This is one of the nicest hotels , staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
The room was stunning and very modern with the most amazing sea view.
The pool was very clean including the roof top hot tubs and pool bar staff were very lovely and quick to serve you.
The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great and a wide range of different foods everyday.
Couldn’t fault a thing with the hotel and will definitely be back again!

Fantastic hotel with many features you would expect from a 4* resort.
The view from my room was breathtaking.
The bed was comfortable and very big!
Very modern design throughout, the spa was lovely, the gym was open 8am-8pm.
Rooftop pool with a bar and also a pool with a bar on the ground floor level.
Lots of restaurants around the area, the walk down into the old town was lovely, the walk back up isn’t for the faint hearted but I did it everyday for a week.
All in all a great hotel with a great location.
The food was as you would expect from a buffet, for me it wasn’t something I enjoyed personally. Not to say it wasn’t tasty as it was. It just wasn’t my sort of pallet.

Absolutely amazing stay here with my friend! Rooms were spotless and had an incredible view. Food was amazing, and had lots of different options each day with the option to have your breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Hotel is so quiet and peaceful. The location is also amazing, with a stunning view, a short (but steep) walk into town, and very close to easy public transport and taxi options. There is a rooftop bar which we headed to in the evenings for games and cocktails (which had such a fun, wide range of options), and we were given complimentary sweets! I would just say if you are planning to head to the bar, to head there as early as you can in the evening as it’s very popular! We also did an incredible quad bike sunset tour up to Mount Teide, which was a 7 minute walk away into town. We also took a public bus to the south of the island for Siam Park, which was only 1hr 30 mins, and only cost 12 euros each way! Before I arrived, I was very worried about the weather, however Puerto de la Cruz is notably warmer than what weather apps report! When my friend and I arrived, we had asked for twin beds, however they were pushed together with one duvet. This was sorted so quickly the next day and all the staff are so lovely, polite and helpful! We had such a wonderful time here, I would come here again without hesitation! ☀️

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel, the room is absolutely beautifully put together! The sea view is something out of this world. The bed was so comfy! Plenty of mirrors and a full length one infront of the bed for the girlies like me who spend hours doing your hair and makeup. The only downside is the breakfast wasn’t amazing, pancakes were often cold and the eggs are really yolky, almost cheesy. We were also delayed 24 hours due to Jet 2, and we asked the hotel for either complimentary spa access because of the fact we missed out on an entire day and night, or an extra night on the house! They refused both of our asks and were quite blunt about it. Which wasn’t pleasant considering we were super quiet, easy guests to cater for. The roof top bar is incredible make sure to checkout that hidden gem as we didn’t realise it was there until day three! Opens at 10am. The best sun bed access and the barman is so friendly up there! The spa is incredible myself and my partner paid for access and had an incredible massage and spa experience. Overall this hotel was incredible and Tenerife has given us the best holiday so far and we have been to over five different countries now. Super cheap too! Worth every penny.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. First of all, the food was absolutely outstanding, both the breakfast and dinner were delicious every single day, with a great variety and excellent quality.
What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. They always made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, very well maintained, and the sea view from our room was simply unforgettable.
A special thank you goes to the restaurant staff, especially Alfonso, respectful attitude created such a pleasant atmosphere every day. We would also like to thank Elizabeth. Her kindness and hospitality truly made a difference in our holiday experience.
The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, excellent service, and wonderful people. We left with beautiful memories and we will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation by the sea!
