All rooms are with the ocean view, which is amazing. One thing to bear in mind though is that Puerto de la Cruz is often cloudy and you wish it would just be a little bit sunny to enjoy the potential of the city. Having said that the rooms are functional (with microwave, fridge) with a large bathroom, cleaned daily. Breakfast is varied but doesn’t really change day to day. There is a nice swimming pool and a fantastically equipped gym. Awesome rooftop with sunbeds open until 8pm. We had an early flight so the let us into the breakfast hall at 5am. The hotel is located on top of the cliff so if you choose to go to the harbour there will be a steep climb up.
They do not have a designated parking area so it was sometimes troublesome to find a place to park. Shame they close the rooftop bar at 8pm.

Great adult only hotel. Ocean view from all rooms. Despite our room was only on the second floor the view was amazing. Even better from the rooftop bar and reception. Nice quiet pool with good drinks. The location is great - approx 15 minutes walk to the centre and all the restaurants. The room was kept clean during our stay and the staff is very kind.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is a true gem – the rooftop is breathtaking, the pool and jacuzzi are incredible, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning view. The staff is amazing, always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
Our room was stunning, spacious, super comfortable, and had an unbelievable view. Everything is beautifully designed, cozy, and just feels right the moment you arrive.
If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the buffet – it could use a bit more variety, and it would be great to see a few Canarian specialties on the menu to make the experience even more authentic.
Overall: a dream hotel that I 100% recommend. I will definitely come back!

The real attraction of this hotel is the view. It is superb! Every room has a sea view, and as you can see from the pictures that view is outstanding!
The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a decent sized balcony. Our room had some lighting issues with the coloured lights in the shower, but other than that our room was beautiful.
The unfortunate downfall of the Atlantic Mirage is in the dining room. It’s not the food, which is plentiful, diverse, and, for the most part, well cooked. It’s the service. Often having to try and catch their eye to get service, and god forbid you want a second drink, cos you’ve no chance of catching their eye again. We also saw some negative interactions between staff members, who were shouting at each other in front of the restaurant patrons.
Rooftop bar has some great vibes, however, the music can sometimes be a tad too loud and diminish the experience, and the Friday & Saturday night “DJ” is outright awful!

A solid hotel – 4/5. We paid €130, which we found to be good value. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety. Free public parking is conveniently close, the views are stunning, and the staff were consistently friendly. We appreciated how smoothly our vacation extension was handled.
A few downsides:
The rooftop jacuzzis were partially out of order and not particularly warm.
The music at the rooftop bar was often poor and didn’t match the otherwise relaxed vibe.
The air conditioning unexpectedly turned on twice at 5:00 AM - that was a huge bother
for me.
On the right side of the building, some outdoor AC units generate noticeable noise.
Despite these points, we still think it’s a good price-to-value option.
