I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Climia Belroy in Benidorm from January 17th to January 20th and can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is excellent : very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was impeccable.
Breakfast was another highlight. A very good and varied selection, fresh products, and well organised even during busier moments. A perfect start to the day.
What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, always with a smile and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome.
Overall, an excellent hotel with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.

A group of 9 of us in 3 rooms stayed recently for 4 nights. A great value hotel, close to the beach and the nightlife (both 3-5 min walk but not too close to the noise).
The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipt - the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast options were good and tasty.
The lounge bar / disco area looked great although we didn't use it, and the bar attached/adjacent to the hotel was great for a drink and meeting location for the evening.
Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic location! Highly recommend it. All staff are so helpful and friendly. This is the 2nd time staying here. Can't wait to come back. Felt very relaxed as we came with are little dog. Best hotel if you're travelling with pet's.

recently stayed at the Hotel Belroy in Benidorm, and all I can say is it was a great hotel. The rooms are stunning and very clean, with good views and a great location close to the strip. The breakfast was amazing—10/10. The rooms are modern, and the shower is excellent as well.
The only thing that annoyed me was the €100 deposit, but despite that, it’s a very good hotel. 5 stars.

Overall, my experience at the hotel went well, except that in the café Paris I had to deal with a clumsy waiter who spoke to me rudely and even asked me to leave the establishment just because I made a remark. The waitstaff at this place are impolite and unprofessional. I wonder what criteria they were hired on, as they seem hasty and completely unfit to work in an establishment like this. When I contacted the restaurant manager, instead of offering an apology, he defended his staff — an attitude I found abominable and deplorable, which ultimately tarnished the hotel’s image.
