Location:
The location is great. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, and the beach is beautiful, clean, and just a short walk from the hotel.
Rooms & Cleanliness:
The rooms were cleaned every day, but our room was a bit small for a family of four. I think that's quite common in many hotels. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose a larger room, but that's not the hotel's fault—it was due to the package we booked through our travel provider.
The Hotel & Atmosphere:
The hotel itself feels like a small village, with many buildings and little streets. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and we absolutely loved it! Even though there was music every evening, it didn't disturb us at night when we wanted to sleep.
The Beach:
The beach is beautiful, clean, and only about 100 meters from the hotel. We loved spending time there. If you have a car, Jandía Playa (in Morro Jable) is only about five minutes away, and it's an absolute must-see! That said, the hotel's beach is also fantastic—less crowded, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing.
Food:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Five stars! There was an incredible variety of food, and I honestly can't imagine anyone complaining about it. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious.
There was just one thing we didn't like: the snack bar.
You're enjoying the pool, and then you want to grab something to eat between lunch and dinner (especially since kids are always hungry). Well, you can't just walk into the snack bar. You have to change into "normal" clothes because swimsuits aren't allowed. On top of that, you're not allowed to take the food out of the snack bar.
So every time we wanted a snack, we had to leave the pool, get changed, go to the snack bar, eat there, get changed again, and return to the pool. We've never experienced this at any other hotel, so we ended up not using the snack bar at all.
I completely understand not allowing guests to take food outside, but requiring everyone to change out of their swimsuits just to have a quick snack seems unnecessary.
Anyway, we had fantastic holidays!!!

It was horrible. There is nothing to do during the day and everything is dirty, it is not all inclusive as you have to pay for food , cocktails , snacks , pool table and there I'd an arcade that is highly overpriced. The toilets are disgusting and infected with moths and clearly never cleaned. It is not inclusive to English or French or any other guests whatsoever.
Pools get shut down regularly and people reserve sunbeds at so little as of 5am even though it clearly stated not to, yet the staff did not stop anyone
Lifeguards are rarely and I have witnessed many kids in danger, and running around the slippery pool edges.
It says kid friendly but there's only the exact same 15 minute disco every night for 5 year olds at 8:45pm. It completely ignores older kids and does not have any activities for them.
Rooms are not cleaned and we had dirty towels put back into our room, and the rooms are infested with bugs.
It was a 2 hour wait to check in , in a queue of 5 people. The receptionists were highly rude and uncivilised , did not apologise for the wait even though it was midnight. They were very dismissive and did not care in the slightest.
There is nothing to do in the area , so you cannot get out of the hotel unless you want a 3 hour drive.
The hotel overall is shocking and should not be a 4 star.
The theatre is actually so bad and never good entertainment, and they would only talk in Spanish, disregarding other languages overall.
And with the kids, they favourite some kids so obviously it's insane. They let other kids dance on the stage but some get pushed aside and told to go.
The live music was only good on two nights. And please tell them this. 1. A guy in a blue suit , sung lots of English songs and kinds looked liked Ned from Spiderman but better. He was amazing and is definitely going places with his voice. Please pass this on to him. 2. A young woman with an incredible voic, I remember her singing hit the road jack , she was incredible! .
Don't come here.

Perfect hotel, rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels, daily. The staff are lovely and friendly. It is super close to the beach, and beds are always free no need to rush in the mornings. In the day this hotel is perfect, plenty of bars and pools to choose from, state of the art lunch areas, the rooms are all update. The one massive issue is the night time entertainment, you don’t even look forward to seeing it, doesn’t get any of hotel guests involved, it’s way too short, last 9:30 to 10:30 with the person having a 15 minutes break 9:45 to 10:00 then begins again for 30 mins, then just done, no music is played after words, just pure silence. This hotel is near enough a 5 star but I’ve seen better entertainment in a 3 star hotel, to be honest it just ruins your night.

We stayed here in April as a family of 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, and we had a wonderful holiday.
The staff were amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality every day.
A special highlight was the heated children's pool, which our little one absolutely loved. It made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also highly recommend the photographer available at the hotel. We had beautiful family photos taken at a very reasonable price, and the results were fantastic.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to families with children and would happily return in the future!

I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed my vacation. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The food was excellent, with plenty of variety every day. The beach and ocean were beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing.
I especially appreciated the peaceful environment - no noisy or disruptive guests, just sunshine, sea, good food, and a great place to rest and recharge.
I would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
