We had an absolutely wonderful stay at HM Ayron Park and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere, excellent facilities and a perfect location close to the beach.
The service was outstanding and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay.
What truly made this hotel exceptional for us was the food. The breakfasts were amazing, with a huge selection of fresh, high-quality and delicious options, and we especially loved the themed dinners. Every evening offered something different, with an impressive variety of beautifully prepared dishes. The quality and choice were outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.
The hotel also has beautiful swimming pools, and the Sky Bar is absolutely stunning – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing holiday and would like to thank the whole HM Ayron Park team for making it so special.
We would definitely love to come back!

A very good experience, kindness from all staff, smiling with warm service. The rooms are cleaned every single day even if you leave your room at 14:00!
The sushi restaurant attached provided a really lovely dinner with 10% discount for hotel guests.
The breakfast has a good selection and the pool area is generally very quiet and peaceful.
We arrived at 12:00 and had immediate access to the room despite check-in being at 15:00, we were also able to have a late check-out until 18:00 which felt like a saving grace since our flight left at 23:00.
Likely the best hotel in the area! The area being the hotel’s only “downfall” as it is majorly occupied with large groups of German party people 😝 I say let them have fun but it definitely feels like their territory!

Definitely not a 5-star hotel or a 5-star level of service.
The reception staff, along with much of the rest of the hotel staff, came across as rude, dismissive, and generally uninterested in helping guests.
Upon arrival, we wanted to relax by the pool. The hotel requires you to exchange a towel voucher from reception for pool towels (which, frankly, could simply have been placed in the room in a 5* hotel). When we arrived at the pool, the lifeguard told us they had run out of towels and that we would need to wait around 30 minutes for a new delivery. Instead, we went back to reception, where they handed us towels immediately. This could easily have been handled by the pool staff without sending guests back and forth.
The dinner service was consistently slow. On multiple occasions, we waited over 20 minutes just for someone to take our drinks order, despite the restaurant not appearing particularly busy.
The spa area is another disappointment. It has only six loungers, and because day-pass visitors are allowed in without any apparent capacity control, it is almost impossible to find a place to relax or even enjoy the pool. The area was frequently noisy due to outside visitors talking loudly, laughing, and shouting, making relaxation impossible.
The reception experience was particularly poor. I booked directly through the hotel’s website, which clearly advertises complimentary late check-out for members. When I asked about it, one receptionist immediately dismissed my request without even checking my reservation. She simply said it wasn’t possible, turned away, and started helping other guests, cutting me off mid-conversation. After waiting for another receptionist, they apologized, checked my booking, and arranged the late check-out without any issue. The entire situation was completely unnecessary and left a very negative impression.
To top it off, when we checked out, no one even acknowledged us or said goodbye.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel falls well short of the standard expected of a 5-star property, both in terms of service and guest experience. I would not return or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at HM Ayron Park in August and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are from Romania and were very impressed with both the hotel and the level of service.
The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the beach, while still being peaceful and relaxing.
The hotel offers many great services and facilities, including bike rentals, a spa and massage services, several swimming pools, restaurants, and an amazing rooftop pool with a Sky Bar. Everything was well organised and made our stay very enjoyable.
For anyone looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach, but away from the noise and crowds, we highly recommend HM Ayron Park.
We would happily come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! 🇷🇴❤️🇪🇸
