We had a wonderful stay at Delfin Imperial Hotel and we can honestly say it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel feels truly premium, with elegant interiors designed with great taste and style – exactly what you would expect from an “Imperial” standard.
The cleanliness was absolutely perfect everywhere: rooms, restaurants, pool areas – everything was spotless and well maintained.
What impressed us the most was the professional and friendly staff. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist at any time. The service was outstanding – the staff often asked if everything was okay, if the food tasted good, and if we needed anything. They never complained, never looked tired, and always kept a positive attitude, which made the atmosphere even better.
The food was excellent – a huge variety, fresh products, and delicious meals every day. Everything was well prepared and served with great quality.
This was our second visit to the Delfin hotel chain, and once again we are very satisfied. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience real luxury and comfort. Definitely not our last visit!

We spent a lovely week here over Christmas and overall really enjoyed our stay.
The standout feature has to be the heated outdoor pool — it was genuinely warm, almost like a hot spring! Even warmer and cleaner than the indoor pool. We actually regretted only taking our child there on the last day because he absolutely loved it.
Food was decent. Not as varied as what our friends experienced when they visited in April, but we assume that’s probably due to the winter low season, so understandable.
Rooms were fairly standard and not quite five-star luxury, but for a family-oriented resort it was perfectly acceptable. The minibar was restocked daily and very generously — you honestly can’t keep up with drinking it all!
The indoor kids club is on the small side, but they offer full supervision. One day the staff even had lunch together with my son, which we really appreciated — they were kind and attentive. The arcade next door felt a bit pricey (2€ for a lollipop from the machines), but as a Christmas gesture the kids received lots of sweets, which was a nice touch.
The daily shows were enjoyable and good evening entertainment, although the ballroom itself is quite simple. One small issue: the bar outside the ballroom was extremely hot — it honestly felt like the air conditioning wasn’t working.
Since it was winter season, the outdoor kids club and water park were closed, which is a pity and a big part of the resort experience. On the other hand, the price reflected that, so it felt fair.
It’s about a 40-minute drive to the city centre, and the hotel can easily arrange a taxi if needed, which was convenient.
Overall, facilities are average but the service is good and we had a relaxing holiday. We’d still recommend it, and next time we may try another resort just for comparison.

My family was here during end of january and had great time. Hotel works perfectly, even some outdoor facilities works like outdoor heated pool, pool bar, beach bar and coffe/tea kiosk. Food and service are amazing. I have never seen my kids to eat so well. Our land side room was very nice but we have seen better.
In total great experience. In summer i believe this is like heaven!

I spent a week at this hotel (4014) and I couldn't be happier. A wonderful hotel—comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities. The staff is exceptional, polite, and always attentive. Special mention goes to the Guest Relations staff—Arda (I had a problem with my phone and they checked me in for my flight without any issues), the Kids Club (incredibly kind to my 4-year-old son), and the staff at Delphin Sport Academy (the yoga classes are amazing). We will definitely be back.

We actually really like Delphin Imperial – it’s always super clean, and we stayed here last year and loved it. This year, we had originally booked the hotel next door, but it was under renovation, so we were moved here. Because we had such a good experience before, we accepted the change.
But this time, it was really scary because of serious safety issues:
• Glass in Food: We ordered a wrap at the hotel café, and my youngest daughter found a big, sharp piece of glass inside it. Luckily, she usually breaks her food apart before eating, which probably prevented a serious mouth or throat injury. She still cut her finger badly (see photos).
• Glass by Kids’ Pool: My older daughter stepped on glass near the shallow pool.
Hotel’s Response:
• On the first day, the manager called us and asked us to come to his office. He apologized, left some candy and a bottle of champagne, and asked if we accepted this as an apology. We said no – we wanted a proper investigation.
• The next day, he asked us to come to the office again and offered a room upgrade for a future stay. We still said no, and asked for a formal incident report to understand how this could happen. They said they’d never done this before and basically told us if we weren’t happy, we could come back to the office ourselves.
• We decided not to keep arguing so we could enjoy the holiday. For the rest of the week, the hotel completely ignored us – no explanation, no follow-up, nothing to reassure us it wouldn’t happen again.
We also notified our travel agent, EasyJet about the incidents but even after that the hotel didn’t follow up.
Parents, beware: The hotel itself is clean and normally very nice, but they completely failed to handle a serious safety issue involving children. We won’t be staying here again.
