Our stay at Diamond Premium Hotel in Side was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel truly valued throughout our entire stay.
The hotel is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness in every area—from the rooms to the restaurants, pools, and common spaces. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining such high standards every single day.
The food was exceptional! There was an impressive variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients was outstanding.
The entertainment team did a fantastic job, offering fun activities throughout the day and wonderful evening shows that kept both adults and children entertained. There was never a dull moment!

10/10 it was a perfect vacation there it was the first place I said I would return the next year and I actually did and the hotel was beautiful the employees friendly and I really liked the walk throught the small garden on the beach although I would want to warn people that both times I was there their were quiet big waves and strong ones like not tsunami but I lost my glasses once but it was perfect besides that and the amphitheater they had in the back where they had a different night show was good too I wasn't there always but it's perfect for parents who want to entertain their kids for a while so they can go for a drink

Hotel excellence, we returned and plan on doing so again. Lovely staff, impeccable service, fully inclusive is great. Beautiful condition everywhere, excellent spa (superb massages!), private beach, great pools, definitely recommended! Tip; tip staff, it's always very appreciated and service excels!

I do not reccommend this hotel. Very noisy. Not comfortable bad. The SPA is nothing special. The worst hairdresser in Turkey. He asked 150 Euro for a keratin mask (120 after barging). His name is Ali. I am sure he bought this keratin mask from Temu. After the therapy my scalp was red and burning all night!
