We have just returned from a week’s stay here and if I could rate this more stars, I would. The room was stunning, we just got a normal pool view room (it had a Juliet balcony, not a full one which was absolutely fine and lovely) and honestly it was perfect.
The location is something we mentioned several times whilst there as you have everything you need around you - beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, the marina - and the old town is only a 20 minute walk which we did and it was relatively flat, it was nice!
All of the staff were lovely, especially Irene who served us a lot when around the pool and she was just so nice! The drinks and food were also really good, and if you have room only you can choose to pay €20 for all you can eat, but it’s not like a usual buffet, you have a menu with your usual breakfast items then things such as eggs Benedict or waffles, but you can eat as much as you like and it’s all cooked fresh and was really good!
There is also a small gym that has some technogym equipment, dumbbells, a mat etc, so you can do a basic workout and some cardio! I paid for a massage whilst there too which was AMAZING.
We will absolutely be returning and want to thank all of the staff for making our stay so lovely, we cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We had the most pleasent and relaxing holiday ever at Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites!
We were welcomed very warm and friendly! We spent our holiday in a beautiful room, which was cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the dinners.
Every question we had was answered quickly and friendly, we were also assisted with renting a car or simply enjoyed short talks with the Hotel Director. A huge and special thank you to Esperanza, the whole staff was very nice and friendly but she was the cherry on top of our great holiday! :)
We will be back next year!

The hotel is in a top location, you are a step away from the beach, the port as well as the city. Alap the bis stop is just 100m away.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean.
In the pool area it can get a bit loud because it is located next to the street. The pool is not big but good for a refreshment.
The breakfast is outstanding.
Service is super friendly and helpful!

Me and my partner have just got back from a week stay at the Alcudia port suites hotel and it was amazing. The hotel is clean and the rooms are stunning. The staff are so attentive, polite and helpful. The food and drinks were so good, with such good options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. One thing we loved was the location, with it being so close to some amazing restaurants, the port as well as the beach. We visited the spa and the gym whilst on our stay and found the vacilities to be perfect. During our stay it was my partners birthday and we were surprised with a lovely bottle of champagne and a lovely hand written note for him. Overall we had the most amazing stay and can’t wait to come back.

Now many other reviews have commented on if this hotel deserves its 5 star rating. Well having just completed 9 days in a suite I would rate the staff and breakfast offering/service as five star. The reception team (notably Carmen) excellent, the breakfast team and pool attendant team excellent. I really liked the mix of breakfast buffet and al a carte service - gives a feeling of luxury and personal service. Now the hotel itself, for the most part is stylish, the pool area is large with loads of beds and fresh towels and never felt crowded (big tick) the spa is on the small size and while I was there the steam and salt sauna were out of action which was disappointing but no where near enough to stop me recommending this hotel. The gym is small but just enough to get by. If I were to be totally honest I have been to 4 star hotels with a bigger/better gyms and spas. Would I book again? Yes I would
