Just come back from here, must say gutted to be back home. We really enjoyed it. Rooms big, spacious and clean, hotel very clean, staff lovely and always managed to find some food. Stunning views from our room on 19th floor, sun beds was easy to get even if didnt go down at 8.30. Snacks available most of day, drinks was good too. Overall lovely holiday and would return 😊

Came out here for a week and with the reputation of Benidorm I didn't have high hopes. I was wrong. Flamingo Oasis is great whether it be for value for money, rooms, service or location it's good on all fronts, for an all inclusive the food isn't bad either.
There are a couple of downsides. Firstly, you cannot escape the selfishness of those who reserve their loungers at the crack of dawn and then aren't seen again until mid afternoon, but that happens everywhere. Hopefully in peak season they enforce the sign posted rule of no reserving loungers.
The biggest gripe has to be the lifts. With 25 floors they simply don't have the capacity to cope with passenger numbers. By design they have built with to few lifts which also only carry 6-8 people. We have waited 10 minutes and it's not peak season.
That said, would I return? Absolutely. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is nice and the location is perfect. 15 mins walk to the beach/sea front and about 30-40 minutes into the Old Town and the bars you expect from Benidorm but remote enough that you can get a fantastic night sleep away from all the loud music and crowds out until the small hours.

Very nice hotel for the price. Very good cocktails, food ok not too much choices. Very nice receptionist unfortunately do not remember his name but he was very friendly and offered places to visit and some restaurants. I think it would be nice to have toilet brush in the rooms otherwise it’s all good 🙂

Nice hotel, off the main Benidiorm strip and center. Decent all inclusive offer. Definitely upgrade to the Club rooms to get the roof top bar, lounge and separate adukt only dining area. Benidorm is everything you think it is...... if you love it great, personally a bit too loud, rough and full on!!

This was my 4th time coming here, but unfortunately it will definitely be my last. The hotel has gone downhill badly since previous visits. The food was really disappointing, I didn’t enjoy anything and ended up having to eat out despite paying for all-inclusive.
The rooms are outdated, not cleaned properly, and we experienced electrical faults during our stay. You also spend a huge amount of time waiting for lifts, which became really frustrating.
Most shocking of all for me was seeing cockroaches around the hotel, which was extremely off-putting and unacceptable. Sadly, this experience was nothing like previous visits.
Further on:
In response to your reply, are you seriously suggesting you cannot recognise your own flooring and walls in the arcade area down the steps? I am sure other guests will have no difficulty recognising it. I have now uploaded evidence confirming this photograph was taken at your hotel.
Cockroaches are recognised carriers of disease and pose a serious health risk to guests. They are linked to the spread of numerous harmful bacteria, including Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, and Campylobacter, which can lead to food poisoning, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhoea through contaminated surfaces or food.
I made complaints throughout our stay regarding issues, all of which were either ignored or not properly addressed at the time.
We ultimately had to take it upon ourselves to eat out elsewhere in order to still try and enjoy our holiday, despite having paid for an all-inclusive experience.
Just a note for anyone considering staying here: there are off-site construction works taking place all day, every day, which we were not informed about prior to arrival. These works were directly opposite our room, and due to the constant noise and disruption, we were unable to sit out on the balcony and relax during our stay. This was particularly disappointing given that we had paid extra for a club room, only for the experience to be significantly impacted.
