So grateful to the hotel staff for their care and efficiency when my husband became unwell. From sorting out taxis and liaising with the emergency doctor by phone before we saw the doctor, to the breakfast server asking after him and providing me with a breakfast tray without me even asking. Food is lovely and the hotel superb

The location of the hotel is great! Very close to the plaza and walking distance to most of the restaurants. Bus stop is not far away either. Takes about 10 mins to get to the Port. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The breakfast’s got good variety and the staff are so polite and friendly. On the day of our checkout they even let us use their spa services before our flight in the evening.

Had an amazing week staying at Gran Hotel Soller. The location is perfect and the building has a lot of character. The staff were super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and again the breakfast staff were lovely. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing.
There are some minor things the hotel could do to elevate it to a higher level. Better pillows (was a single flimsy pillow on the bed), fix plumbing as the shower temperature changed itself every 20 secs, some water & refreshments at the pool when it opens at 9am rather than having to wait until noon and also 24hr fitness centre would be nice.
Overall a fantastic stay here and I would stay again when returning to Soller.

This hotel is an absolute gem and it was wonderful to stay here. The staff is TOP NOTCH, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel breakfast is so delightful with buffet and a la carte items (no additional charge) we also dined at the restaurant for dinner- best seabass I have ever had in my entire life. If you want to feel like loyalty I highly recommend this place. I deducted a star because the roof top pool was not heated- it was ice cold we couldn’t not go in…. BUT the spa is quite a delight.

Could not be a more spectacular stay! Everything was lovely, including the staff. They were incredibly accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, spa/sauna, and pool were fabulous. Would love to stay again!!
