Professionalism at another level. Adult only. Many many types of food in the morning. Everyday there is a tematic dinner: asian, italian etc, you can always find what you crave. The desert are sooo delicious!! The pool is very good. Best cheescake ever at pool bar:) Rooms are big enough, but 9/10 because of the single beds put together what we don’t like (but it’s not just this hotel) big like all in all.

Let's get the 2 negatives out the way first. No power points or USB points next to the bed. This should be common in all hotel rooms by now. We had a twin room for some reason and one of the mattresses is in need of replacement. It was a bit uneven.
Now the positives and there are many. All the staff were fantastic. They could not do enough to help. Rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice to keep everyone happy. We only had 1 evening meal in the hotel and it was very good as well. The pool bar area was great with great service once again. The pool grounds are terrific and well looked after. Pool is deep which was great. Pool towels are provided and can be changed Mon, Wed and Fri next to the pool life guard. If you needed a replacement outwith these days you can swap your towel at reception. We had a fantastic 6 nights at the hotel and would happily stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at CM Palace Hotel in Mallorca. The hotel itself is incredible – beautiful, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. What really made the experience special was the staff. They are truly 10-star professionals: friendly, attentive, and always willing to do everything within their power to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Their dedication and kindness made my holiday even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Berta, Raul , Doreen, Tony were stand outs! Miarianna is a great entertainment manager, really friendly. We will definitely be back. Book trips through the hotel not jet 2 as they all use the same company. The hotel is small, adults only, great pool. Spa and gym. We will visit again :)

Edited review as returned! Best hotel we have ever stayed at! This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last as it was amazing!
The food, the staff, the rooms were all excellent! The garden and pool area are just superb with an incredibly relaxing ambience!
The food selection was incredible and all delicious! As mentioned before, the desserts are definitely to die for!
Lovely, welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us and where nothing was too much trouble! We don't want to miss anyone out as everyone was so kind and helpful, but a special mention goes to Antonio, Amanda and Sara in the restaurant and Sergi in reception.
Thank you to all and hopefully we will be back next year! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! ❤️🙂
