Returned from our annual weekly May break and as always everything was just perfect. How anyone can criticize the food is beyond me. Me and my friends have been coming here for years and will continue to, God willing. The bar staff are absolutely amazing. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate, so special thanks to the cleaning staff. Dining room staff are so efficient and cheery too. The hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute saunter to the Old Town and Tapas Alley which is a must. The beach and promenade are immaculate too and just a stroll away. This hotel is just perfect for a girls break as it’s also near enough to the livelier bit of Benidorm if want to venture there. I would recommend it to anyone with the exception of families with children. Chose the RH Princesa just over the road as there’s more going on for them and I can vouch for that too as I’ve stated there too and will be going again next month with my young grandchildren.

Just come back from a 14 night stay here.Lovely hotel, 2 mins walk to the old town, 5 mins walk to the sandy beach. Not much of a food selection but we always found something to our liking. Nice pool area, drinks reasonable prices for a hotel. Lovely helpful staff. A big shout out to Alain the poolside Anamacion and evening compere, he was so funny and kept us all entertained with his humour, a great guy.

Recently went here for a 7 night stay. Found reception staff too busy to help. Room was great. Breakfast was very poor. Buffet style but unfortunately very cold and tasteless even at opening at 8am. First night there the evening meal was the same (rubbish cold).
Will definitely not book again. Very disappointed as my first holiday in 35years

We had the pleasure of staying this hotel over October half term. Perfectly situated on the edge of the Old Town close to shops, restaurants and bars and within a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The hotel is very welcoming, clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smiley face. We arrive about 4 hours before we could check into our room, but were told that our room was already ready so no hanging around waiting.
When we arrived at our room i was a little concerned as it was situated right opposite the lifts so thought that it maybe a little noisy with people coming and going. This was not the case we didn't hear any noise once we closed our doors. Rooms were very clean for the whole of our stay.
The room was large and airy and had a great sea view across the town. There was lots of space in the wardrobes to hang or put your items away, as well as a safe (that was free). The room had tea and coffee facilities, as well as a fridge with water.
The Bathroom had a large walk in shower, toilet, bidet, and his and her sinks. There was shampoo, conditioner, wash and moisturiser too, as well as a hairdryer.
Our stay included a Buffet breakfast, which was lovely and a great choice to suit everyone's tastes, from hot cooked breakfast, to savouries, fruit, meats, cereal, omelettes etc. Drinks were self service.
The pool area looked nice but as it was October we didn't sit down there, as it was mostly in the shade for parts of the day.
There was evening entertainment every day but we didn't stay in the hotel for this so cannot comment.
Bar area in the lobby was nice and relaxing for a night cap before bed and the staff were very friendly and chatty
Overall this is a lovely hotel situated well for all amenities, with high standards and friendly staff, i would definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Rooms good, comfy bed etc. Staff happy to help.
The food is shockingly bad. Would never eat the food at this hotel again. Rock hard Yorkshire puddings, flavourless paella and mushy frozen fish.
