Electra Palace is without a doubt the most incredible all-inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in.
The food was absolutely amazing, with so much choice available at every meal. There was a fantastic salad station, a great selection of hot meals, a fresh bread station, and the desserts were completely out of this world. The Italian restaurant was incredible and one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious food and excellent service. We also loved the little ice cream parlour and bakery that were available throughout the day – such a lovely touch and perfect whenever you fancied a treat.
The drinks selection was equally impressive, with premium alcohol included as part of the all-inclusive package, which really helped make the experience feel luxurious.
The hotel itself was spotless throughout our stay. Everywhere was kept beautifully clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep.
What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. A special mention goes to one of the male receptionists, who went above and beyond by helping my husband get to a local barber. He called the barber on our behalf and even arranged a taxi for him, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
I genuinely couldn't fault this hotel. From the food and drinks to the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to return in the future.

We stayed a week and the overall experience was amazing! The food was very nice, staff exceptionally friendly and facilities were amazing.
Also big shoutout to George who served us in the buffet every day outside and was super friendly and attentive! And remembered our order each time 😂 🍺

We had wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, the entertainment team was great, and the food was delicious.A special thank you to Artemis and Sergio for their amazing and professional service. Their cocktails were amaizing, they were always helpful, very kind and they shared some really interesting facts about Greece with us.
Huge thanks also to Iustin and Vasilis – both super friendly, funny, and really professional. They made our vacation even better.

We spent 10 days here and had a very enjoyable stay. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade for both rooms, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s beachfront location was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the sunset each evening over dinner. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were consistently clean and well maintained.
The only downside was the Italian à la carte restaurant. Both the food and service were disappointing, particularly given that reservations needed to be made well in advance.
A special mention to Tim of customer services, and Hayat at the wine bar, who were exceptional throughout our stay and truly enhanced our experience. I would happily recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and the overall quality of the hotel. The seafront location is excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely, rocky beach, which served as a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The facilities were very good, the food was delicious throughout the day, and your staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming.
While the frequent planes flying overhead might be a point of contention for some guests, we found it to be a unique aspect of the stay that many would actually enjoy. The beach itself remained a very pleasant highlight of our trip.
