We are currently staying at Ella Resorts and are having such a lovely experience so far. The weather has been beautiful, which is making our stay even more enjoyable. The service has been absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived, and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after.
We truly couldn’t ask for anything more. Everything has exceeded our expectations, and we are thoroughly enjoying our time here. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. We look forward to enjoying the rest of our holiday here!

Our dinner at Matsi Ella Helea was the perfect ending to our holiday in Rhodes. The food was excellent, but what truly made this evening special was the amazing service.
A very special thank you to Maxim. He is such a wonderful young man – friendly, attentive, professional, and always ready for a pleasant conversation. His kindness and genuine care made us feel welcome every single time. Outstanding service like this is rare and deserves recognition.
We would also like to thank Sofia from the main restaurant buffet. She is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and brings such positive energy to everyone around her. Her warm attitude brightened every meal.
These two wonderful people truly made our holiday. Unfortunately, this was our last evening here, but the memories of their hospitality will stay with us for a long time. In fact, meeting Maxim and Sofia was the best part of our stay.
Thank you both for making our vacation so special. We wish you all the best and hope to see you again one day!

Housekeeping Department: Outstanding*
The entire housekeeping department deserves 5 stars. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day without fail. Beds made with crisp linens, bathroom sanitized spotlessly, floors vacuumed, and all amenities restocked. The team was professional, quiet, and very respectful of our schedule. You can tell management trains them well because the consistency was excellent from day 1 to check-out. Housekeeping made our stay much more comfortable.

We had such a lovely stay at Helea Rhodes and would happily return. We travelled as a group of 21 ranging from 18 months to 78 years old across four generations, and it really was great for all ages.
The whole hotel had such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were always smiling, welcoming and happy to help, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a really good size, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It was also a lovely touch having the fridge stocked with cans of drinks and water.
The restaurants were lovely too. The à la carte Latin, Greek and Italian restaurants were all very tasty, and the buffet always had plenty of choice, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and made some very special family memories.

Recently visited with my wife and 2 young daughters. Along with 3 other family's with kids off all different ages. I really wanted to love this hotel, as it looks beautiful and the food is genuinely good, but our family holiday was a disappointment.
The staff, particularly the men at the beach bar, were very very rude and unhelpful. Literally shouted at my wife for pushing 2 empty tables together so we could sit together. Then after ordering drinks they were thrown down on the table with no information, which led to one of the kids gulping a Rum and coke instead of a coke! The bar staff seemed to hate their jobs — they would literally moan and sigh every time we tried to order more than two drinks, which was incredibly frustrating as a large group. Getting enough drinks for everyone felt like a constant battle.
There was absolutely no daytime entertainment — not even background music by the pool, so kids got board quickly. Plus the kids inside areas are either rubbish or under construction. The evening entertainment was embarrassing, it was almost painful to watch. The kids' waterpark is oddly located right in the front car park with no nearby toilets or open bar area, which made it pretty impractical.
The food itself was tasty, but the queues for everything (especially the street food bar) were massive and took forever. Our rooms were never cleaned when asked, When they finally showed up it was at 5pm, which was inconvenient.
The hotel also doesn't have nearly enough sunbeds, so it was sunbed wars every single morning. Even if you managed to get some, there was a good chance there wouldn't be enough towels to go around anyway, as they also don't have enough of them.
The rooms themselves are nice and modern, but ours had lots of mosquitoes in every day. We got eaten alive despite trying everything to keep them out.
In a nutshell, this hotel looks great and has decent food, so it might be ideal for couples looking for a relaxing break. But for families and large groups, I wouldn't bother. Save yourself the stress.
On a positive note, Rhodes Old Town is fantastic and well worth visiting. Also the beech is nice and the hotel had lots of friendly English staying there.
I Hope this helps. This is a genuine and fair review of my stay. I dont normally review to be honest but as a group we spent the best part of £35,000 on this holiday and we was treated very poorly. And I wouldn't want others to make the same mistake.
