We stayed here for 10 days and had a fabulous holiday. Our accommodation was a two-bedroom apartment, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.
The bed deserves a special mention—it was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in while abroad, with a lovely memory foam mattress that made for a great night's sleep.
Were there a few issues with the apartment? Yes, but none of them affected our stay. There were some small areas of mould in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms, and the apartment was showing signs of wear in places. However, the property is currently undergoing renovations, so I imagine these issues will be addressed in due course. As far as we're concerned, it didn't impact our holiday. A holiday is often what you make of it—you can focus on the negatives and let them spoil your trip, or enjoy the experience and make the most of it.
The staff were lovely, and the grounds and public areas were always clean and well maintained, despite the ongoing renovation work.
The location is also very good, with easy access to both the Old Town and New Town. The only thing to be aware of is the cardiac hill depending on which direction you're coming from! Fortunately, you can avoid it by using the steps located at the far left corner as you leave the main entrance.
The laundry room was out of service during our stay, but the hotel does provide gym and shower facilities, which are especially useful if you have a late flight after checkout.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily consider booking here again in the future.

For 3 star accommodation it was excellent value for money and extremely clean. Our rooms and bedding changed regularly. Pool areas were clean with the pool cleaned every day. Nice pool bar and lounge bar to have a pre dinner drink. Staff were fantastic and the food we ate was well cooked and presented. Would gladly recommend.

Lovely hotel, bfasts are good, buffet dinners okay but samey and can be cold.
Pool is clean and well maintained with a life guard. The poolside bar is priced okay (not as cheap as the main drag but reasonable).
Location is excellent, a 10 min walk to the main seafront drag but there are climbs to get back!

Just returned after a weeks stay. Apartment clean, beds very comfy, everything you could need in the apartment. Plenty of sunbeds available, OK some reserved but people often sat in the bar. Meals reasonably prices.
Using the 3rd floor exit from Soco centre certainly makes it a lot more accessible. So many different routes you can take to get to either the strip or the Old Town without cardiac hills. We will be back as couldn't fault anything.

Positives and negatives to this hotel.
Negatives:
- no air con in rooms just a poor working fan. €50 a week if you want an air con unit.
- the evening dinner buffet is poor selection (always a lot more fish in things) and warm at best. Nearly every night 60-70% of it must of been thrown out.
- breakfast buffet is bloody tough to get fried eggs. Never enough out and seemed to be always waiting for them. Not the best as most seemed overcooked as well.
- lifeguards don’t speak any English
- sunbeds uncomfortable
- location a bit of a challenge if you can’t do stairs or hills
Positives:
- food is brilliant ordering off the menus. U don’t have to have the buffet you can choose to eat off a small menu if you are half board. Steak recommended.
- staff are mostly very friendly and helpful only the English language barrier for some prevents perfect service.
- value for money taking everything into consideration
- rooms are very acceptable for the price
- pool nice and pool area clean
- always sunbeds available
Summary: nice hotel, stick to menus if you eat in, not the buffet. Given 4/5 as value for money holiday but it would have been 3/5 if we had to eat off the dinner buffet.
