What a fantastic holiday!!! The hotel is just amazing. We stayed at the luxurious villas with a private pool with breathtaking views on to the city and the sea, which was perfect as a family stay. Everything was comfortable, very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant has top quality food, we especially appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice and it was all so good that it was a great motivation to start the day! From the large terraces in front of the restaurant we could enjoy the beautiful view.
The proximity to Terra Mitica was also a great plus.
Loved it and recommended to everyone!

The hotel exceeded every expectation with our luxurious villa including private pool and spectacular views of both the sea and the city. It was the perfect setting for our relax and we were supported by a team of warm and attentive staff.
The restaurant served exceptional dishes and the excellent quality of the breakfast buffet made each morning feel energizing and special. Enjoying meals on the spacious terrace while admiring the scenery was an experience in itself.
This place deserves every recommendation, it’s definitely a destination worth returning to.

Stayed during the summer of 2025 (Jul/Aug) - Posting late!
The most horrible and pathetic Marriott property I have ever stayed in my entire association with Marriott Bonvoy since 2019. Inspite of being a platinum member, I had a very bad ankle injury when I did this trip. I was not received properly with no wheel chair assistance and was made to carry my own luggage to the room even though I had so many and had come with my family for 6 nights.
I was not given any sort of upgrade to my room throughout my stay, housekeeping was pathetic. They just replaced towels and made the beds/toilets. Floors remained dirty and no drinking water was provided.
Every day, I had to wait for more than 20 mins with my family to enter the breakfast area and it was so crowded, the staff were rude and most of them did not speak English. When I was sick during the last 2 days, they did not allow either room service or allowed to carry breakfast by my wife to the room.
Throughout my stay, I did not get any room service for whatever we needed because the hotel gave an excuse that they are fully booked and we need to come down ourselves for anything we need. Even for connecting to the reception or room service, it took about 10 mins waiting time and finally they say they cannot do it.
Coffee/ Tea in the room was not replenished every day inspite of the feedback.
Last day of checkout, I was sick and no one assisted for the wheel chair, my wife had to go down and get the wheel chair and luggage cart herself and come down for checkout.
Reception desk was overflowing every day and waiting time was more than 15 mins for any query, very limited staff for a such a large property. Reception staff were a bit courteous and spoke a bit of English, rest of the property staff hardly spoke English and were over worked.
Only consolation were the daily activities for adults and kids, big swimming pool for relaxing.

In theory a good hotel but no. The hotel was empty being winter but the service was terrible, staff were lazy. Called reception, no answer. Called room service, no answer. Face to face, you could see the workers just dont care.
Room was nice to look at but temperature was very hot, ac did nothing. Had to sleep with balcony door open although 6 degrees outside...
Mini golf outside was fun for our kids but was so poorly maintained

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed. With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. I would definitely make a return to here in the near future
