Don’t really know where to start …. The hotel is very old and needs updating for a 5 star that’s no where near
Had to change rooms 3 times as we booked sea view and first time we looked into a building site (not acceptable for the money we paid)
Second room well same really only difference is looking into a roof
Third room well it was ok little sea view but by this time 2nd day in we just wanted to settle and start our holiday
Breakfast was ok have had better service very slow but I’ve got a pair of legs got my own coffee no drama
Lunch and dinner all im going to say cold cold cold and not very tasty sorry I ended up eating near to nothing very disappointing
The room I spoiled some coffee granules by accident cleaned most of it up but some were left under the dressing table where under there for 4 days hair in shower until I cleaned it away one day no toilet paper ok phoned reception was brought up 2 hours later
I could go on and on but there is to much to cover
The only positive thing was Mehmet the guy around the pool he was lovely hard working bless him and nothing was to much trouble for him he needs a pay rise
Had to move sun loungers as I had a ant nest beside me video will follow
Glass was by breakfast area aswell on floor cleanliness is not priority in this hotel
I’m sorry for the poor review but for a 5 star hotel and for the money I paid I’m greatly disappointed
Most staff were lovely can’t fault them but the furniture needs updating and the food needs to be at least warm
I mean the boiled eggs in the container for the first 2 days were freezing cold until I said something then the hot plate was turned on what’s that all about ???

We spent an amazing 12 days with our family in this hotel. Our experience started right at the reception upon arrival. Before our room was ready, we received our bracelets and the staff escorted us to breakfast. It was a very pleasant and professional alternative to the usual waiting in the lobby for check-in.
The hotel is spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful. You can find several shops here, including jewelry, an optical store, clothing, and a market with various goods (food, cigarettes, gifts, etc.).
The hotel offers several restaurants, including the amazing 24/7 restaurant!
The chefs do an excellent job! There was a huge variety of food to choose from, and I believe everyone can find something they like. The food was always delicious and fresh. Several times a week, lunch or dinner was themed around Italian cuisine, Turkish cuisine, or seafood. I have great admiration and appreciation for the kitchen staff for their excellent work.
The waiters, besides clearing the tables, also take orders and bring drinks according to guests’ wishes. They are very friendly and professional. They are very fast and attentive. I would especially like to mention Mr. Davut from the breakfast restaurant!!! Thank you for your service and all your care.
The hotel has many bars — if I counted correctly, there are 8 bars. It is incredible that wherever you go, you can enjoy a refreshing drink or cocktail! Watching the bartenders at work is like a show! The guys are very communicative and friendly. They work quickly and can prepare a drink exactly according to your wishes.
Mahmut, Veisy, and a very special thank you to Mr. Mazlum! A great professional and an incredibly empathetic person. He was born to be a bartender. He made our holiday a truly unforgettable experience.
Last but not least, I would like to write a few words about the animation team. Forget about boredom. Something is always happening. From pool games, volleyball, pétanque, to evening entertainment for children and adults!
Everything is perfectly organized and there was always a lot of fun. Mr. Fufu and Ms. Aziza are very friendly and professional. They spread smiles and happiness everywhere they go. Thank you so, so much for your excellent work, which for you is clearly not just a job.
The overall impression of the hotel and its services is extremely positive. Service, environment, and safety — 110%.

Went there off-season (april); the price was good for what it was. With a higher price and more people… wouldn’t maybe go.
The room was nice with great housekeeping everyday,,,, but lacked some outlets.
Some waiters were excellent, some weren’t that great .. All interactions started with german as most visitors were german. The evening shows and music were mostly german,,,…….
Food options were great. Lots of fresh fruits and salads.,

Not only did he remember everyone’s names, but he also created such a friendly and welcoming environment around him. His cocktails are, without exaggeration, the best we’ve ever had, and his positive energy and warm smile made us come back to the bar every single day. He is deeply appreciated by all guests, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work. He truly deserves recognition and a promotion.
Overall, this hotel stands out not only because of its facilities, but especially because of its amazing staff. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care make all the difference. We felt truly taken care of and would be more than happy to return.

Our friends from England chose this hotel. We were on a trip to Konya and visited them for a day trip to see our friends, and they charged us 170 euros per person just to go inside and chat for a few hours. My brother, where did you learn to be a good businessman?
