Stayed in September 2025, it was an amazing experience. We were over celebrating my birthday and on arrival recieved a complimentary glass of Champagne. The rooms were super clean with a wonderful view of the sea.
The area is super cool, with bars all along the coast, ideal for nice walks and beach walks. 30 seconds away. Took a trip on a vespa into Palma for the day too which was lovely.
The hotel itself was amazing with 3+ pools that we spent most of our time at. Rooftop pool with the bar was amazing and the staff were nothing but friendly. Cocktails were fantastic too. Ideal for sunset pictures!
Overall, cannot reccomend this hotel enough. Couldn't find a fault. Even the housekeeping was 10/10.

We had a great time in the hotel. All the staff were lovely. José and Marc, in particular, at reception were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. No complaints about the food, either, as there was plenty to choose from. If you're carnivore, you'll love it, as you can just order beef steaks until you're full. The spa and gym were also nice. Really enjoyed the sauna and pool, though it can get very busy when the weather isn't good. It would've been nice to have some more entertainment facilities (i.e. pool table, ping-pong table, etc.). What's nice is that the bus station to & from Palma and airport are close by. No need to pay for taxi, if alone or a couple. It's only €4.5 per person to/from airport and €2 to/from Palma, which is great.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, in the off season, and would come back again.

This stay in Mallorca was very special for us, as it was our first time on the island and also a birthday trip for me. We truly appreciated the kind birthday attention from the hotel — it was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel is beautiful, with a well-maintained territory and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent — very tasty, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from.
On the downside, the pool water was not heated and quite cold, which made swimming uncomfortable. Also, the shower area was not very practical — only a curtain, so water splashed everywhere and flooded the bathroom.
Overall, despite these small drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience and many great memories from our first visit to Mallorca.

A truly beautiful hotel, furnished in such a modern and lovely way.
The pool areas are lovely and clean and all amenities are very beautiful.
The food was good, but for a five star I would have expected more seafood/ specialist cuisine. The rooms were nice but the walls are far too thin to the point where people were knocking on our wall anytime we talked or one of the beds moved.
Most of the staff were nice, apart from a couple. But that was no problem at all.
My main issue is not massively the hotel’s problem. But if you are a young couple you will get stared at, ignored or receive rude comments from other guests. The crowd that this hotel welcomes are not pleasant to younger people.

I recently spent a few days at the Ayan Park Hotel and had an amazing time! The facilities were top-notch, with lovely pools and a fantastic spa. The entertainment was also great, making for a really enjoyable stay. But what really stood out was the incredible service from the staff, particularly the bar and restaurant teams - they were all so friendly and welcoming! Pepe, in particular, was a star - always smiling and made sure everything was just right. Would definitely recommend the Ayan Park Hotel!
