Been here for two weeks in the unique rooms and had a great time. The view on the 14th floor was gorgeous. He rooms were nice, particularly the spaceous bathrooms. The highlight was the unique lounge for breakfast with Arinegua, Sabrina, Mey, Lolibel and Sofia. Every morning they put of a big smile and a great service. Another important thing to mention is that the hotel is right next to the beach and it isnt in an area that is noisy at night, while being within easy walking distance from Yumbo center.

We've had a very nice stay here so far; the food and beverages have been very good, especially the tacos, and we personnel in particular is generally very professional and some of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
In particular Sara, who is the bartender at the pool bar, was a highlight for us. She has a very positive energy and her drink recommendations were absolutely spot on
We only have one minor piece of feedback that we hope the management considers: the bar next to the pool played only jazz. While we enjoy jazz, we'd really prefer if you could vary the music a bit! Playing some rock or blues occasionally would be fantastic, just to keep things varied and cater to different tastes throughout the day.
Despite this small point, our experience was great and we'd absolutely recommend it to others

This was our first getaway with my husband without the kids, and we wanted peace and relaxation, which this hotel provided in high quality.
Even our suggestion about the bed was sorted out with no hassle, which was a nice surprise when we returned to the room.
The room was clean, with a nice interior and an ocean view from the balcony.
Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. There was a big choice of continental options, and my top pick was the fruit stand. The view with the sunrise over the ocean and palm trees was beautiful. There are 3 swimming pools, with plenty of sunbeds, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
And please, a big shout-out to the gardener. Keeping everything so clean and green, you can truly see the love for plants.
Definitely recommending staying there.

The hotel is stunning and beautifully designed, with an unbeatable beachfront location. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The swimming pools are gorgeous, and the sea-view room was absolutely breathtaking and immaculate. The restaurant offers a great selection of delicious food, and the staff are friendly, professional, and very welcoming.
As a lovely welcome, the hotel offered us a complimentary bottle of Cava (Spanish sparkling wine) in our room.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Overall, the experience was pleasant, although there are some areas that could be improved.
The staff was friendly at the reception and always ready to help, but not all members of the team throughout the hotel had the same level of friendliness.
The snack buffet at Unique was almost the same every day. While the food was good, the selection of snacks at the Snack Bar could be more varied and improved.
One aspect that I found inconvenient was the smoking policy. Smoking was not allowed on the room balcony, which I found difficult to understand since it is an outdoor space. I am aware that the property is advertised as “smoke-free,” but in my previous vacations I had never encountered such a restriction on private balconies. I respected the designated non-smoking areas (such as the restaurant terrace, the pool, and the Pool Snack Bar), but I think this policy on balconies could be reconsidered.
The rooms were fine, although they could benefit from some renovation to feel fresher and more up to date.
The location, however, was excellent. The Unique rooms offer a beautiful panoramic view, and the beach is just a short walk away.
