We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Mallorca and can highly recommend it.
The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Since the renovation, the architecture and overall design feel modern, elegant, and very relaxing. The rooms smell amazing thanks to the lovely signature fragrance, which creates a very luxurious atmosphere.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Anja from Guest Relations & Hospitality, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm, professional, and attentive attitude.
There are also many great activities offered during the day, which made the experience feel very special — from ice bathing sessions at the pool to live music and relaxing yoga classes.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly extensive, fresh, and varied, with high-quality options for everyone. The pool bar serves excellent drinks, and the food there is absolutely delicious as well.
Another highlight is the direct beach access. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear, calm, and shallow — perfect for relaxing and swimming.
Overall, this is an exceptional hotel that we would recommend without hesitation. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful stay here! Awesome pool and staff! Victor managing the restaurant and Maria with the front desk / reception were both exceptional and provided great service. There was also a young gentleman working with the front desk and offered help with our bags and room, who was very nice and helpful.

We checked in to this hotel the first night it was reopened after renovation by Hyatt, so it was quiet and the service was quite attentive, though I’m sure that will continue as it becomes busier. The rooms are very nice as is the pool area and the public beach just outside has warm fairly shallow water (visited in July). Included buffet breakfast is great. There are 2 electric vehicle chargers but they are slow and in general I would not recommend renting an EV in Mallorca. Note that it is driving distance into town, not quite walkable. Overall, this is a very worthwhile redemption value if booking with Hyatt points as we did.

I stayed here during a recent vacation and had a great experience overall. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, with someone always available if I needed assistance. The pool area was a highlight — spacious, beautifully maintained, and featuring daily entertainment that added to the relaxing atmosphere. I also loved how easy it was to walk straight from the pool to the gorgeous beach.
The gym exceeded expectations as well, with plenty of room, modern equipment, and even good background music that made workouts more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the location — it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and city spots, so plan on using the hotel shuttle service or renting a car to get around.
Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway if you don’t mind being a little outside the main action.
Aurelia
Had a great 1-week stay here. The staff is incredible, so attentive and kind. The hotel is freshly renovated with comfortable quiet rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily but in a very quick and discreet way, towels are also changed daily. The nightly live music performances were a nice touch.
The beach is right next to the hotel and is peaceful, away from the more crowded parts. Water is crystal clear blue.
