A Truly Unforgettable Vacation! ❤️
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday!
Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
The staff were exceptional—always kind, friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. The waiters provided excellent service and made every meal enjoyable. The animation team was fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun every day, and the pool activities were entertaining and very well organized.
The food was delicious, the hotel was spotless, and every detail made us feel welcome and cared for. You can truly see the dedication and passion of everyone working here.
Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories. We had an incredible time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We hope to come back again one day!

We stayed at Flora Garden Beach Hotel in Turkey for 7 nights, and our overall experience was very positive. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, polite, and happy to help. A special mention goes to the barman in the Piano Room for serving White Russian :)
The food was very good, with plenty of variety. There was always something tasty to choose from, so we never struggled to find meals we enjoyed. The drinks were also of good quality, which was another pleasant surprise.
Our favourite spot in the hotel was the Boho Bar. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful sea views, and listen to the calming background music. It created a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evenings.
Overall, the hotel is well maintained and in good condition, although some areas could benefit from a little modernization. However, this didn't take away from our enjoyable stay.
My wife and I had a fantastic 7-night holiday, and we would definitely recommend Flora Garden Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Turkey.

The hotel’s pros- The animation team at the hotel are amazing, huge thank you to sera and isilay for lots of fun around the pool and evening entertainment so inclusive. Adam the roller drinks service boy was also a great addition around the pool. The Cons- the food was terrible with very little choice turkey and chicken served every day and evening the soups were very poor and bread options limited. Spaghetti bolognaise was pasta with just a basic tomato with sparse speckles of mince. Breakfast was our favourite meal of the day being a fresh omelette the only hot food we received in the buffet area. The lady who made fresh pitta type bread with cheese in a hut near the beach was also a life saver. The salads were okay with a good variety. The pool bar was okay for food but still never piping hot always lukewarm. The beach bar was a nice place to relax with a cocktail. The most local shops were 15 mins away on the bus easy enough stops outside hotel. Side was two busses away roughly 40 mins travel. Taxi 60/70 euro each way to side.
*location - stunning sunsets but out of the way.
*food - poor choice, poor quality
* staff- fantastic nothing is to much trouble
. Hotel grounds - pretty and well maintained loved the gardens.
Coffee shop- fantastic service.
Overall great relaxing holiday just really need to sort the food out my husband is not fussy and he really struggled. We did go to the steakhouse on site that cost us an extra £70 but it was worth it.

Despite presenting itself as a 5-star resort, Floria Beach Garden is, in my honest opinion, nowhere near 5-star standard. At best, I would rate it as a 3-star hotel. The gap between what is advertised and what you actually experience is simply too large.
I would NOT recommend this hotel. I genuinely regret choosing this resort.
THE GOOD:
The waiters, bartenders, housekeeping staff and other frontline employees were extremely friendly, polite, helpful, fast and responsive. They deserve much more credit than the management.
The pizzas at the Boho Snack Restaurant were excellent and probably the best food we had during our stay.
The cocktails at all the bars were very good, with professional bartenders who knew how to prepare proper drinks.
A special mention to Abdollah smily Ice Cream man. He was very friendly and welcoming, and his ice creams were genuinely excellent. His positive attitude was one of the highlights of our stay.
The live music was also enjoyable.
THE BAD:
The reception staff were rude, unhelpful and unwilling to properly acknowledge or take responsibility for the problems we reported. Instead of solving issues, they often tried to deny or minimize them. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this is unacceptable.
The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was nothing special. There was very little variety and the buffet was repetitive every day. The same olives, yogurt, tomatoes and cucumbers were simply placed in several different bowls and locations to create the appearance of variety. The grilled meats were dry and the overall food was disappointing.
There was NO INTERNET in our bungalow. We were told it would be fixed in four days, which was basically the end of our holiday.
Our bungalow also had several technical problems with lighting and electricity. A loud electrical contactor noise kept us awake at night.
We asked for a second room key card and were charged €10. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first time I have ever been charged for an additional key card.
The sewage system in the room was clearly not functioning properly. At times there was an unbearable sewage/toilet smell coming into the room, and we had to keep the bathroom fan running continuously.
The location is very inconvenient. The airport transfer took around THREE HOURS because the bus stopped at many other hotels. For the return flight, we had to be ready around SIX HOURS before departure. This wastes a huge part of the holiday.
The air conditioning in the main restaurant was not working properly. I reported it to the manager and was simply told that the technical team had checked it and nothing could be done. In Antalya’s hot weather, this is unacceptable.
FINAL VERDICT:
This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but instead it was filled with technical problems, poor customer service, repetitive food and unresolved complaints.
The frontline staff were good, but good employees cannot compensate for poor management and a resort that does not deliver the standard it advertises.
In my opinion, this is NOT a 5-star resort. It feels much closer to a 3-star hotel.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I regret choosing this resort and would absolutely not stay here again.

This was our first couples holiday and I got to say this was absolutely amazing and so worth it. This resort is beautiful unlike any other typical resorts and the vibes were surreal. The animation team were so amazing, fun and loved to genuinely know us when we did yoga classes with them to the night, where we danced with them in the live music sessions. The animation team made us feel so included! Hands down, this is worth it if you are looking for a sweet relaxing couples getaway. Room was clean and unreal with a him and her sink (amazing), staff are amazing, so much to do here as well as soo much chill time. I loved going to the pool and casually being included in the water polo team (I was very bad but my partner was amazing)!
