We stayed here in April as a family of 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, and we had a wonderful holiday.
The staff were amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality every day.
A special highlight was the heated children's pool, which our little one absolutely loved. It made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also highly recommend the photographer available at the hotel. We had beautiful family photos taken at a very reasonable price, and the results were fantastic.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to families with children and would happily return in the future!

We spent a week at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has both strengths and weaknesses.
On the positive side, the food selection was very good. There was a wide variety of dishes available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everyone could find something they liked. The lobby area is also beautiful, modern, and welcoming.
However, there were several downsides. By the end of May, the pool areas were already extremely crowded. There was very little space around the pools, and the sunbeds were placed so close together that it felt uncomfortable. As a result, we did not spend a single day by the pool during our entire stay.
The selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive package was also quite limited.
During our stay, I would describe the hotel as one giant kindergarten. Children were everywhere. While this is certainly great for families, I would recommend creating a separate dining area for adults who do not have children and who come on holiday to relax without constantly hearing crying, screaming, and noise from all directions.
If you are traveling with children, this hotel is probably the perfect choice for you.
One piece of advice: rent a car for the entire duration of your stay and explore the nearby beaches. The beach next to the hotel is surrounded by other hotels and lacks the charm and privacy that can be found elsewhere in the area.
Overall, the hotel offers good food and nice facilities, but couples and adults seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday may find it less suitable, especially during busy periods.

I had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Club Jandía Princess in Fuerteventura. The resort provides real comfort throughout, with beautiful, clean rooms and several pools to suit both quiet relaxation and more active days. There are good sports facilities on site, as well as nightly entertainment that creates a fun atmosphere without feeling overwhelming.
The staff were consistently warm and friendly, always helpful and welcoming. The food options were varied and fresh, with plenty of choice for different tastes. The resort itself is well maintained, with lovely gardens and spacious areas to unwind.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy long coastal walks and stunning ocean views. Nearby, there are local shops, cafés, and excursion options, making it easy to explore the area or book island activities.
Overall, it was a most relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday in a beautiful beachside setting.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Aside from the scenery and weather, very little about this holiday was enjoyable and the hotel fell far below the standard we expected.
Throughout our stay we experienced repeated issues with our room key cards, which stopped working three separate times within the first week alone. Due to the size of the resort this meant repeated long walks back to reception with young children and a pushchair. Reception staff were often dismissive and unhelpful. On one occasion I was told to “Google the number” for reception when locked out of my room, and another time I attempted to call reception seven times between mobile and room phones with no answer at all.
There were also multiple maintenance and facility issues. One day the water stopped working throughout the hotel entirely, the drinking water available was warm and soft drink machines were broken. The hotel app also advertised the Vivero Chill Out Bar as open daily from 10am, however during our entire stay it never opened once, meaning even longer walks around an already very large resort just to get drinks or refill water bottles.
The layout and accessibility of the hotel should also be explained far more clearly on Jet2’s website. It is described only as a “large resort,” however the steep hills, steps and walking distances made it extremely difficult for my father, who has lung cancer, to get around. Many areas did not feel accessible for elderly guests, people with health conditions or families with pushchairs.
Cleanliness and hygiene standards were also disappointing. Tables regularly had old drink stains, sticky marks and water rings left on them for long periods and many areas felt poorly cleaned throughout the holiday. We also experienced a significant ant problem around our ground floor room, with large amounts of ants gathering extremely quickly around even small amounts of dropped food.
Pool hygiene and safety were another concern. On four separate occasions, human faeces were present in two different pools and it often took a long time before staff noticed and cleaned the pools. Communication with lifeguards was difficult due to the language barrier, and more concerningly my 2-year-old son nearly drowned in the children’s pool during our stay. Thankfully I reacted immediately, however no lifeguard appeared to notice or check on the situation, which was extremely alarming in a family resort.
The food was repetitive and often felt like leftovers reused in different forms across multiple meals. Many restaurant staff also came across as rude and unwelcoming. One particularly uncomfortable incident involved a waitress cleaning and sweeping underneath our table while we were still actively eating with our children, making us feel rushed out and like an inconvenience because we had young children.
The children’s evening entertainment was also disappointing, with the kids disco lasting only around 15 minutes each night and often feeling as though certain children were favoured over others, particularly children attending the daytime kids club.
Another frustrating issue was the sprinklers activating nightly around 10pm directly beside our ground floor balcony area, regularly soaking us while trying to get our children and pushchair into the room and making it impossible to sit outside during that time.
I would like to mention that one young gentleman working at the omelette station was genuinely friendly, welcoming and polite throughout our stay. He was the only member of staff who consistently made us feel welcome and his attitude stood out compared to most other interactions we experienced.
Overall, the repeated maintenance problems, poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, safety concerns and misleading information made this a very disappointing family holiday and not what we would expect from a hotel advertised as a 4-star Jet2 resort.

Thanks so much to Jonathan, Albert and Stephane. They really made us feel welcome and made sure we never ran out of coffee. One thing that amazed us was the linguistic ability of all the staff members - often 3 languages or more!
I didn’t pre-warn the hotel, but vegan food could be labelled better.
Highly recommend for families with children. However, we (childless), found the adult area relating enough and a quick 2 min walk to the beach was fab. Live music was also amazing - especially the grand piano player.
