Amazing stay at Crystal Paraiso Hotel
We had a wonderful holiday at Crystal Paraiso Hotel. From the first day, we were impressed by the friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the staff was always helpful and kind.
A special thank you goes to the animation team. They were absolutely fantastic! They created a great atmosphere every day, organized fun activities, games, and shows. They were full of energy, friendly, and always smiling. Thanks to them, our holiday was even more enjoyable, especially for families and children.
We would like to thank the whole hotel team for making our stay unforgettable. Crystal Paraiso is a place where you can truly relax, have fun, and feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again soon!

We had a fantastic one-week stay here with our family and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel met all our expectations, offering maximum comfort, excellent food and service, and impeccable cleanliness throughout.
We would especially like to highlight the animation team, who did an outstanding job. They were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, always doing their best to make sure every guest had a wonderful time. The activities were varied and entertaining, and both the children and the adults had a great time.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Here at the moment, we returned after 3 years, still our favourite family holiday place!!!
Service improved in a way that you see lots of smiling faces, a la carte restaurant is accesible every night, food is still one of the best we had in a resort.
Slides are great, swimming pool as well, great shows in the amphiteathre and beach.
Decent clean rooms and service!!!!!
More inclusion for other than russian as well, wich is fair in a place with so many visiting nationalities!!
Swimming pool opening hours seems to be extended wich is great❤️❤️❤️

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the facilities were well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at the hotel, and compared to last year, we found many things even better and of higher quality. The food is more delicious, the parties and shows are much more lively, and the pool activities are fun and colorful.
However, the most important thing for us is the Mini Club. We can leave our children there with complete peace of mind. They take part in so many activities throughout the day that they sometimes do not even want to come for meals. 😊
We would especially like to thank the girls in the Mini Club team. They are all very caring, friendly, and truly loving towards the children. Thanks to them, both our children and we had a wonderful holiday.
