I checked out of the hotel three days ago with my family after staying for a week.
To start, the buffet had a decent selection of food, but the cold options like dolma, sarma, and sushi were quite unappetizing. I enjoyed the hot dishes and desserts, though the fruit variety was limited and repetitive each day.
Furthermore, the staff's attitude was lacking; they didn’t seem helpful or engaged with the guests. We were at a boutique hotel with a poolside bar, and one staff member named Ozge was particularly rude. Rather than greeting customers with a "hi" or "hello," she would simply say "yes" and never smiled or acknowledged any thanks from patrons. She frequently left the snack bar every 40 minutes, causing guests to wait for her return.
Additionally, many staff members were often seen on their phones while at the pool, including the lifeguard, which raises concerns about their readiness to respond in case of emergencies.
One of the housekeepers was also quite unfriendly.
Finding a spot near the aquapark was difficult. At one point, another guest moved my things, and when I confronted him, he dismissively replied that he didn’t care, even if I informed the hotel staff.
The hotel is quite far from the beach, requiring a shuttle service every time we wanted to go. Also, food service at the bar near the beach ended at 4 PM. Guests at the boutique hotel had to be mindful of the shuttle bus schedule for meals, as we had to walk to the main buffet multiple times daily. More transportation options for our hotel or a small buffet on-site would have been beneficial.
Overall, this was one of my worst experiences. We left on Wednesday morning and informed the receptionist the day before that we needed transportation to the main reception for our 7:30 AM bus to the airport. The receptionist, who I believe was named Banu, assured us they would pick us up at 6:50 AM. However, when we went to the reception around 6:30 AM, there was no one there. I called the main reception for help but received no response, forcing us to walk to the main reception with our luggage. When we finally arrived, the receptionist didn't acknowledge our situation and said there was no record of our request.
I advise anyone considering this hotel to be cautious; it’s far from both the city and the beach. Although the boutique hotel has a nice pool, expect to walk back and forth at least three times a day for meals and constantly check the shuttle bus schedule to plan your day.
If you’re seeking a friendly atmosphere, this is not the right place for you. I do recommend the hot buffet and drinks, but the staff could benefit from a more positive attitude. Having worked in restaurants for over a decade, I can definitely say they need to be more professional and attentive.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, however, this will be our last visit. The reason is that there are few shops near the hotel, and the ones that do exist are very expensive. Furthermore, we had made a hair appointment for my wife. We paid a €130 deposit in advance for an appointment on the evening of our departure. In the end, the hairdresser simply scammed us. He kept urging us to come in and seemed very friendly, but ultimately, he deceived us. I tried calling him several times, but he has blocked my number. It is a real shame, because the hotel itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience means we will not be returning.kader😡

Good hotel on top of hill, friendly staff except some receptionist who wasn't polite and loud.
Customer retention desk next to reception are amazing and very polite. Food is great and great service and staff are polite and helpful. Good shuttle service to beach and service.
I will visit and stay again soon.

The most amazing hotel with everything you need and more! Delicious food, amazing staff too and the only downside is that it's on a mountain, so it is harder to leave for the centre of Alanya. However they do have shuttle busses that can take you to the centre against payment. The shuttle bus to the beach is free.

Everything was nice. The view from the mountains was top notch. I really enjoyed my stay here. Hope to see you guys again.
