If I could give Gran Hotel Sóller 1,000 stars, I would! This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca.
The customer service was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived. Driving into Sóller for the first time can be a little confusing, and I got lost trying to find the hotel. One of the staff members went above and beyond by helping guide us through town and giving us detailed directions until we arrived safely. That level of kindness immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for.
Throughout our stay, every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality was outstanding and made us feel like valued guests.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, beautiful, elegant, luxurious, and full of charm. The pool area is gorgeous, with amazing views that make it the perfect place to relax after exploring Mallorca. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the July heat. We slept wonderfully every night.
The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Sóller, making it easy to walk to the town square, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
We absolutely LOVED this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. If you're visiting Sóller, this hotel is worth every penny.

Our stay was excellent! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, both at the reception and during breakfast service.
The breakfast was truly outstanding. Everything was freshly and beautifully prepared, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. We were also impressed by the quality and taste of the fresh fruit, which was exceptional.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Every detail contributed to making our stay a memorable one.
We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and hope to visit again very soon. Highly recommended!

The Gran Hotel styles itself as _the_ luxury hotel in Soller and by and large delivers. Excellent location a short walk from the main plaza, but surprisingly quiet (note we visited in March, which is off season). Well appointed, high-ceilinged rooms, most with mountain views and/or balconies. Excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. One of the few hotels in Soller with on-site parking, but it is very limited. My partner tried the spa services and was pleased. Lovely views from our room

My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed.
Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel.
The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails. The view of the surrounding mountains was incredible.
The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing!
One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment.
I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone. Also keep in mind that it’s a little bit complicated to drive to with Apple Maps. Some streets are one way or inaccessible by car.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!

Had an amazing staying at Gran Hotel Soller. The location is perfect and the building has a lot of character. The staff were super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were lovely. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing. 10/10.
