We visited this hotel to surprise some friends who were already on holiday, and from the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were outstanding in every respect.
A special mention goes to Lorena on reception, who was fantastic during check-in. She is a real credit to the hotel and an invaluable asset to the H10 group.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent facilities. Our room was lovely, and the pool and bar area are very well designed. The food was outstanding—easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Spain.
The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the old town and right on the beachfront.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in every way, and I would highly recommend it.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely perfect stay for families!
Highly recommended!We had an amazing stay and felt incredibly welcome from the very first moment. The location of the hotel is unbeatable: it is right by the beach next to the promenade, and the beautiful old town is just a few steps away.
Plus, there is a supermarket right next door, which is extremely convenient if you forget anything.Our Junior Suite was beautiful, spacious, and featured a balcony with a great city view. A huge plus was that the baby cot we requested was set up perfectly.
The room service was flawless as well. We also loved the clever wristbands that function as room keys – so practical!
The pool area is fantastic, offering a stunning view, and the water temperature was absolutely perfect, even for our toddler. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptionally friendly and attentive.Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wonderful selection. Having fresh fried eggs and omelets made to order was a highlights every morning.
We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

A solid 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t book it again. I’ve stayed in noticeably better hotels of this category before.
The hallway near the reception sometimes smelled quite unpleasant. The rooms were reasonably clean, but the hotel as a whole could be a bit more modern and updated. Breakfast was good, dinner was rather mediocre. The pool is 80cm deep so you can’t swim if you’re above 160cm. Besides, The location is very good though also the view from the pool is very nice.
What stood out most negatively was the reception staff: pushy and somewhat unfriendly, almost obsessive about control. We had booked three rooms at this hotel. A family member visiting us had booked a room at the hotel right next door, since there was no more space available here — yet every single time he came to visit, he was questioned about what he was doing here. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other hotel. We had three rooms booked with you — that should be reason enough not to interrogate a visitor like a suspect every time. Are you receptionists or security guards?

What a fantastic experience! I wouldn't know where to start ♥️
+ The personnel is so professional and always willing to help. It doesn't matter we talk about receptionist, waiters or housekeeping, they are all top at their job 👏👏
+ The hotel location is perfect! You have the beach just one minute away. The old town is close, just 5 minutes walking.
+ Promenade gives you a great experience around Poniente beach
+ We didn't use the pool, so we can't say anything about it. However, I can say it looks really nice!
+ Breakfast and dinner are buffet, and you have so many options. You'll definitely find something you like 😁
+ We left really early in the morning, so they offered an early breakfast ♥️
+ Rooms are so clean!!! Awesome job!

Loved this hotel the staff where lovely and efficient. Good good.
Rooms very good and cleaned everyday.
My only thing to improve would be to have some higher chairs and sofas so that the more disabled guests can sit easier and more comfortable. I have hip and knee problems but the furniture was quite low.
