This hotel is truly worth the highest praise. It’s a small hotel with about 180 rooms, yet very cozy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with stunning ocean views. The food is delicious and varied, and the gym offers an amazing view of the ocean. Both restaurants also boast breathtaking ocean vistas.
Down by the pool, the view is directly of the majestic Teide, and up top there are 3 large jacuzzis. The beds are very comfortable for couples, and there are plenty of single beds with cool water washing over them—perfect for just dipping your feet 🥰. The views are absolutely stunning, with a panoramic view of both the city and Teide. The cocktails and food are incredibly tasty.
The hotel is adults-only but worth every 💸. It also has an amazing spa complex that’s definitely worth a visit 👌. New Year’s Eve was simply wow—every detail thoughtfully planned. This hotel has stolen our hearts ❤️ We will definitely be coming back and I can see us celebrating Christmas and New Year here every year 🇪🇸🫶

We chose this hotel thinking it would be amazing having looked at the website and photos. The hotel itself looks nice and the views from the rooms are really good. That’s it!
Rude arrogant receptionists, rude staff in the restaurant, food absolutely disgusting and cold: microwave available though. Dirty tables and floors to add to the mix. Had better service and food in lower star accommodation.
Issues with drainage in the bathroom causing a nasty stench and water overflow reaching through from the bathroom into bedroom Cockroach infestation to add to the mix.
Just one ancient working lift for the whole hotel. Apparently like this for months.
No apologies when reporting problems. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Review from a couple from England, late 20s/early 30s
This is such a fab hotel with lovely, friendly staff, and an AMAZING sea view.
Pros:
- Friendly welcome from staff and a welcome drink
- Modern and big rooms with double sinks and a very cool colour-changing shower
- Sea view, the sound of the waves, beautiful colour water, and a very private balcony
- Lots of choice at breakfast and dinner, always warm/hot and refilled regularly
- Staff always say holla and are very attentive
- Lovely hot tubs on the roof terrace. We went in October and had to wait for one as they were all full. Wait time: around 10mins until one became available - as expected as there’s only three
- Pool area is lovely and very clean
- Drinks are really nice and reasonably priced (you pay for your drinks at dinner with half board)
Cons/feedback:
- The parking is the most annoying thing about this hotel, but it wouldn’t stop us coming back. If you arrive back at the hotel after 4pm (after a nice day out), prepare for 10-20 mins of driving around (sometimes longer) to find a space in the near by local streets. The hotel only has around 25 spaces. We were picky though as we didn’t want our rented car to get scratched!
- It would be nice to have a couple of minutes to think about your drink order when you sit down for dinner. Instead, the staff come over as you’re walking to a table and ask straight away. You need to ask for a couple of mins if you don’t already know your order.
We loved our stay!
Thanks everyone for a magical holiday🥰

Was the second time this year we came here, the views from the room are great, like your on a cruise 🛳 ship. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, good views over puera de la cruz.Roof terrace with jacuzzi are brill. Spa great way to relax for a few hours. Relaxing atmosphere by pool with music and a bar with snacks. We were half board, you just pay with your card for drinks. Good choice of food in buffet style restaurant, fish and steaks cooked by chef to order. We walked down and back to the main strip, but if you don't walk much, a taxi is only 7 euros each way.

We chose the hotel based on great reviews and it’s actually sad how disappointing our stay here was. First of all, this is not up to standards that you’d expect for this price and claimed four stars.
Our stay started horrible, we were woke up in the middle of the night by loud drilling like noises. It was so loud because, as we discovered, there was a gap between balcony door wing and the wall and in strong wind the whole thing was vibrating so hard that whole room was shaking and making this loud drilling like noises. We could also feel the wind in the room! We came for solution, technical workers confirmed is better to change room, but hotel staff not only didn’t offer that… they said everybody has this problem (which is not true, we talked with some guests and they described loud wind, not something like this!). Not to mention, this kind of thing can be really unsafe in strong wind conditions, as the glass door may finally break and fall straight on us in bed. It was Friday-Saturday night, they not only offered nothing to help, they said manager is not available on weekends and we can only write an email and somebody maybe will respond on Monday. Ridiculous. So the hotel is nicely located, but only for nice weather, they are totally unprepared for what you could expect quite standard conditions at the coast. The hotel is older than on the photos, doesn’t really meet good cleaning standards - dirty broken towels for the pool, some dirty rag left on our table after cleaning, unchanged and missing towels next day and the staff with attitude once you asked to fix it. Lifts are broken, there is only one working for all 10 floors, arriving on breakfast or dinner is a nightmare. Noise is also issue inside the hotel itself, you can hear everything from the hall and neighbouring rooms. We really thought this will be amazing stay and were looking forward to it. Absolutely not worth it.
