Definitely not a 5-star hotel or a 5-star level of service.
The reception staff, along with much of the rest of the hotel staff, came across as rude, dismissive, and generally uninterested in helping guests.
Upon arrival, we wanted to relax by the pool. The hotel requires you to exchange a towel voucher from reception for pool towels (which, frankly, could simply have been placed in the room in a 5* hotel). When we arrived at the pool, the lifeguard told us they had run out of towels and that we would need to wait around 30 minutes for a new delivery. Instead, we went back to reception, where they handed us towels immediately. This could easily have been handled by the pool staff without sending guests back and forth.
The dinner service was consistently slow. On multiple occasions, we waited over 20 minutes just for someone to take our drinks order, despite the restaurant not appearing particularly busy.
The spa area is another disappointment. It has only six loungers, and because day-pass visitors are allowed in without any apparent capacity control, it is almost impossible to find a place to relax or even enjoy the pool. The area was frequently noisy due to outside visitors talking loudly, laughing, and shouting, making relaxation impossible.
The reception experience was particularly poor. I booked directly through the hotel’s website, which clearly advertises complimentary late check-out for members. When I asked about it, one receptionist immediately dismissed my request without even checking my reservation. She simply said it wasn’t possible, turned away, and started helping other guests, cutting me off mid-conversation. After waiting for another receptionist, they apologized, checked my booking, and arranged the late check-out without any issue. The entire situation was completely unnecessary and left a very negative impression.
To top it off, when we checked out, no one even acknowledged us or said goodbye.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel falls well short of the standard expected of a 5-star property, both in terms of service and guest experience. I would not return or recommend it to anyone.
To ken
We had an amazing stay at HM Ayron Park Hotel in Mallorca. We were absolutely satisfied from start to finish. The service was outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and professional.
The hotel itself has a very modern and stylish atmosphere, which we really appreciated. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and welcoming.
The breakfast was another highlight: very diverse, fresh, and of excellent quality. There was something for everyone, and it set us up perfectly for each day.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

At HM Ayron Park we felt it from the start,
A warm hello, a listening heart.
Each smile sincere, each kindness true,
A place that cared in all they do.
So clean and calm, so bright and classy,
With friendly staff both kind and happy.
And mornings glowed in soft café light,
As Pepe made our days feel right.
With lovely decaf coffees made with care,
And thoughtful warmth beyond compare.
A hotel stay we’ll gladly recall,
With gratitude and smiles for all.
Thankyou Nadine as well for the extra consideration

Hotel, rooms, pool and all the facilities are new and clean. Easy to relax here!
Service could be better, with 6 pools, a gym, 2 bars, 2 food trucks and a restaurant- it could be nice to have a more information during check in on how it works, where they are and when things are open. The towel service is nice, but no explanation on how it works.
Overall a nice hotel

This is a lovely, clean, modern fresh hotel.
Rooms spot on and bed super comfy.
Drinks pricy €12.50 for cocktails which need addressing as they was the worst 2 cocktails I’ve ever tried and not what I would call a cocktail or worth the money. Sangria was also poor. Drinks around £3 for a small cole
Breakfast, brilliant, spot on and everything one could want. Dinner could be improved.
