The hotel is in a great position, located in the old Town where it is quieter but near plenty of restaurants and very close to the promenade and beach.
The reception staff are very helpful and polite. I went with my daughter for a few days break and our room was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, great shower and very comfy beds. We had a sea view and a huge balcony with chairs and a table.
Breakfast was included and was lovely, there was a good choice of cereal, pastries and a hot breakfast, also meats, fruits and cheeses. The dining area was large and very clean with the staff clearing the tables as soon as guests left. They were also very welcoming and polite.
I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is very well located — right in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to explore the surroundings on foot. However, the central location also comes with some drawbacks, especially at night. There’s a nightclub nearby, and due to the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms, the noise from the music (often going until 3 AM) can be quite disruptive for light sleepers.
The restaurant felt quite dated — both in terms of the interior and the food. The atmosphere seemed more suited to an older crowd, and the breakfast selection was rather limited. For example, pancakes were available, but there were no classic toppings like bananas or strawberries. The sauces provided were more like dessert syrups typically used for ice cream, which didn’t really pair well with pancakes. Fruit was also offered whole (such as apples and oranges), but not sliced or prepared, which made it a bit inconvenient — especially since the knives available were more suitable for spreading butter than for cutting fruit. When we asked for a sharper knife, unfortunately, there wasn’t one available.
Another issue we encountered was with cleanliness in the dining area — pigeons were often seen coming to the tables when guests stepped away, which was quite off-putting.
The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, but for a hotel with a 4-star rating, we expected a bit more in terms of indoor activities or amenities. Aside from a ping pong table by the pool, there wasn’t much to do within the hotel itself.
Overall, while the location is excellent, other aspects of the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 4-star property. With a few improvements in service, food quality, and guest comfort, the experience could be significantly better.

Lovely hotel, clean bright modern. Bedroom clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Bed comfortable and clean, bathroom has toiletries great shower and lots hot water. Dinning all meals were freshly cooked lots of choice and drinks very good choice and plenty for all. We used the indoor pool and sauna which was quiet, small cafe downstairs just off reception and it’s lovely with blankets on outside seats. Entertainment was great for us and we ventured out of hotel as well lots going on. Staff were brilliant very helpful and polite. Overall decided to come back in summer.

Hi, we had a good experience, and we were excited about the view from the balcony on level 14, you could see the sea, because it is close, The hotel is built in a modern style and very spacious, very comfortable, with all the modern amenities of these times, The food is of choice for all tastes, I noticed that the waiters do their job well, they work hard, being quite busy, and the kitchens the same, And I also noticed a Spaniard at the reception of this hotel who works professionally and very quickly under pressure and spoke good English, I say this because I worked 3 years in several restaurants in the past. Any business must look at the employees from the lowest level to the highest, as they are all important. Benidorm is a perfect city for tourists considering that it has many shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. .And all of these are very close. I wish you success to the entire team.
