Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Delphin BE Grand Resort. Traveling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made everything effortless. The facilities are exceptional, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the variety of food was outstanding. Our kids were entertained from morning until night with the pools, activities, and family-friendly atmosphere, while we were able to relax and truly enjoy our holiday.
What impressed us most was the level of service and attention to detail throughout the resort. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a true five-star experience in every sense. We created unforgettable family memories here and can confidently say it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We highly recommend Delphin BE Grand Resort to families looking for a luxurious, fun, and stress-free holiday.

Very good location for a resort! They offered us a lot of food options for all of us and even gluten free options for my cousin. The hotels had a lot of swimming pools, plenty of food, plenty of bars, and a lot of activities for kids and adults. Every evening, there was a great show for both adults and kids, and live music events. Surely we will return to this resort in the foreseeable future. We thank all the staff for accommodating every single one of us and making sure we are all happy.

This was the first trip to Turkey for my family and I, and we were a bit nervous in the first instance.
This, we learned very quickly, was entirely unnecessary as we were immediately presented with an excellent standard of service and despite late arrival, offered to an area where food and drink was still being served (we later learned that this is available in some format 24 hours per day).
We were joined by pre-arrangement by another family who had visited the hotel before, and we were glad to have taken their recommendation.
The rooms were clean and serviced daily, both in tidying/cleaning, as well as the minibar, and the layout was very convenient.
The entertainment was different every night, and a lot of effort was put into this (both family's 9 year old daughters appreciated the Magician on Friday night, 17th April, especially as this was quickly relocated indoors due to inclement weather).
The food was well prepared and very enjoyable, from the main restaurant buffet to the snacks/coffee available in the various shacks on the walk down to the beach.
During the day we never had problems acquiring a sun lounger.
The bar service was exceptional, and we would like to single out one individual who made our visits to both the main restaurant in the evening and the "Irish Bar" following this, a waiter by the name of Beytulla. His service, friendliness and memory for details are to be admired and we would like the management to be made aware of this and the positive experience he brought to our holiday.
There was plenty to walk around and see during the day, the gym was excellent, the "Olympic pool" was good for excercise, albeit very cold-heated pool right next to it though. Our wives enjoyed the daily 10:30 yoga classes and the children loved the water park, having used all the slides.
I would recommend this hotel to all families as there is something for everyone.

Unfortunately, this stay has been disappointing compared with our previous visits to this hotel.
We have now been here for four days, and one of the most frustrating issues is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. Every time the door of the room next to ours is closed, we can actually feel the vibration in our room. This is very uncomfortable, especially for a hotel in this category and price range.
We have stayed at this hotel several times before, so we are able to make a fair comparison. Unfortunately, we feel that the overall standard has declined, both in terms of cleanliness and service.
Another issue is that some members of staff speak very little English, which makes communication difficult. This may be something guests can overlook in certain areas of the hotel, but at the children’s pool, I believe it is extremely important that the lifeguards are able to communicate with international guests, especially when children’s safety is involved.
During our stay, there was a very unpleasant incident at the children’s pool. A child had a bowel movement in the pool, and fecal matter had spread to different areas of the water. We tried to explain the situation to the staff and lifeguards, but they did not fully understand what had happened until a Turkish-speaking person explained it to them. Even afterwards, we did not feel that the pool had been cleaned and disinfected thoroughly enough. We only felt more comfortable about its cleanliness the following day. For a children’s pool, we find this completely unacceptable.
Overall, the standard of cleanliness needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, we have also started to feel that financial considerations are becoming more important than guest satisfaction, even when it comes to returning guests who have chosen this hotel several times.
To be fair, I would also like to mention something positive: the ladies working at the Kids Club/childcare are very kind, professional and wonderful with the children. This is definitely one of the hotel’s strong points.
However, I am not sure whether this positive experience can compensate for the poor soundproofing, declining cleanliness and communication problems, particularly in areas where children’s safety and hygiene are concerned.
We chose to return to this hotel because our previous experiences were much better, which makes it even more disappointing to see how the overall standard has declined.

Amazing resort! We had a great holiday here this summer. Truly 5* experience. A lot of activities for kids, great shows in the evening. Also the staff is very helpful and I can't thank enough to kitchen staff as a father of a little girl with special diet( gluten free). Specially I like to thank Mr. Ahmet from kitchen staff and all his colleagues. We will surely come back here at Delphin Be Grande!
