We have just returned from our first trip to Mallorca, which was a special mum and daughter holiday! We had such a lovely stay at Fergus Style Tobago and would happily return.
The staff are what really make this hotel. Elsa, Esther and Carol were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Please pass on our thanks to them - they were so friendly, welcoming and genuinely made our holiday extra special. They are a real credit to the hotel, as are all of the other staff we met!
The pillows were honestly the most comfortable hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. I had the best nights sleep of any hotel I’ve stayed in!
The sky bar and rooftop pool are definitely highlights. We paid for one of the day beds, which included drinks, and thought it was well worth it. We spent a fantastic day up there enjoying the views and atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with so much choice, and although we booked breakfast only, it was perfect for us. We also ate at the pool bar twice and the food was delicious. And the cocktails were amazing too!
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better - right on the beach with countless restaurants nearby. It’s also really easy to get into Palma by bus, and we loved visiting Portals Nous, especially for the summer sunset market.
A lovely touch was the courtesy room after checkout, it meant we could properly freshen up before travelling home rather than feeling rushed out of the hotel after checkout.
There are just a couple of small improvements I’d suggest. As a five-star hotel, it was surprising that body wash and shower caps weren’t provided in the room. Also, the pool opening hours of 10am to 7pm felt quite restrictive, particularly in the height of summer. It would have been lovely to be able to enjoy a swim earlier in the morning or later in the evening when it’s cooler.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Fergus Style Tobago. Thank you to everyone for making our first visit to Mallorca such a memorable one - we hope to return again!!!

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would!
I loved it so much I wish we had been able to stay for more than 4 nights.
The location was perfect, the staff were amazing and the facilities brilliant!
Our room had a sea view with a little balcony, we had robes and slippers, a coffee maker and a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was incredible with so much choice; it set us up for the day.
This is a 5*, adults only hotel and I love it!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although there were a few issues with the towel replacement service, which could be improved. Apart from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of its fantastic location, welcoming staff, and enjoyable atmosphere. With a small improvement in housekeeping, it would be an even better experience.

Overall good experience, service was rapid and good. So far from what I have experienced the buffet was excellent. Shortly, good quality food with a slight variety (even a picky eater corner was there). Fresh fruits, fresh meat, good cooks at least for my standarts.
Couple things were a bit below my expectation from a 5 star hotel. First, water in restaurant was for a charge, not a big one but still, feels weird to pay for water in a restaurant. Second pool area was quite crowded to my liking had to always be aware that maybe if I go there I will not find a place to my liking or at all (tho the beach was 30m away so that did not matter to much but was a bit annoying sometimes). Beside those everything worked well on out trip to Majorca.
About the hotel and location as a whole. Easy to navigate in Palma nova, a lot of shops and places to roam around. Easy transportation to Palma, busses work well and taxi is cheap, what ever you choose work. Closest bus stop is couple minutes away from the hotel. One wierd thing that never came to my mind when chosing the hotel is when sun will reach the pool. In this hotel sun reaches the pool area around 11am and that is a bit of an annoyance for a early bird like me who is at the breakfast door before it is even opened.

Such a fabulous hotel. The staff were all so lovely from reception to the bar and breakfast staff to the cleaners all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous and a stunning view of the sea. Great amenities around and walking distance from all the restaurants and bars in palmanova and beach. Pool was great also never an issue with sunbeds etc. the breakfast buffet was a highlight for us it was huge and never an issue with seating either. I would really recommend this to people if they want five star service at a great price! Would definitely love to come back again! Thank you Fergus Style Tobago. !
