We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the quality of the facilities, food, and service exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and each came with its own private pool and balcony/terrace, which made the stay feel especially luxurious. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout, and thoughtful touches such as bathrobes, a coffee machine, complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion), daily towel changes, and provided beach/pool towels were all greatly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an excellent variety of high-quality food to choose from each morning. The hotel also offers several restaurants, all serving delicious food and providing plenty of choice throughout the stay.
The pool area was beautiful, with stunning views across the surrounding area. Even during half-term, there were always plenty of comfortable sun loungers available, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities. The spa was another highlight—peaceful, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. We also enjoyed the live entertainment each evening, which was a lovely option for nights spent at the hotel.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional standard of service. Every member of staff we encountered—from reception and maintenance to the restaurant and pool teams—was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We experienced a couple of minor issues with the air conditioning and shower head, but both were resolved almost immediately after being reported, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. The combination of beautiful facilities, excellent food, breathtaking views, and outstanding service made for a wonderful holiday. We would happily return and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

A Perfect Fortnight in Lindos!
My boyfriend and I just returned from a two-week stay at the Lindos Grand Resort and Spa, and absolutely loved it.
We checked in during the evening and were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, including a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and white wine.
The room was specious and beautifully presented - we loved the view down to the beach and across the sea. The hotel itself is lovely and kept spotless at all times. The sun beds are a very comfortable and towels could be changed throughout the day which made days by the pool so lovely.
There was evening entertainment each night, usually a live band or singer who were always very good. It was a great setting to have cocktails, chat, play cards or occasionally get up for a dance!
The food here exceeded all our expectations. We didn't have a single bad meal the entire fortnight. The breakfast and dinner buffets at the main restaurant were a particularly good - loads of choice and everything was fresh and tasty.
All staff we encountered were excellent.
We want to give a special thank you to Nora. She went completely above and beyond to ensure we were always looked after. She chatted to us each day about our holiday, gave recommendations on places to explore in Lindos and made us feel really special. Manolis from the restaurants was also amazing. Every evening, he welcomed us and already knew our drinks order which made our experience feel super personalised. He always made us laugh and it was a pleasure talking with him each night.
Stella and Alex were also excellent and contributed to the flawless service we experienced throughout.
We hired a car for the full two weeks, which I would highly recommend. Parking was free and always available at the hotel. The drive into Lindos town is around 7 mins, otherwise there are taxis always going back and forth costing €15 each way.
We would both absolutely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing space to unwind. Thank you so much for our perfect stay!

The hotel location is ideal if you want to stay away from the crowded city. Its perfect for relaxing and has access to stone beach and many beautiful restaurants. Staff is amazing and tried their best. The rooms however weren't in an ide state. We were on our honeymoon and the room we got had shower flooding the entire floor. Then we were changed to another room ,whose entrance battery died and each time we were left waiting an hour outside the room. To compensate, the staff gave us drinks which was sweet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lindos Grand, particularly the views, the private pool and breakfast selection. Staff were helpful, especially arranging taxis and responding to issues.
However, as the hotel got busier, breakfast and bar service sometimes felt stretched. We also had some issues with bugs after room cleaning, though staff dealt with this quickly. Small finishing touches around the hotel (such as holes in walls), plus paying extra for water and limited tea/coffee in the room, made it feel less polished than expected.
Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Overall we have a good experience, definitely recommended.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The service is very good and the location is just wow.
Although we had some issues with our room, we did receive fair compensation in the end. On our first day, we had no hot water for hours. We had to ask multiple times for compensation, but management eventually upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne.
However, in our new room, the phone didn’t work. We had to use our personal cell phones to call the front desk. Despite complaining multiple times over two days, the phone was never fixed. Additionally, there was a faint smell of chlorine in the new room
Positive:
- The pool: it's definitely the highlight of this hotel, the views, the cleanliness, the size, and the design - very impressive.
- location: The view from the infinity pool is AMAZING.
- Service: The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly.
- The breakfast is very good, with a fair selection.
Negative:
- The pool/day restaurant: This is not restaurant of 5 starts hotel, maybe for 3 starts. *The food is very poor quality.* After two orders, we just stoped eating there, and have to trip to the city for food in the afternoon.
- The spa: the prices are very high, and the spa is not inviting at all, and again, do not look like an 5 hotel spa at all. Also, the spa workers are going to the pool + private beach and try to sell. This is not 5 starts hotel standard.
- The cleanliness of the rooms needs an improvement.
