We have just returned from an amazing two-week stay at the Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm, and we honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in whilst visiting Benidorm. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely outstanding. The food was simply exceptional. Both the breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious, with an incredible choice and outstanding quality every single day. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. They are warm, friendly, professional and always happy to help, making you feel genuinely welcome. Our room was immaculate throughout our stay. Housekeeping maintained the highest standards of cleanliness, and the entire hotel is spotless. The décor is elegant, modern and beautifully maintained, and the lobby is absolutely stunning—it’s a wonderful first impression and reflects the quality of the whole hotel. Thank you to everyone at the Don Pancho for making our holiday so memorable. We have had the most wonderful two weeks and will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for luxury, exceptional food, outstanding service and impeccable cleanliness, this is the hotel to book. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Arrived on 16th June 2026...having never stayed at this hotel before what a lovely and welcoming hotel. Heard many a good things about this place and certainly not disappointed. The staff are extremely polite, from the start of there shift to the next. The food was exceptional, hats of to the chef's & staff on the restaurant floor.. From the inhouse entertainment, to barstaff who make the night very enjoyable. Pool staff work none stop to attend to all the guests from drinks, food and just be friendly. Cleaning staff do a remarkable job. Thank you

After a stressful situation with our hotel, I felt I had to leave this review. We were told it would be easy to arrange a taxi and that one had been booked for us, but unfortunately it never arrived. We were standing near the hotel with my son, who urgently needed to use the toilet, so I decided to ask if we could use the facilities. My first impression was “wow” — the hotel looks beautiful, elegant and clearly cares about making a great first impression. I asked a member of staff if my son could use the toilet, and without any hesitation or unnecessary questions, he immediately said it was absolutely fine. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained. After waiting around 20 minutes, we realised we needed help with our situation, so we asked again. Once more, the staff were exceptional. Even though I wasn’t a guest staying at the hotel, they immediately helped us without any silly comments or making us feel uncomfortable. I would really like to thank the staff who were working around 3:30pm on Tuesday, 26th May. Unfortunately, we were stressed and in a rush at the time, so I didn’t leave a tip, but I can honestly say that next time this hotel will be my first choice. Even though I wasn’t a customer, they showed real class and kindness. I run a business myself and I understand how powerful reviews can be on the internet, so I wanted to leave this review because I wasn’t able to thank them properly at the time.

Me and my daughter just came back from our 1 week stay at Don Pancho. First thoughts on arriving there. Very elegant and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was decent with a balcony view facing pool. I would've preferred if we had a double bed and single bed. Rather than 2 very small single beds pushed together. Unfortunately me and my daughter didn't sleep very well there. Room was cleaned and beds made everyday. The food was okay, but quite repetitive. It did get a bit boring after a few days. Breakfast was our favourite meal. It was my first time going half board. Which I do now regret. As there was some lovely restaurants around the area which we didn't try. I normally just do bed & breakfast, or self catering. The poolside bar was nice. They did some nice snacks and lunches there. The gym was okay, not much in there though. I only used it once. I would've used it more had there been air con in there maybe. The entertainment was okay, I didn't think it was wow. Only went once. My last day I was disappointed a bit. As when I checked out. I was told we could still have lunch. As we were not being picked up by coach transfer till about 8pm. Then at lunch time, we was told we couldn't and if we wanted lunch we could have it if we paid €25euros each. Only to find out that because we had dinner on the day of arriving. We could not have lunch. It was either one or the other. I wish was explained this before. Then I would've chosen the lunch on the day of leaving. Before we left. One of the men on the reception kindly let us have a room for 30 mins so we could quickly shower and freshen up. I thought this was really kind of him. As we was really hot and sweaty by then. It was nice to freshen up just before the coach came to pick us up. I would stay here again, but would do bed and breakfast next time.

This is certainly one of, if not THE best hotel in Benidorm. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, breakfast was excellent - amongst the best in any hotel I've stayed in worldwide. Staff were all friendly and helpful without exception. Communal areas are very tasteful and spotless. No reserving sunbeds rules are enforced too. I cannot pick a single fault with this hotel, sure it's clientele tend to be on the older side, that is not a bad thing, because elderly people appreciate quality, and this hotel is just that - Quality!
