I recently spent a few days at the Ayan Park Hotel and had an amazing time! The facilities were top-notch, with lovely pools and a fantastic spa. The entertainment was also great, making for a really enjoyable stay. But what really stood out was the incredible service from the staff, particularly the bar and restaurant teams - they were all so friendly and welcoming! Pepe, in particular, was a star - always smiling and made sure everything was just right. Would definitely recommend the Ayan Park Hotel!

A truly beautiful hotel, furnished in such a modern and lovely way.
The pool areas are lovely and clean and all amenities are very beautiful.
The food was good, but for a five star I would have expected more seafood/ specialist cuisine. The rooms were nice but the walls are far too thin to the point where people were knocking on our wall anytime we talked or one of the beds moved.
Most of the staff were nice, apart from a couple. But that was no problem at all.
My main issue is not massively the hotel’s problem. But if you are a young couple you will get stared at, ignored or receive rude comments from other guests. The crowd that this hotel welcomes are not pleasant to younger people.

I spent a day at this hotel with a day pass and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The reception staff were outstanding – very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately made the day feel special.
The hotel itself is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of space to relax with multiple pools and different areas to sit, sunbathe, or just enjoy the atmosphere. I especially want to highlight the Sky Bar team – they were incredibly nice, attentive, and made the experience even better.
Dinner was a buffet and honestly exceeded my expectations: a wide variety of options, fresh, tasty, and well presented.
Even though I didn’t stay overnight, the whole day was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a relaxing and enjoyable day.

I had a great stay at HM Ayron Park. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The restaurant was especially impressive — the food was good and the atmosphere relaxing. I want to give a special shout-out to Pepe, one of the restaurant staff members. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and made every meal feel welcoming. His service really stood out and added a personal touch to my stay.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely come back!

The staff were rude, apart from one, the porter. He was very polite and friendly. None of the other staff smile or greet you.
The first room we got allocated was tiny and we had to stay in it for one night. There was hardly any room to move around. They did give us a better one the day after.
Five pools but the roof top pool was closed. The couple beds on the roof top are not free.

We were disappointed with this hotel. It's a five star but the service is bad.
