A lovely hotel. We up graded our room to a newly refurbished one on the 10th floor with views over Santa Barbara Castle. The room was spacious with a mini fridge and very comfortable beds.
My highest praise would be for the staff who were all friendly and very knowledgeable especially Elena who went above and beyond to help us.
The location is very good with the bus and tram system on the doorstep. A taxi is only 6€ into the centre. I personally found the walking distance too far but if you are able bodied the walk to the Marina would be easily doable.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location! Le Postiguet Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops nearby. It's an excellent base for exploring the area, with everything you need within easy walking distance.
The room was very clean, spacious, and featured wooden floors, which were a great touch. It was also very comfortable, with two double beds.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. There were freshly baked cakes every morning, with different selections each day, making breakfast something to look forward to.

Given a room with aircon that didnt function properly during a heatwave, the night shift team told us they couldnt fix it.
When we asked about moving rooms we were told there were no other rooms with 2 beds and would have to accept a double that didnt suit us.
Eventually just said i would sleep in the lobby as i was only there for another 8 hours then magically a double bedded room opened up at 2.30am, turns out it was one of the sea view rooms so they clearly just didnt want to give us an 'upgrade' for a single night and would rather try and force us into a room that was not suitable for our needs.
Really poor customer service from this hotel but lucky only had to endure it 1 night before our flight.

I had a truly wonderful stay here! The staff were absolutely fantastic—kind, helpful, and incredibly friendly. My room was spotless and nicely equipped, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious; I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and they really stood out. If you're looking for a place to stay in Alicante, I highly recommend this spot—they'll make your visit special!

A basic hotel, priced fairly. Good breakfast, a few play facilities for kids, a pool for better weather than we enjoyed, and nice views all round from the higher floors. Our room was clean but needed some tlc to the fittings, especially in the bathroom. The beds were seriously comfy with clean linen. I did notice that the metal frame holding the outer balcony windows was very rusty with many holes, probably needs attention before something goes wrong. But overall a good experience.
