was delicious. Animation team was very nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and nice. However, beds were not so good. The beds were hard, the blankets were very thin and the hotel walls are probably made of cardboards :D But we still enjoyed our holiday there, thank you very much Kahya :)

Hi…the hotel is very ok, clean. I would like to thank the chefs for their kindness in helping me with the (special) food for my special child. And I would also like to note that there was a female chef, older, who made some donuts, yummm! I would like her to know that she has golden hands 🥰. 5 stars for the hotel and the staff… but the customers, some of them were very disrespectful… they didn't stand in line, they got in front of you in the elevator… adults and children. Most of them were Russians, Poles, Estonians, Lithuanians.
