We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay.
The rooms are dreamily beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Only the beds where a bit uncomfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive throughout our entire visit, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Price-wise, it offers fantastic value for money.
One of the biggest highlights is the location: even though the hotel is situated in the second row, you can reach the beach almost instantly.
An easy 5-star rating from us. We have already recommended it to our friends and family, and we will definitely be back!

Positives: amazing location walkable to the port and main strip and taxi rank to access the nearby old town and local area more broadly. Really friendly and helpful staff when available, organised our massage and hire car from a garage opposite us at a good rate. Nice pool area and sun deck. Room was brilliant, superior suite which we were kindly upgraded to, well worth it if booking normally - beautiful decor, super clean and provided good quality products in the shower and bathroom. Lovely modern gym, but it is far too small, and does not have enough equipment nor variation in weight to have a productive workout.
Drawbacks: next to a loud busy road adjacent to the swimming pool / lounging area - all day long. The pool area in general needs a bit of life pumped into it, larger bar area, music (not crazy but just some kind of vibe rather than the slow jams all day long). There are plenty of guests but it feels flat. Would be great if something was done about this area. Strange smell by the exits of the pool area. The food here was average. The rooms were cleaned really well, but the mini bar was never replenished during our stay. One person on reception isn’t enough with many guests, we had to wait a long while to be seen. Gym needs to have dumbbells up to 30kg at least in order to allow a variety of meaningful workouts.
Recommend if you’re staying in Alcudia.

An amazing hotel and definitely one of the best places to stay in Alcúdia! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding—freshly prepared from an à la carte menu with plenty of delicious options instead of a typical buffet. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the small gym was a great bonus for keeping up with workouts while on holiday. The location couldn’t be better—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I think the biggest compliment is to say that I didn’t want to leave. Really, really nice hotel and all the other reviews regarding how lovely all of the staff are couldn’t be more true.
My wife and I stayed B&B and I found the choice of food for breakfast excellent; more than varied enough for a week’s stay and very good quality too. Lovely surroundings the have breakfast.
Loved our room and with it being an exceptionally hot late May / early June, I think I’m right in saying at 32 to 37C, the air conditioning in the room was excellent; particularly on the bedroom side, which also had a large, 5-speed ceiling fan. Hotel itself was cool in the main areas too.
It is right in the centre for everything you need and although the noise of the traffic is noticeable pool side, especially if there’s a loud truck revving or people beeping their horns; nighttime with the doors closed in the room I heard nothing whatsoever, so good was the double (triple?) glazing. Bed was so comfy.
Very clean and well looked after and I would love to stay again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a lovely week’s stay.
