We chose this hotel because it’s part of Marriott Bonvoy, and our stays at other Bonvoy properties have always been excellent. This one didn’t come close to that standard.
There was no offer of help with luggage, no cart, and the young man at the desk seemed more interested in his phone than the guests. The in‑room phone didn’t work, so we had to go down to the front desk to ask about the missing coffee. The agent didn’t care at all and didn’t think it was a problem. In general, other than William at the Scirocco Restaurant, the staff felt uncaring and at times almost rude.
Room service wasn’t available late, which is unusual for a hotel in this category. Coffee was only provided on the first day as a “courtesy,” which is something I’ve never seen at any hotel anywhere.
William was the one bright spot. Friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience makes it a place we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel exceeded every expectation with our luxurious villa including private pool and spectacular views of both the sea and the city. It was the perfect setting for our relax and we were supported by a team of warm and attentive staff.
The restaurant served exceptional dishes and the excellent quality of the breakfast buffet made each morning feel energizing and special. Enjoying meals on the spacious terrace while admiring the scenery was an experience in itself.
This place deserves every recommendation, it’s definitely a destination worth returning to.

In theory a good hotel but no. The hotel was empty being winter but the service was terrible, staff were lazy. Called reception, no answer. Called room service, no answer. Face to face, you could see the workers just dont care.
Room was nice to look at but temperature was very hot, ac did nothing. Had to sleep with balcony door open although 6 degrees outside...
Mini golf outside was fun for our kids but was so poorly maintained

The hotel is situated in a very isolated location, making it difficult to reach the city centre. You’ll need to take a taxi or Uber or walk, which is quite a hike up the hill. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast is delicious but the location dampened my experience. I didn’t get to enjoy the beach or the city centre.

Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!
